PERSONALITY
Ellis is considered a modest individual remaining humble and unassuming of others keeping a respectful estimation of anther’s abilities or achievements. Unpretentious, she does not seek to impress others with an appearance of greater importance, talent, or culture than what is actually possessed. Ellis is pleasantly simple and functional. Graceful and "clean" yet speaks casually as well to ordinary people just as she would to those "not so clean" themselves. However, Ellis's cool and lone demeanor forces her to hide personal troubles even from friends. As a person whom rarely opens up her heart making friends becomes difficult. She is skilled at acting putting on different personalities rather quickly from situation to situation making her quite good with improvisation.
Considered quite the chief others desire Ellis's cooking. Though often times she is quite confused how others dislike a particular favorite of her's, spicy foods. Ellis herself does not understand it but she adores most things hot and spicy. Pranks with these foods are nearly impossible as she adores them so, however, she has a distaste for foods that are spiced in the wrong way for she adores flavor. She has a knack for remembering things however fails when it comes to all but basic math. Not particularly fond of dogs, as she is allergic to them and find their barking rather annoying. Ellis prefers cats as they keep to themselves but dislikes noisy one's but enjoys those that enjoy playing. This brings up the topic Ellis has a difficult time thinking when loud noises are present which brings out a violent side of her. Thought not particularly violent herself Ellis does have a habit with lashing out at stupidity.
Ellis prides herself as an Overseer. She rules over the Akahito and her word is final. She is bound by honor with the determination to do right, however, underhanded tricks are not above her. To her, it takes more than a strong will and silver tongue to get what you want. Power is necessary, but can some in different forms. Ellis's power comes from her willingness to do what she must and upholding promises. She knows she isn't the type that can take part in combat directly due to her Fullbring, but still takes great pride in The Dark Covenant.
Concerning Hollow and Shinigami, she prefers to remain out of their conflicts. She leaves both be unless her business or family is threatened; Thus remaining neutral unless required.
HISTORY
Our story begins with the two lovers Akihito Sakura (20) and Jason Eisenburg (18). The two meet while Jason traveled from Germany on what was planned to be a simple vacation to Japan. Deciding to try his luck at gambling Jason soon found himself on a loosing streak. When his steam was at its peak the slot machine “accidentally broke”. Bound by security they drug him towards Sakura's office, Being the type to force these people to pay her back one way or another, even through illegal means, Sakura found herself at a loss for words. Though always composed Jason somehow had a way of getting under her skin. Over the next few days Sakura ordered Jason to fix anything that broke since she quickly found out his special gift was related to machinery and electronics after he somehow managed to get a few free cokes from a vending machine. Sakura constantly lectured him always getting flustered which drove others into worry as she'd never before been seen like that. This continued onward for an entire month as Jason went from job to job around the casino until a faithful night when their love finally sparked.
Two years later Ellis was born however her father died shortly after for reasons never told to her. Sakura kept it secret pulling strings in the media and government alike. As a child Ellis was given a young woman by the name of Charlotte as a personal guardian, a maid. Her job was to home school Ellis as well teach her about the spiritual world. This included play time often using her Soul Communication as well certain mind games which was all to aid her in eventually taking her mother's place as head of the family. Charlotte quickly became an elder sister. Despite being one of the lesser family members, a distant cousin, she could never truly take the place of Ellis's mother Sakura. Her mom spent little time with her, seeing her four or five times a week due to her busy schedule. Though Sakura deeply regretted this she always made sure to spend time with her on holidays but eventually that came to a halt by the age of seven. It soon became only twice a week she saw her for a few hours at a time. Ellis grew to despise her mother for she always broke promises when it came to spending time together. This soon became deep seeded hatred where Ellis always wanted to make and keep a promise. By the age of eight this sprouted into her first unlocking her Fullbring where she make a contract with Charlotte to always be there for one another.
Life went by without Ellis thinking about her mother but it still pained her. This continued for two more years until Ellis began making a few friends just outside of Charlotte with the other families. She didn't quite fit in around normal people caring little for them but Charlotte pushed her along. Eventually Ellis made a few friends learning of the wonders it brought. Two more years passed by Ellis and her mother growing ever more distant to the point she no longer thought about her mom at all. That was until one night Sakura saw Ellis crying herself to sleep one night. That next morning she made breakfast for Ellis where, out of anger, Ellis ignored her. She remained with Ellis for the next few days eventually causing that bond to form once again. Out of selfishness Ellis wanted her mom to promise she would never leave her again like in the past else she would die. Sakura knew full well of Ellis's powers despite it being secret tall all but herself and few others. It was something she knew she would eventually break but to prove herself for the time being she thought it best. For the next year things seemed alright as Ellis eventual came to terms with her mom leaving often, maturing but time came when Sakura had to break her promise. She would be gone for a year and before she could make it to the airport she suffered a fatal heart attack. To this day the cause was unknown other than to Ellis herself.
