Name: Gran Rey Cero (Royal Hollow Flash) Class: Hollow Technique Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: VI Description: A more powerful version of Cero, as it requires blood from the user and then forming a ball of reiatsu equaling the reiatsu color and strenght of the caster as it's capable of doing massive damage from such a blast. In Las Nochas , the power of the technique is such that it warps the space around the point it was fired from. Only characters of HL-A rank at least can perform such a powerful cero.
Available to train only at HL-A Can learn it by oneself but must have at least Advanced in Cero Mastery. Vizard can't unless taught otherwise it's possible through Vizard Resurreccion.
Name: Cero Oscuro [Black Cero] Class: Hollow Technique Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: VII Description: A powerful and deadly black and green colored cero that covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. This cero is far stronger than a Grand Ray Cero as it would be compared to Ichigo's fully powered vizard form Getsuga Tenshou. This cero can only be performed by characters of AL rank.
Available only at AL Can only be used in Ressureccion Must be Vasto Lorde Arrancar and have Advanced in Resurreccion. Other Arrancar can learn but must be taught by someone who knows it. Vizard are banned from this unless they obtain Vizard Resurreccion.

Name: Regeneración de Velocidad Alta [High Speed Regeneration] Class: Hollow Technique Type: Passive Range: Self Tier: I Description: Powerful Hollows have been shown to possess incredible powers of regeneration, specifically at the adjuchas class. This ability allows for the regeneration of most body parts with the exception of vital organs and the head itself. The ability is dependent on reiatsu and cannot be maintained indefinitely, likewise, one cannot completely regenerate from fatal wounds unless give uninterrupted time to fully recover the damage dealt.
Instant – Minor scraps and bruises. 1 Post – Cuts, bad bruising 2 Posts - Deep lacerations, broken bones 3 Posts - Organs, Limbs
This technique is an optional auto-gain att the rank ML-A; meaning if you decide you want this technique you can gain it. This technique can only be kept and amplified if transformed into an arrancar at vasto lorde class. Those that choose to keep this technique sacrifice 20% of their natural speed and strength in order to show most arrancar trade high speed regeneration for strength and speed. While they would gain a stronger version that allows them to regenerate all but the brain and vital organs. in seconds.
Name: Forceful Enlightenment Class: Hollow Technique Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: Touch Description: The user shrouds one of their limbs in flowing energy the color of their reiatsu, though darkened ominously. Just the lightest touch with this is incredibly painful leaving bloody red marks on the opponent (this is just cosmetic.) Against hollows this represents being able to remove their mask in a way that forces them to become an arrancar. If the hollow is willing or unable to resist. Against humans this forces the user's Reiryoku through their body. Shinigami captains must wear limiters while in the living world in order to make sure that their reiatsu doesn't affect the living. This does on purpose what the shinigami seek to avoid by doing on accident. Truthfully this doesn't awaken the target's spiritual power, it just gives them the potential to do so themselves and generally makes it easier to do so. (This is just plot related.) Against pluses the effect is pretty similar to humans, but it gives them the potential to develop their spiritual powers enough to be able to qualify for the shinigami academy. Except for making it so they have to eat there's no immediate effect. (Again this is just a plot effect.)
Since this is a forced effect and not natural spiritual development it's incredibly painful and traumatic. This deals T4 damage to the target, however this damage can't kill the target, at worst it leaves them on the very edge of death.
Name: Loom-snarling Deception Class: Hollow Technique Tier: I Type: Passive Range: Self Description: The user's shadow rises up covering them. When it flows back to its rightful place someone new stands there. Once per post this tech allows the user to change their shape. Possible options include changing their clothes, gender, species, race, appearing as what they looked like alive, or the appearance of one of the souls that they have consumed. At equal advantage it also causes their reiatsu to feel like whatever they're shaped as.
Name: Life of Schrodinger Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: I Type: Passive Range: Self Description: The famous experiment theorizes a cat who is simultaneously alive and dead. Taking a leaf from that kitty cat's book, the user can choose whether they and everything they own counts as spiritual, physical, or both at once. While physical or both the user and everything they own effectively inhabits a pseduo-gigai constructed of Reiryoku which means they can be seen by even those who would normally be unable to see ghosts. They can only switch between states once per post.
Name: Cero -Fingers- Class: Cero / Bala Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: The user fires five ceros, one from the tip of each finger on their hand. These ceros can be aimed at different targets within range, at a single target, or any combination. These are basically normal Ceros. They deal T4 damage, move at Cero speed and have a max range of 100m. Since it's multiples fired with one tech, the cool down stacks for a 5 post cooldown.
