When it comes to being infected by Hollow, Quincy have a bad situation. They have no "antibodies" as said by Urahara. But what does it mean by antibodies? But how does Advantages play into this? It's not stated in any of the guides. And what about Humans? A Human would have more resistance I suppose since this is more directed at Quincy. And Fullbringers would have the best resistance out of any race, even Shinigami, because of their already Hollow-like nature. Shinigami have good resistance, I would say, due to their nature as being pureifiers of Hollow, but reinforced by their inner spirit. The spirit would help resist Hollowfication unless a massive amount of Hollow Reiatsu is placed within.
Depending on what's said, I'd like to make a guide on Hollow Infection.

It doesn't really play into advantages and is more of a plot mechanic then a combat one. If it was put in the system hollows would have a huge advantage vs quincy.
When it comes to the antibodies I have some opinions on the subject, though be aware these are not canon as there is no actual definitive canon information on this. All races have both a physical biology and a soul biology. Poisons, drugs, and other similar things effect the physical biology, while things such as hollow infection effect the soul. While its probably not the same as cellular antibodies, the soul likely has its own defensive measures and evolves through the generations much the same as normal physical biology does. While its never canonly stated, I would assume that normal humans have developed "soul antibodies" to hollow infection over having to deal with them in some form or another for several hundred thousand years. Quincy, either lived in a location where they did not encounter hollows for many thousands of years, or were created by Yuha so recently in history that they didn't have the time to evolve the antibodes. It could also specifically be related to Yuha's blood, in that it alters the soul in such a way that removes the hollow antibodies from humans.
The idea of these antibodies is certainly an interesting one, and brings up questions like how resistant other races are to "hollow infection". For example, while humans and shinigami are resistant, we have seen they are not immune. And races like fullbringer whose powers come from hollow infection, bounts who have no soul to infect, and mod souls who would likely have been designed to be completely immune. IT certainly makes for interesting information to put in plots.
tldr: We dont need a guide because you can't infect something with hollow juju without OOC concent, and if it was implemented it would give hollows too much of an advantage vs quincy. So leave it in plot.

There is no rule about Hollowfication besides the Hollowfication Virus., to my knowledge. If we leave this to a Plot Mechanic, then I would like that rule to be expanded on more. And you do raise some good points, but Quincy haven't lived for thousands of years. At least not as many as Humans because they would only be around for a little more than two-thousand. Juha Bach is as old as Yamamoto, from what I recall. Or is Juha Bach about 1000+? I think Juha was only 1000+ where Yama was 2000+.
Something like that.
As for Quincy, not being around long enough is one good point. And I think it is along the lines of a "glass canon" deal with them. While they are great at destroying Hollow, they are a "white blood cell" that has a high attack value but crappy defense. Where as other races have a "high attack value" but "better defense value". That's the best way I can explain it right now in terms of RPG Mechanics. But my point should come across.
In the end, if being infected is a pure Plot Mechanic, then I'd just like the Hollow Virus rule expanded on more with said information.

I mean, what kind of rule are you looking for? There are already two relating too it.
The first is you can't have a hollowfication serum without training from someone who already has it.
And the second implied rule is that you can't turn something into a hollow/ vizard without ooc consent.
So what exactly are you wanting here? cause it sounds like you're looking for a rule that allows you to bypass OOC consent, or nerf quincy by giving them a combat weakness to physical contact with hollows. Both of which would be rejected.