Sakura's death drove Ellis into despair. Despite the deal made she didn't truly want her mother to die but that event was what started Ellis to truly understand what could happen after someone went back on their words and just how powerful her contract ability was. With Ellis being barely a teenager. She was to young to be head of the family. This started conflict within the family but where she might not be the next heir for years to come. By this point in her life she had already had dreams of becoming the head but never put much thought into it. From this point onward she forced herself to grow up quickly. It would be another two years before she could be announced head due to their customs. During this time the casino was controlled by others already of high standing within the company. When time came close for Ellis to be announced head she learned they were planning to kill her so they could continue as well rid anyone else who might object. This disgusted Ellis so she used her powers once again to make deals with them which they did not keep. Unknown to them they were signing their lives away. Dying of unknown causes to others besides Ellis she eventually became the head.
For the next nine years Ellis continued high school but her capability to make contracts eventually spread out but her abilities were unknown besides this. After being around a place of gambling lives away, and other events leading up to she got a masters degree in college by the age of twenty three in business with a minor in law but is currently turning law into a masters. It is not known precisely when but Ellis eventually became a darker person often putting up a mask but it is related to her mother's death, the deaths of the men who tried to control the company, and several events during college.
Now, when it came to the first year of being Overseer Ellis was quite nervous. She was unsure how the other families would view such a young leader but she had friends in several of the families. With support and advise from her own family Ellis managed to do fair but without a board of executives there was a possibility the company would crash within that year. This was not the best time for Ellis as she had not yet to elect a new board, holding off for months for fear of more trying to take over the company. While far to much for just any old teenage girl to hand Ellis had been raised since a child to. But with her still morning over the loss of her mother she could not bare it much longer. The pressure was getting to her and there was talk of a possible mutiny within the family itself. The family was on the verge of collapse. She feared what the High Counsel would do if something was not done quickly. Now sixteen Ellis had grown quite nervous talking to few remaining locked in her suit of the hotel. They had lost half of their customers in a year. The company would go bankrupt soon if something was not done. Her connections had weakened, not that she had many to begin with, as they saw her more of a liability.
But before it could get worse Ellis was approached by one of her mother's old acquaintances. Apparently Charlotte had something to do with this mean learning of Ellis's position. When asked who he was and why he would help her he said she was someone close to him. Ellis was merely told a bit more about her mother since she didn't know a lot herself. That she cared deeply for Ellis and was always watching her even when she was not here in person. She was always there, every step of the way. With this said the man was never seen again and it gave Ellis the encouragement to bring the family as well the company back on top. Hearing her mother was pulled between the families, the company, and her own daughter but loved all of them Ellis was pulled out of her depression. Making a board of executives she forced them all under contracts so they could never betray her as well making sure they had the proper wisdom to help the company. Over the next few months the Jade Dragon Casino became popular as ever. A few years passed, the family came to be just as great when her mom was in charge as Ellis made damn sure certain people in charge would not betray them by placing them under a contract. True she still held fear of being betrayed but she would not have it. However by the third year Ellis's iron clad rules became questionable.
A lesson learned that a leader must inspire rather than being cruel. Freeing certain people from the contracts she soon became to lenient. It took her awhile to find a good balance. So yes, Ellis made a lot of mistakes during her first four years as Overseer but by the mark of the fifth year that all changed where she finally became quite decent. Still not as great as her mother but after awhile that too changed. For the next five years Ellis learned to increase their profits, combining what she learned from law classes, government, and business. But not only this, From all the experience she accumulated over the years as well. Thus earning the respect of many her past mistakes all but forgotten.