Name: -Divide By- Cero Class: Cero/Bala Tier: I-VI Type: Offensive Range: Self Description: The user charges up a Cero but instead of launching it they channel the energy into a limb or weapon of choice. The weapon / limb is covered in a sheathe of energy the color of the Cero used. The enchanted weapon / limb glows with the power of the Cero. Attacks with it it deal deal damage and are Cero speed. The max possible length this state can be maintained varies based off of Tier used. At anytime the user can choose to release the Cero used. This ends this technique and basically turns it back into a Cero. Both the Cero form and the enchantment form count as one tech so they must abide by all the rules for such as max duration.'
The default version of this technique is T4 and based off of the basic Cero. If the user has any Cero variants they can base this technique off of that instead. In such a case this tech follows all the rules of the Cero variant it's based off of (such as requiring the user's blood for one of these based off of a Gran Ray Cero.) The range / area is based off of the enchanted limb / weapon, not the Cero in the case of an AoE Cero variant. However, it follows any other additional effects of the Cero variant (such as being unable to kill with it in the case of a Cero variant that has that.) Releasing the energy as a Cero causes the released Cero to work as the Cero variant used, however in the case of Cero variants with a duration longer than instant both how much time it spends in enchanted form and cero form count against the max duration of this tech. Note that as far as cooldowns are concerned doing this only counts as one technique, it doesn't count as a using the cero / cero variant and THEN using this technique.
Name: Garganta -Purse- Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: II Type: Supplementary Range: 1m Description: The user creates a portal that looks like a small garganta within 1m of them. The largest it can be a is about the size of a doorway big enough for them to pass through, though most of the time the portal will be much smaller, such as about the size of the opening of a purse. THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL GARGANTA. It merely cosmetically looks like one. Instead of opening to Hueco Mundo these portals open to a personal dimension used to store all of the user’s stuff. The user can control how this dimension appears, but this is only cosmetic. The user can create a portal connecting directly to something stored in the dimension in order to pull it out, or they can open one to the dimension as a whole. Basically, it’s meant to be like a video game style inventory system.
Name: Garganta -Shield- Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: III Type: Defensive Range: 1m Description: The user creates a small Garganta approximately the size of a tower shield that hovers within 1m of the user. They can mentally control it, and it moves at half-bala speed. This shield provides tier defense, simply sucking up defended against attacks to float through the emptiness of the precipice world
Name: Cero -Tranquil Autumn Rain- Class: Cero / Bala Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: This is essentially an area of effect version of a cero. With each use the user selects an area up to 100m with a max range of 100m (none of the area can exceed 100m away from the user) 50m subjectively above that area what looks like hundreds or even thousands of normal ceros charge up before shooting down in what look like a deadly rain of energy (hence the name.) These Ceros move at Cero speed and go for a max of 100m. This is a single AoE attack that manifests as multiple smaller attacks, so even if someone gets hit with multiple ceros created by this tech it only deals T4 damage.
Name: Cero -Star- Class: Cero / Bala Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: A normal cero must be fired from somewhere on the user's body such as an arm, a finger, or the tip of your tongue, however with enough training it's possible to create and fire one from a distance. The user chooses a spot within 100m. The Cero charges and fires from there at an angle of the user's choice. It deals tier damage and moves at Cero speed up to 100m, however no part Cero can't go further than 100m from the user with this technique.
Name: Insignificant Embers Intuition Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 100m Description: With just a glance Celci can determine the strength of her opponents. For the instant this technique causes her eyes to flash green, but this isn’t an obvious effect. To the user, this knowledge takes the form of a personalized synesthesia, but basically she gains knowledge equivalent to knowing the rank of the target, whether or not they have shikai or bankai level releases, the theme of their release, and whether they are specced in a mastery / what mastery they are specced in. At higher advantage it can see through reiatsu cloaking techs / items, though that only allows her to sense them as if they weren’t using the cloaking tech, to get all the other information that this tech would provide it’d take two advantages over the cloaking tech.
Name: Account-Replacing Siren Song Class: Hollow Technique Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 50m Description: A hollow technique meant to replicate the effects of the Kikanshinki possessed by Shinigami. The user creates some sort of sound, it doesn’t have to be an actual song, it could be anything from a roar to snapping your fingers. The sound spreads out at Half-bala speed to 50m away from the user. It affects the target’s long term memory. Once the thread is over their memory of the thread will be changed. The user doesn’t have control over what the memory is replaced by, like with the Kikanshinki it’s limited by what the target would find believable, however it primarily works to obscure their memories of the user’s involvement in the events of the thread. What the user did might be attributed to the actions of someone else, a natural disaster, or there might just be a hole in their memory in the shape of the user.