| BATTLE SKILLS Name: After Light Class: Stepping Type: Bringer Light Tier: I Range: Personal Description: Creates an after image of the user when using Bringer Light. It appears completely solid. Name: Angel Light Class Stepping Type: stepping/supplemental Tier: IV Range: Personal Description: Ellis moves with extreme speed pushing her Bringer Light to the utmost max. It is difficult to see her especially with Specialized Bringer Light when using this, only through utmost focus could she possibly been seen. When using this Ellis waits till the point of impact or moment before to move just before she will be damaged. When doing so she leaves behind a clone that appears to have taken damage. It is real enough to where it will bleed. As a drawback this can't be used to attack during but can after. Name: Spacial Stepping Class: Stepping Tier: II-VII Type: Supplementary/Defensive Range: 0-100 Meters Description: A spacial distortion occurs while Ellis performs Bringer Light. This distortion teleports Elis anywhere within one hundred meters from her current position. Simply moving a limb or bodily portions via teleportation are also possible, but only in a defensive manner and it still remains connected to her body via spacial dislocation. Merely phasing through objects/techniques becomes possibility by dislocating herself from space while she becomes seemingly transparent, however, equal or greater Advantages are required in order to pass through. Dislocating techniques, not of her own, do not hold their full power but, instead, are weakened. Advantages greater than her own causes a disruption in her technique and her to take damage. In a situation Ellis is trapped within a sealed space, such as a dimensional barrier, she can utilize Distortion to pass through. Dislocation also requires Ellis to have physical contact with said object/technique. However, as noted by Spacial Knowledge's perk she cannot pass through the three realms; merely go back to the realm she was previously. Maximum distance traveled can include any distance within the current realm she resides in, however, this portion cannot be used in combat. Name: Sound Bringer Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Tier: III Range: 20 Meters Max for sound distance Description:Every time Ellis uses Bringer Light, she will create a powerful sound that is akin to a volcanic eruption combined with a loud screech. It is powerful enough to no doubtfully cause enemies to wince upon use, if not monumentally stun them only because of the loud effect. A ringing defending ringing sensation will last for two post. If used repetitively, it is possible to cause someone to go deaf forever. Name: Light Bringer Class: Stepping Type: Stepping Tier: III Range: 20 Meters Max for sound distance Description: Every time Ellis steps, she releases a bright flash of green light from her body. Though only a momentary flicker, it is blinding. And those looking directly at it within twenty meters will be blinded for one post, having blurry vision on the second, and find on the third. REIRYOKU TECHNIQUES Name: Power Shot #2 Class: Reiryoku Type: Offensive Tier: I-VI Range: 100 Meters Description: Ellis creations bullets made of spiritual energy that are much like a Quincy arrow. She can fire them out from any portion of her body. Single shot, rapid fire, or shotgun. Cero Speeds. Name: Heal Wave Type: Healing Class: Healing Tier: II-III Range: Touch Description: Allows Ellis to flow energy into a wound healing it. Moderate cuts and bad bruising at Tier II, taking two posts. Deep lacerations and broken bones would be Tier III, taking four posts. Name: Still Type: Binding Class: Reiyoku Tier: II-VI Range: Long Description: A binding attack similar to Bakudo #9 Geki. By focusing on an area the target is coated in a blue light and remains bound for two post unless destroyed. Name: Shield Type: Defensive Class: Reiryoku Tier: II-VI Range: Short-Long Description: Creates a barrier or shield in front or around the target. Lasts till destroyed. Name: Black Negotiator Type: Supplementary Class: Reiryoku Tier: III-V Range: Personal/200 Meter Diameter Description: An variation of Angel Negotiator. Ellis can cause a thick black mist to surround a maximum area of two-hundred meters. At Tier III, it is difficult to see; It is comparable to a dense fog where someone can't see past ten feet. And at five feet away it is difficult. However, Ellis can see unhindered. It extends outwards at Half-Bala speeds, and remains stationary for five posts without a need for her to keep focus on Black Negotiator. If used as a Tier IV, or Tier V, it disrupts one's Reiatsu sensing capability other than Ellis herself. However, if one were to use an ability higher than Black Negotiator, it can be felt; Albeit it will feel weaker based on the Advantage System. SOUL COMMUNICATION Name: Elemental Master Type: Offensive/Defensive Class: Soul Communication Tier: I-VI Range: Short-Long Description: Ellis focuses on any element, earth, wind, fire, etc and can manipulate it as she pleases. Such as a burst of wind, flame thrower, etc using it for offensive or defensive purposes. Name: Power Shot Type: Offensive Class: Soul Communication Tier: I-V Range: Long Description: She can reinforce a bullet, or something similar. This allows it to interact with the spiritual realm. Tier I is bala speed. Anything greater is Cero speed. Name: Contractual Obligations Type: Contractual Class: Soul Communication Tier: I-VI Range: N/A Description: Fullbringers and Substitute-Soul Reapers are capable of making contracts, or pacts, with one another as states in canon and in the Fullbring Guide. Ellis is capable of forging pacts with other's herself or aid others in forging pacts if they are unable themselves. These pacts places limits on one another depending what is agreed upon even to the point of not being able to use one's own power to harm one another. A canon example is when Yushio trapped Ginjo in the sealed space and could never be broken unless Ginjo willed it or the battle was over. Name: Flight Type: supplementary Class: Soul Communication Tier:: II Range: Personal Description: Allows her to fly at walking or running speeds by manipulating her clothes or the air around her. Name: Vocalist Type: offensive Class: Soul Communication Tier: I-VI Range: Personal/200 Meters Description: Ellis can change how she sounds ranging from a robot to totally different people. She can also use this as a loud speaker so many people can hear her or to even throw her voice like a ventriloquist. Offensively she can talk, or just scream, where it sounds like she is screaming loudly hurting other's ears. At a Tier I it sounds merely like an extremely loud irritating scream. Tier I the ears begin ringing to the point of being unable to hear anything for three posts following. Tier II will make the ears pop where zero sound will be heard at all and Tier III can make ears begin to bleed causing permanent damage to the ears if she carries that on for more than one post. Name: Invisable Girl Type: Support Class: Soul Communication Tier: I-III Range: Personal Description: By bending the light around her Ellis can appear invisable. This allows her to walk around normally but can not make quick movements otherwise it will break. She can also hide objects upwards the size of a car with this. For small objects, such as a book, it's Tier I. To hide entire buildings she needs Tier II or Tier III for a few city blocks. Name: Ion Soul Field Type: Binding Class: Soul Communication Tier: II-VII Range: Personal/100 Meters Description: By manipulating ions, Ellis can cause objects to repel or attract one another. This works by charging an object with either positive or negative ions. For a visual effect, though not always present, crackles of electricity may appear. Ellis can also use this to cling herself to walls, allowing her to climb/run them. It is also possible to just magnetize an object, or person, where every piece of metal in the area will come flying towards them. ITEMS REIATSU FEATURES Name: Angel Negotiator Type: Reiatsu Passive Tier: I Range: Personal/200 Meter Diameter Description: The presence Ellis's Reiatsu gives off works makes her difficult to sense. Normally, she seems to produce no Reiatsu. The moment Ellis increase her Reiatsu, such as preparing an attack, Reiatsu will leak out; Thereby allowing someone to find her for the brief moment energy is charging. Though once released, Ellis goes back to being untraceable. This effect extents to any item Ellis has on hand. And due to it's nature, one can not easily find residual traces of spiritual pressure unless their means are above her Advantages. However, the ability does have another function. If Ellis were to raise her spiritual pressure, it appears black and as if black angel feathers were fluttering about. FULLBRING |

FULLBRING APPEARANCE The form of Ellis's Fullbring takes on the appearance of black angel wings that form from her back. They are capable of flight. At will, or upon forming, the wings deform into feathers and form into a hat, coat, boots, dress and gloves. Ellis can also form a book with a pen that houses all of her current contracts, and information regarding, that are listed by her primary Fullbring technique, The Dark Convenient.
FULLBRING ABILITIES
Name: Reactive Armor - Providence
Type: Clad Perk
Description: While Fullbring is activated, Ellis's defenses are increased. The outside and inside of her body becomes coated in a dense, yet extremely thin, smoldering black aura that seeps out from every portion of her body. Her spiritual potency becomes equivalent to Soul Resilience until Mastered release where it becomes equivalent to Hierro.
Name: Reactive Armor - Providence

Tier: III/IV-V
Description: The exterior of her body is surrounded by a black aura that will repulse and deflect spiritual energy/spiritual attacks. The aura extends one inch past her body. Passively it halts any attacks Tier III or lower, and reflects them back at their original power. While it has no effect on physical attacks, any physical attacks enhanced by spiritual energy will have said energy reflected back. The effect can be temporarily enhanced to Tier IV or Tier V for one post. But once the enhanced barrier has taken damage equal to the Tier used, it goes on cooldown and back to the passive state. Range: Personal (Regardless of Ellis being nearby or not, those already under a contract are affected because it "directly affects them at all times" making it personal; her presence is not necessary for the contract to be in affect regardless of distance. However in order for Ellis to make a contract with someone she can only be a maximum of 200 meters away.)