Name: -Playing With- Garganta Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 100m Description: Creates a pair of linked portals that look identical BUT ARE NOT Garganta within 100m of the user. What enters one instantly exists the other. The largest these portals can be is 10m. This can't be used to allow a technique to exceed the 100m range max.
Name: Garganta -Cube- Class: Hollow Techniques Tier: III-VI Type: Binding Range: 100m Description: The user creates six portals that look identical BUT ARE NOT Garganta in a cube shape facing in around a target. The portals form at cero speed. With each use the user decides how large a cube they want to make, up to 70m square so long as no part of the cube is further than 100m from the user at the time it is created. Once formed the portals link to each other. Fly up and you'll come out of the one below you, go left and you'll come out right. This also prevents any other form of dimensional travel or teleportation while in effect, however at higher advantages higher tier damage than the tier of this tech can burst the cube or higher tier teleportation or dimensional travel can be used to escape. The max length of this tech varies based off of the tier used.
Name: Cero -Buster- Class: Cero / Bala Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: 100m Description: The user fires a truly massive Cero ten feet wide which moves at Cero speed up to 100m. This lays waste to the environment, destroying mundane matter whether spiritual or material, however no matter how much damage it deals it can't kill living (or whatever shinigami / hollows count as) beings or destroy sapient items (such as zanpakuto or dolls.) It merely blasts them into unconsciousness and deals massive (but non-lethal) damage. This Cero can last for up to 2 posts, allowing it to be strafed across the battlefield.
Name: Splintered Gale Shintai Class: Hollow Technique Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: II-VI Range: 100m Description: DAMNIT, IT'S NOT A SHADOW CLONE! The user creates a clone of themselves within 100m of them. For Arrancar it appears as a human form of them (aka no mask fragments or hollow hole) while for Hollows it appears as them while they are alive. The user can choose what they are wearing each time they are summoned and can choose to summon them with a mundane weapon of their choice. The clone counts as both material or spiritual when it comes to interacting with others and it's reiatsu feels like that of a human or a plus. It contains all of the user's memories and the user's personality, but it knows that it is a summon and it is supernaturally loyal to its creator. It can teach, but not use, any non-release tech that the user knows. The user can reabsorb the summon at anytime provided that it is within 100m of the user. If reabsorbed, or the summon's duration runs out then the user gains all of the summon's memories. If the summon is killed, the user does not regain those memories.
The user can make this summon at different strengths. No matter what tier used, the summon is identical and only one such summon can be maintained at a time. If a new one is made the old one dissolves and it's memories absorbed by the user.
>It has tier durability.
>It is based off of Weapons mastery. It's effective weapons mastery is based off of the tier used, from beginner at Tier 1 up to mastered at Tier 6.
>All other masteries are two lower than it's Weapons mastery with a minimum of beginner and a maximum of average.
>Any techniques that the Summon knows can only be accessed if summoned at T5 for stepping or T4 for any other techniques.
>When summoned at T1 there is no maximum duration to the summon. At T2 the duration is 8 posts. For every tier above 2 that it's summoned at, the duration decreases by one post. (So 7 posts for T3, 6 for T4 and so on.) This duration only ticks down while the summon is engaged in combat.
>The summon is capable of going further than 100m from it's user, however it can not be made any further than 100m from the user and can only be reabsorbed if within 100m
Name: Empty Creation Class: Hollow Technique Type:Offensive Range: 50 Meters Tier: III Range: 50m Description: Hueco Mundo is not really a place of life. To hollows, actually creating something is hard. Even with Reiatsu they can only make hollow mockeries. While this tech is active the user can create and manipulate constructs out of Reiatsu within 50m of them. Attacks made with these constructs deal tier damage and have a max speed of Cero. They can make constructs of any complexity, however they appear translucent with faded out colors. There's no way anyone would mistake these for the real thing.
Name: Silver-voiced Nightingale Style Class: Hand to Hand Style Tier: N/A Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: A strange fighting style that blurs the line between martial art and magic. Silver-voiced Nightingale Style focuses on turning sound into a deadly weapon to defeat your foes, or a valuable asset to help your allies.
Name: Voice of the Night Bird Class: Hand to Hand Tier: I Type: Passive Range: 100m Description: Through special training to strengthen their lungs and vocal cords, the user has learned how to use their voice as a weapon. This tech allows the user to make hand to hand attacks using their voice. These attacks don’t deal tier damage, however they still deal damage just like chopping someone up with a zanpakuto still deals damage even without needing a tech. These techniques can be either omnidirectional, or focused.
>Omnidirectional attacks spread out in all directions from the user at bala speed out to 50m.
>Focused attacks are 10m wide and travel at bala speed up to 100m in a line.
The user can still possibly be heard outside of this, but outside of it the sound is just sound.
At first such attacks have to be produced by the user’s voice whether through singing, martial art kiais, or just chewing them out. Once the user has learned Silver-voiced Nightingale Form tech they are able to create such attacks through any sound they produce such as by playing an instrument or even tap dancing. They also gain the ability to talk someone to death or kill with a whisper, however in such a case a target can only be damaged if they can actually hear you.
Name: Inspiring Battle Hymn Class: Hand to Hand Tier: I Type: Passive Range: 50m Description: As combat breaks out the Nightingale sings a song to inspire her and her allies to greater competence. Despite the name, you don’t have to sing with this tech. Telling a story or just laughing in the face of the enemy. If the user does such an action once per post the effect takes place, and they aren’t limited to starting this tech at the start of conflict, they can start it mid-combat or restart it if the effect gets broken mid-combat. The user and every ally within 50m of her find that they are able to coordinate with each other perfectly without the need for words, thought, or prior training. They maintain an awareness of where each such ally is, what they are doing, what any techs any of their allies use to a level equal to reading the description of the tech, and where all their attacks are and going.
Requires Voice of the Night Bird to learn.
Name: Terrifying Battle Shriek Class: Hand to Hand Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 50m / 100m Description: The Nightingale’s voice promises death to their enemy. This tech doesn’t have to be used with a shriek. It can be also used with ominous music, creepy laughing, pissed off laughing, or anything with a similar sort of feel. This tech targets all enemies within 50m of the user who are not busy fighting someone other than the user. It forces all affected back at Cero speed until they are 100m from the user. This can take the form of knocking them back on actual waves of sound, by affecting that little lizard part of their brains so it seems like they jump back by themselves out of fear, or any other suitable aesthetic. If they have been damaged by an attack from Voice of the Night Bird within the last post this technique continues to affect them, preventing them from approaching within 100m of the user for one post.

Name: Silver-voiced Nightingale Form Class: Hand to Hand Tier: III Type: Supplementary / Offensive Range: Self Description: With a song on their lips and a sword in their hands the Nightingale dances through the battlefield. The user enters a fighting stance attuning their essence to the tempo of battle. This automates their ability to parry or dodge. This doesn’t make them any faster or provides tier defense, however it makes it so that they don’t need to think about defending. They just move to the beat and it happens automatically. While active this also makes attacks made via Voice of the Night Bird deal Tier 3 damage. Lasts up to 7 posts before needing to be reactivated.
Requires Inspiring Battle Hymn and Terrifying Battle Shriek to learn.
Name: Bala (Hollow Bullet) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: I Description: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.
Default ability for Arrancar and Adjuchas Hollow
Name: Cero (Hollow Flash) Class: Cero/Bala Type: Offensive Range: 100 Meters Tier: IV Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
Default ability for Arrancar and Adjuchas/Gillian Hollow
Name: Sonido (Resounding Revolution) Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Range: N/A Tier: I Description: Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for Shunpo.
Default for Arrancar and auto-gained at [ML-A] for Hollow
Link It's capable of extending out to 10 feet or shrinking down to a 1 foot wand like form. (see picture)

Name: Steps Between Heartbeats Class: Resurreccion Tier: II / IV Type: Passive Range: 100m Description: With the skill of a dancer, Lux dances across the battlefield dodging bullets and blades with equal ease. This passively increases Lux's speed by x2 and once per post she can reflexively teleport up to 50m, disappearing and reappearing in puff of cyan and white flames.
Extra release slot gained via use of HL-A Superbox. Usable outside of Release due to Superbox.
Name: Glittering Heart Flame Class: Resurrecion Tier: II / III-IV Type: Passive / Supplementary Range: 100m / 50m Description: Even the least action can turn out to be the spark that burns down the world. Passively any attack or tech of Lux's that hits the enemy leaves behind a mark in the form of a bright burning flame the color of Lux's reiatsu. This flame doesn't deal any damage and it kinda makes stealth hard, but it's main purpose is to reduce the target's speed by x2 while they are within 100m. The attack or tech doesn't have to deal damage to apply the mark, and if she so chooses so she can apply it with something as light as a pat on the back. The mark lasts for 8 posts.
If the marked enemy is within 50m of Lux she can activate this technique to consume the mark.