Description: The Dark Covenant allows for the making of contracts with another based upon consent between Ellis and the party at hand which extends from a singular person to entire groups. These contracts are to be stated in one form or another which includes, but not limited to, vocal or written contracts. An agreement is made upon any means Ellis sees fit rather it be as simple as the shaking of two hands, writing upon paper, or tossing a rock into a pond but the other must do as she does or something else signifying the agreement but must be something which pleases Ellis. From the beginning all contracts must be laid out in full from what the other wishes, however, by no means must Ellis state what she desires if she does not wish nor what may befall her if she breaches the contract in any form. However, if asked she must tell them. It could be that she does not know yet, thereby giving her a “blank check”; asking anything she desires in return.
These contracts hold the power to provide the party in question a special perk prior to the notification or receipt of payment. These perks may take the form of a ability approved via the technique board or even twists of fate. In short, either party can attain most anything, such as unlocking one's potential, however, everything must follow the rules stated in BSRP's Guides.
A “breach” is defined as breaking part of the agreement or completely forgoing what was or is to be done. The former is defined as a “partial breach” whereas the latter “full breach” which in either case could lead to termination of any contract if so desired by either party, unless stated otherwise in the contract. When a breach is made, various effects could occur which are laid out in the contract. This can range from positive or negative coincidences ranging from buffs, debuffs, immense pain, damage of various kinds, sickness, a twist of fate and more. This twist in fate is generally a random effect unless described within the contract (noted these “twists of fates” are storyline driven and will not affect another in battle other than slipping on water thus “bad luck in battle” but nothing beyond unless the player so wishes).
Buffs – Can't go beyond x3s. Tier III for x2 and Tier IV for x3 (time limit depending on contract). The buff can be split, meaning a x1.5 boost for Tier III.
Debuffs – The debuffs depend on the amount of Advantages laid out by BSRP's Technique Guide. 1 Advantage is a 25%, 2 Advantages is 50%, 3 Advantages is 75%, 4, Advantages is 100%. Length and the stat affected is to be laid out during the contract's spoiler.
Damage – Can vary from blinding, a sudden bind, immense pain or damage to the entire body or part designated by the contract. The greatest of these would be becoming a mindless slave to Ellis or forgoing of one's life.
Note One - The effects always remain active as this is a legally binding document/contract. Even when deactivated the effects always remain active even when the Fullbring itself is deactivated. The Dark Covenant goes on it's own cooldown and does not trigger the cooldown of other techniques. When a breach is made, the subject in question, will suffer a possible negative effect of the Tier used. This technique will go on a cooldown for the subject in question, and the original Tier used (if over Tier III) will go on cooldown. Example, if a contract is made originally with a Tier IV and a breach is made, the person would suffer a Tier IV effect but does it again it would only be Tier III unless the cooldown of the Tier IV finishes. If a Tier V is used, they suffer the Tier V effect but then comment another breach during the cooldown it would be Tier IV and again would be Tier III.
Note Two - All notes involving the contract must be stated in a spoiler. From the breaches, partial breaches, to what the party of the first part (the individual in question) and party of the second part (Ellis). All contracts made, unless something story-line driven such as luck or unlocking potential (as unlocking potential does nothing for ranking up other than “aiding” the character for story), must go through the Improvement System. The notes of the contract must be reviewed and approved by a Moderator, and then both parties place the spoiler notes somewhere on their profile.
Note Three - Contracts made affect any party as per normal via the "advantage/tier system" following the stipulations of any contract.
Note Four: Abilities may not be taken, stolen or otherwise recalled from the party of the first part (person in question) as a stipulation of payment but aside from this clause all payment is subjective and dependent upon the desires of the party of the second part (Ellis).
Note Five: To use on anyone this requires IC consent of the Character and OOC Consent of the Player.
4 hours ago likePost Options Post by Ellis Akahito on 4 hours ago Name: The Ties That Bind Type: Passive/supplemental Tier: III/IV-VII Range: Personal/Short Description: This is an ability which follows the idea of “severance and restoration” in as much a literal sense as it is in legal jargon. As much as contracting parties can sever their connection or make new connections through the use of contracts, this ability spiritually follows the idea behind the legal instrument that spawned it in that it can end, as well as restore, the bonds connecting anything that exists to something else, as long as she can cut or restore the aforementioned thing using her own power should she had used it in lieu of Ties That Bind, but this is only applicable when separating physical objects. With respect to separating abstract connections like friendships, feelings of love, or hate, or other contracts the agreement of at least one contracting party is necessary.