At tier 3 by doing so she can choose to EITHER reduce the target's Speed OR Strength by x3 OR reduce Both by x2. This lasts 7 posts.
At tier 4 by consuming the mark she reduces BOTH strength and speed by x3. This lasts 6 posts.
While on cooldown the passive aspect of this tech is removed.
Name: Stilled Beats Class: Resurreccion Tier: II-V Type: Binding Range: 100m Description: Strikes of light freeze the opponent in place. For one post all of the user's attacks and techs glitter with cyan and white light. The first such attack / tech to hit an opponent binds them, a bonfire of cyan and white fire covering their body. This follows all the rules of binding with a max possible length based off of the tier used. The speed of any attack / tech with add ons is limited by the highest tier of tech involved. Only actual enemies can be bound, Lux, allies, or neutral parties don't have anything to fear from this tech. Only one enemy can be bound per use of this tech.
Name: Dancing to Heartbeats Stance Class: Resurrecion Tier: II-V Type: Defensive Range: Self / 50m Description: Some say that the best defense is a good offense. I say the best defense is not getting hit in the first place. This is a defensive technique, though instead of defending with force fields or anything like that, while active, it automatically teleports Lux out of the way of the attack in a flicker of cyan and white flames, up to 50m away. If it successfully defends against the attack she teleports away in time, if it only partially defends such that it ends up reducing the tier of the attack, it teleports her away, but she gets clipped, taking the reduced damage. If it's unable to defend at all, she still gets teleported, but too late to defend against it with this tech. If there is no safe place to teleport to within 50m such as an overly large AoE attack then she doesn't reappear from the teleport until such a safe spot exists.
Name: Heartbeat Displacement Pulse Class: Resurrecion Tier: III-IV Type: Supp Range: Self / 100m Description: In an instant everything changes. This tech serves as an add on for another attack or tech. Upon impact it creates a wave of reiatsu that spreads at half-bala speed for 10m from the point of impact. She can also trigger this pulse while the tech is mid-air, but doing so terminates the attack / tech it's adding on to. Lux can reflexively teleport anyone touched by that pulse to anywhere within 50m of where they originally were so long as none of them exceed 100m from Lux or from where any of the others teleported ended up.
Outside of combat she can use the T4 version of this technique to teleport anyone within the area to anywhere within the same dimension.
Usable outside of release due to being a Vastocar.
Energy Transferance I'd rather see a debuff in this style; 'x3 debuff to strength' as an exemple, rather then one thirds. I can understand the fraction, but, it can cause a lot of confusion, so, I'd rather see that changed.
As a mod soul, you also can't start with item creation, you'll have to unlock this ICly.
For your soul release techs the class should actually be soul release ability/tech. This describes the "class" of the ability. Such as rei tech, hollow tech, h2h, etc.
Please just strike through the oversoul section of your release techs for now till you obtain if you do oversoul.
Premonitions of Menance - If this is passive it would have no duration it would be active all the time your release is active. Also since you only have a shikai level release it can only be a max of Tier II.
After reading it again though I'm not sure if you meant that the passive is just Tier I-II and the defensive is Tier III. If this is the case please format it to Tier II/III, so that it is more clear. Also please note this is a 200 meter diameter from her.
Ok, I rewrote Premonitions to be clearer and more in line with her other techs. Since the passive effect is a scrying effect the range on that is 200m right? Not 100?
For Paralyzing Combustion Imbuement it says "The length of this tech depends on the tier used." Not sure if this was either a typo or you may have just forgot to put a variable Tier. So if I could just get you to do that, everything else seems to be in order. I also went ahead and fixed your appearance links, that way the entire URL doesn't show. Ok, I changed them to have the appropriate variable tiers.
Also, I replaced Yellow Sun Overdrive with a new tech; Holy Light Injection. Holy Light Injection is meant to represent how her other techs worked by injecting her reiatsu into someone and then doing something with that. As a result, I also changed Golden Light Eruption and Paralyzing Combustion Imbuement so that they procc off of Holy Light Injection, basically trading in a Holy Light Injection counter to be able to do stuff.
Also, I'm lowering Soul Resilience to beginner to bump Weapons Mastery from below average to average and Soul Engineering up to Above Average.
Leveling up Item Creation over Average requires the use of Items being Registered/Approved in the Technique Board, otherwise it can reach Average without doing such. Any Items created still have to be submitted through the Technique board.
Item Creation caps at Average for starting profile.

The range of the passive version will have to be reduced to 100 meters in diameter, or 50 radial meters, being that is the max range for AreaofEffect type techs, non-combat can be extended to 200 meters in diameter. This has combat applications
Name: Paralyzing Combustion Imbuement
"A Reiatsu burst can't clear out this tech unless they expel completely all of their reiatsu and completely exhaust themselves as a result."
A simple reiatsu burst that has a +1 advantage over the ability will be enough to break out of it, cannot require a complete exhaustion of reiatsu. Also cut range down to 50 radial meters, since it isn't a technique that actually travels based on what the description says.
" Holy Light Injection is canceled, but instead the injected reiatsu wrecks havoc on the victim, giving either a x3 debuff to strength OR speed OR a x2 debuff to both. " The effective tier to get this effect is tier III, other wise tier II can only do x2 debuff to one stat. Tier I gives no buff/debuff.
I'm not gonna grade Golden Light Eruption, since I want to grade the following technique which will change how the other techs operate.
Name: Holy Light Injection
"This tech passively enhances any Augmentation, Hand to Hand, or melee based Weapons mastery attack or technique."
This is not allowed via the Standard in the Technique Guide. You are allowed to augment your strength or your speed, and that's it.
That being said, you have a passive ability that is granting some kind of buff, and have another technique that goes on to do more. At tier II, you will not be allowed to do so many things with one technique, buff, trigger for follow up technique, damage over time, and defensive piercing ability to ignore durability masteries, which mind you have to be a specific technique that can only do this. You need to seriously trim down this ability, as a passive, you would only be able to have ONE, maybe two effects at the most, and they would not be substantial. Range is too much, needs to be shortened to 50 radial meters. Only projectiles or launched techniques can travel to the max of 100 meters.
1) I lowered Item Creation to Average and bumped Soul Resilience up to Below Average in response.
2) I replaced Premonitions of Menace with Sunny May Halo, a defensive tech more in line with the themes of her other release tech. It's basically a defensive tech that defends by "dispelling" the junk it defends against. Also to go with her martial art style theme, it can be used as a dispelling block or a dispelling strike, but that's mostly just cosmetic.
3) I made Paralyzing Combustion Imbuement into a binding tech so that it'll benefit from the tier boosting of Oversoul when Cecli gets it unlike the previous debuff form. I also rewrote it so that it should be clearer and so that instead of working by expelling the ejected into the opponent it makes the opponent's energy rebel against them and bind them.
4) I changed Golden Light Erruption to be clearer and so that it works by causing the opponent's energy rebel against them and explode instead of the injected reiatsu. I also made it so that it could trigger a chain reaction in other marked people nearby.
5) I renamed Holy Light Injection to Glorious Solar Mark. Instead of injecting reiatsu, it now leaves a mark on the opponent that her other techs consume. The mark itself also makes it harder for someone so marked to hide from Celci.
6) I made the range of all the techs that consume marks to 50m.
7) Added "Reiryoku Techniques for Dummies" to the list of mundane items she has. It's basically a training manual to help with reiryoku techniques and will feature in her future training. Also it's funny.

Name: Sunny May Halo Class: Soul Release Tier: I-III Type: Defensive Range: Touch / 50m Description: Glorious Arete provides a bulwark that no evil can touch. This technique is an add on to any Augmentation, Hand to Hand, or melee based Weapons mastery attack, block or tech. Gentle purifying light surrounds the attack, block or tech. This purifies and neutralizes any energy it comes into contact with whether spiritual, kinetic, or some more exotic form of attack, transforming it into harmless flares of golden light. Insort, this provides tier defense though it's not limited to defending against offensive attacks. If it successfully defends against something, it neutralizes that thing, ending it and putting it on cool down. For things that don't have a cool down it makes it so that it can't be used for 6 seconds. It still weakens techs that it doesn't successfully defend against as is normal for defensive techs.
Basically, this is a defense that works by essentially dispelling stuff. It can be used various ways, but that's mostly just cosmetic
It can also be used as an add on to a more aggressive action like a punch in which case it'd defend by punching something. This follows the same rules as above, but it can only defend against one thing per use of this tech. If the punch hits something affected by multiple techs, Celci would choose which one she'd want to dispel. This dispelling effect happens before any other effect of the thing it's added on to. Technically, she doesn't have to use an attack to do this. For example if an ally of hers is being affected by a curse she can use this to "lay on hands" in an attempt to defend against it.
Finally, she can choose to consume a Glorious Solar Mark with this tech. Provided that the marked target is within 50m of her, she can consume the mark to trigger this tech. This works as the attack add on version of this tech as the target's energy rebels and tears apart their own thing. Meaning that they have one o f their abilities dispelled? I think i understood that.