When Ties That Bind is used, be it to sever or restore a tie, it is an absolute rule that Ellis needs to make direct contact with her intended targets first and activate her technique while a solid connection is still in existence. In addition to that, the parts which have been disconnected or attached, regardless of which, by reason of this technique may never be considered “whole” again without undergoing a proper restorative process to fix such objects or limbs and separated parts will always be weaker from when it was prior to the separation. Moreover, acts which require those specific parts or limbs are reduced by half their original strength if reconnected using Ties That Bind and will remain so until the proper treatment is administered. Merely cutting off ends will not stop Ties That Bind as it affects an object as a whole. It's possible to fully restore given higher Advantages with Healing are used, or, Ellis could utilize this ability to restore it herself.
This always works as a passive Tier III however she can utilize a higher Tier from Tier II-VII. When using this to restore something she merely needs to put the two parts together and it fixes. These effects last even when Fullbring is not active similar to her primary power The Dark Covenant. This is because objects that are seperated no longer have a connection to one another. At will she can break the effect of Ties That Bind.
Name: The Law Rewrote Type: Passive/Supplemental Tier: III/VII Range: Personal/Short Description: This allows Ellis to rewrite any previously written contract or contract-like power. If one party bound by a contract she can rewrite the conditions but only on the person whom desires part. If both, or the entire party, desires then she may rewrite both conditions. These conditions follow under the limits of The Dark Convenient. However, with a X Tier Ellis could rewrite the entire contractor even with only one party present and even if the original contract does not agree, Ellis could even take the original contracts stipulations upon herself altering as he please. Changes remain even after she deactivates Fullbring just like The Dark Convenient. This requires OOC Permission and IC Permission of the targeted individual.
Name: Black Is The Veil Type: Passive/supplemental Tier: III/IV-VII Range: Personal/Short Description: Upon desire Ellis can see through lies. When a person lies she can tell it is false instinctively but she can not see the truth. The person can be forced to answer any question she asks truthfully and can not lie, however, this can only be done after Ellis asks “may I ask you a question” or something similar. Following this if the person some how agrees, rather a nod or vocally, they must tell the truth. This also allows Ellis to see the "meaning" behind a people's bonds (or things similar) by merely making contact with them. This also allows her to passively detect other contracts (or contract-like) powers, people with powers similar, and those bound to a contract.
Name: Angel of Darkness Class: Release Tier: II-VII Type: Offensive/Binding Range: Personal/0-100 Meters [The zone of influence follows Ellis or may be set up to be stationary, not requiring her presence. They are permanent without cooldowns.] Description: The power of Angel of Darkness allows Ellis to create a zone of rules that anyone caught within the boundaries are forced to abide. Upwards to three rules can be in place at the time of activation. Rules cannot be added or subtracted once activated. The rules can be something mundane as "no wearing shoes" or "no eating". They could also be more serious such as "no violence", "no ranged attacks", "no energy attacks", "no weapons".
People are not obligated to follow the rules set by Ellis, however, if a rule is not follow then those who infringed are penalized. The penalties can number of to three, with one penalty for each rule allowed. Several examples of penalties are taking X Tier damage, based on Tier used by Angel of Darkness. Another would be having their entire body bound, as if through a binding Kidou, Or even something ridiculous as being forced to take their shoes off or slap themselves. Noted, the last example works as a "bind" as well "offensive" due to its nature.
A most extreme penalty may be set into place such as "death" or "loss of powers". However penalties of that level require OOC Permission on top of OOC Permission for Angel of Darkness to be used. Noted, the penalty of taking damage or a more specific "heart attack" does not require the second OOC Permission though they will still take damage equal to the Tier of Angel of Darkness used, and damage taken either increased or reduced based on Advantages. As a final note Ellis can not steal someone's powers, gain, or things similar in nature. While she may "hold onto" someone who "lost their power" she can not use it in anyway shape or form. She may also give it back at any time. And said loss remains in effect even after Angel of Darkness or Fullbring ends. She merely needs to make a contract through The Dark Covenant to return them.
This technique requires OOC Permission to be used against others.
Name: Black Wings Type: Offensive Tier: I-VII Range: 100 Meters Description: From her wings Ellis can fire out a multitude of feathers ranging in the thousands. The totality of the feathers deal damage of the Tier used while traveling at speeds equal to the maximum possible based off Tier.