This tech consumes a Glorious Solar Mark. So long as the marked opponent is within 50m of Celci she can consume the mark to trigger this tech, causing the victim's own energy to rebel against them and hold them in place. Flares of golden fire erupt out from their body pinning them in place and binding them.
This follows all the rules for regular binding techs and the max length it can last varies based off of tier used.

Name: Golden Light Eruption Class: Soul Release Tier: I-III Type: Offensive Range: 50m Description: At times the only purification that can be found is in destruction. This tech consumes a Glorious Solar Mark. So long as the opponent is within 50m of Celci she can consume the mark to trigger this tech, causing the victim's own energy to rebel against them, exploding out of their body in a blast of golden fire. WHAT RANGE IS THE BLAST? This deals tier damage, but it also ignites the target dealing tier damage each post until put out. These golden flames are hardier than regular ones. They will burn even underwater. No matter what method is used to try to put them out it takes around 6 seconds of uninterrupted effort, whether that's by stop, drop, and rolling, dousing them in water, or whatever. The victim can still move around while doing this and dodge, but anything more complex such as attacking, parrying, or using a technique interrupts this effort and forces them to start over. The max length of these flames is based off of the tier used. You needs to change this, if its stopping them from using techs or the such it needs to be either a binding or a paralasys, otherwise you need a referance that stronger opponents can 'ignore' the flames.
This technique is designed to be used against spirits. It or any effects of it deal no damage to those with a physical body and who do not have any spiritual powers. Against those with a physical body it causes immense pain and messes up the flow of their reiatsu/reishi/whatever it is that Bount have, but it doesn't leave any external wounds and can not kill them. MAKE NO MISTAKE! This is not illusionary damage. They still have to either be healed or recover as if they had taken the physical damage, but the damage is to their meta-physical self, not their material body. Against spiritual beings the damage happens as normal and it can kill them.
This explosion can also set off a chain reaction. Celci can optionally choose to have this tech also triggers the mark on anyone else provided that they are within 50m of the original victim and 50m of Celci. They are affected as targeted by Golden Light Erruption in all ways, except they can't trigger further explosions.
Name: Glorious Solar Mark Class: Soul Release Tier: II-III Type: Supplementary Range: Touch / 100m Description: The enemies of man lurk through the darkness thinking it will hide them. They are wrong. This tech is an add on to any Augmentation, Hand to Hand, or melee based Weapons mastery attack or technique. It can also be used with just a regular touch, it doesn't have to be an attack / tech, and similarly the mark can be laid even if the attack doesn't deal any damage. Aside from any effect of the enhanced attack / tech Celci leaves a bright golden mark on her opponent. This mark shines through clothes, cover, or other mundane attempts at hiding it, brightly illuminating everything within 10m of the victim bright enough to read by. While the victim is within 100m of the user the user benefits from a supernatural awareness of them. With equal or higher advantages the light of this mark also illuminates the victim to the user's eyes through any tech that would obscure their location while they are within 100m of the user, the mark still being perfectly visible through invisibility or smoke screens or whatever.
Several of Celci's other release techs consume this mark. Celci can activate as many of these techs at the same time as she wants off of consuming one mark.
How long the mark lasts depends on the tier used, and the mark only goes dormant if the marked person goes further than 100m from Celci, the light dimming to about the level of a glow in the dark sticker and providing no effects. It's not enough to just get some distance to break the mark.
You need to state that the tier of the mark needs to be at least the Tier of the technique being activated. On toop of that this tech needs a speed and a speed for the activation of its sub-techs.
Sorry, upon musing on feature plot-y-ness I felt a new face claim was in order and the one I settled on didn't fit the powers I had, so I changed those too.
1) Changed face claim to Firecracker Jinx from LoL
2) Changed reiatsu features to nuclear green and feels like a thousand microscopic bugs crawling underneath your skin
3) Changed name of augmentation to Green Sun Princess
4) Changed theme to Radiation
5) Changed Pill Color to nuclear green
6) Changed all four techniques for new ones fitting the new release theme.
O.... k, so I'm using a HL-A superbox that I'm buying from Karina on IOU on Celci here.
This box allows me to have;

Four-fold Demon Arm: Human Arm - By I/III do you mean that it is Passive Tier I - Supplemental Tier III if so please make the type Passive / Supplemental (This is for all the Demon Arm techs if this is the case)
Greater Shintai of the Green Sun - We use posts as time stamps not seconds, because of the quick speed and intensity of bleach battles that happen in extremely short amounts of time compared to normal battles because of their heightened speed. Please adjust this. I would also like to see that if you use this plasma as an eye beam, firebreath etc it is activated as a tech and causes the appropriate cooldown, as it stands it seems a little unlikely for that to be part of the passive itself ontop of the rest.
Lesser Shintai of the Green Sun - For area of effect it can be a max of 100 meter diameter or 50 meter radius. The area than effectively becomes pi*50^2 = A, not 100^2. Sorry little technically there, but the range would simply be noted as a 50 meter radius or 100 meter diameter for AOE.
All the amounts of techs and masteries looks good though
It says that if you have two masteries at mastered, you can lower one & cap it at Advanced toc increase the other to Specialized. Since that's the very first thing I'd do, I'm going to go ahead and cap Reiatsu Control at Advanced, using one of my 3 possible Mastered masteries for it, in order to bump up Soul Engineering from Mastered to Specced.
With specced Soul Engineering, I can have 1 T3 passive via Soul Engineering. I'm replacing the reiryoku tech "Phylactery Heart Soul" for "Tattooed Aegis Armor" under Soul Engineering for this T3 passive.
I have also made the suggested changes, but in addition I removed the defensive / offensive portion of Greater Shintai of the Green Sun to make it so that it can be activated at T5 to either buff strength or speed by x4 or both by x3 and I removed the passive bits from her Four Fold Demon Arm techs. They still change shape, but other than being a freakin' gun, hammer, shield or arm they don't really have a passive effect and since I only get a limited number of passive soul engineering techs per body I don't want to waste them on those techs.
Ok, so instead of being a mod soul, I'm using my HL-A super box to make Celci a vastocar.
Also I've changed her name and face claim.
Alsox2, I'm burning one of my 3 mastered masteries from the super box to cap Hierro at Advanced to bump one of my OTHER three masteries to make Cero / Bala mastery specced.
Forceful Enlightenment This won't really work. A hollow to arrancar transformation is just blatantly ripping off the mask. You cannot imbue power into a person because the human races (Human, fullbringer, subshini, etc.) Awake their spiritual powers through traumatic and often life threatening events. That being said, a tier III is also very weak to completely change one's race/awake someone's spiritual powers permamently. A shinigami giving their power to a human becomes a plus, losing all their power in the progress.
Loom-snarling Deception It can't be a tier IV activation that triggers a tier I passive. If it is a tier IV, it has a cooldown and a duration, if it is a tier I, it does a lot to be a tier I.
Life of Schrodinger It's not up to you whether humans can see you, it's up to the human, whether it is spiritually aware or not. Basically, you'll need a gigai to be seen by non spiritually aware. This also wouldn't work as a tier I passive, rather a supplementative type of technique.
-Divide By- Cero It being a tier III, you would only be able to augment your weapons with said tier and not higher or lower for that matter.
Garganta -Purse- A garganta only leads to Hueco Mundo, so, you wouldn't be able to have a pocket dimension within a dimension.
Well, I clarifed that Forceful Enlightment is pretty much just removing another hollow's mask in a way so that they'd become an arrancar and for humans or pluses gives them the potential to develop powers / join the shinigami academy and become a shinigami without actually awakening anything. It's mostly for plot.
Loom-snarling Deception Ok, I simplified it to being a basic enough shape shifting tech that disguises the user's reiatsu at equal advantage.
Life of Schrodinger Made it so that while physical / both they're basically in a pseudo-gigai made through their reiryoku.
-Divide By- Cero This is basically the same as it was, only with a variable tier. I had to add a lot of mcgubbins so that instead of using the Cero first and then this tech afterwards, just using this tech covers both sides of it in order to avoid awkwardness dealing with cooldowns.
Garganta -Purse- 'kay, I clarified that it's just a portal that looks like a Garganta. Also did the same with her other portal based techs. This is just an Aesthetic choice.
Forceful Enlightenment ~ this wouldn't really fly, any power you'd imbue to a human or plus soul would essentially hollowfy them or cause soul suicide since its hollow reiatsu so this would not have the desired effects on humans.
Life of Schrodinger ~ I concur with Mist, only spiritually aware beings will be able to see you, using reiryoku will not aid you because they cannot see that either, in essence its like using invisible ink to paint a painting, unless you have a gigai or the likes this wouldn't have the intended effect you think it will.
Insignificant Embers Intuition ~ The level of knowledge gained from this is a little too high and will not always be the case, a classic example of this being kenpachi who had high spiritual and power levels but no release, same with ichigo, so i'd ask that you remove any mention of shikai bankai and theme since those are way more personal than you'd know merely at a glance, the same applies to masteries, some of these things you can only ascertain in battle.
