Lana is a petite girl standing at five feet and two inches, with long pink hair that reaches down to her mid-back. She has pink eyes and peach colored skin. She wears the typical Karakura Academy Uniform on most occasions, with the only variant being a pink bow rather than the traditional red one. When not in uniform her attire varies depending on the weather and her mood at the time, though she almost always incorporates lighter colors.
PERSONALITY
Lana matured into a world where she where she was told that Hollow-kind were predominantly evil, as such it is only natural that she would be built up on the mindset that she must destroy all Hollow-kind and any relation to them, however, she believes anything but, instead she carries her own opinions and holds certain beliefs that make her ineffective in programming. In contrast to the nature intended for her, Lana shows a bit more compassion towards Hollows. She believes them to be as nature intended and that they shouldn't be punished for these traits. She is empathetic towards them, especially the weaker ones who are not capable of defending themselves against the Shinigami and everyone else that hunts them. It is because of this that she tends to connect with even the most brutal of Hollow-kind and seems to find joy in their company. However, at the same time, she has seen them in their worst moments, and because of this she has grown to fear them in this regard. This does not mean that she cowers in fear at the sight of them, but instead she knows when its best to keep her distance from them. Her empathy does not only pertain to Hollows, rather it instead extends to all mankind, even the Shinigami, despite the fact that they slaughtered her entire family. In her opinion, she thinks that mankind are as they are, and even with their flaws they are perfect and, as she feels with Hollow, as nature intended.
A possible byproduct of her young age Lana has a sense of naivety about her that makes her seem rather oblivious to the world. Though she is far from stupid she highly gullible and easily subjective to being fooled. She has not seen mankind fall from grace and because of this she does not understand the true evil that lurk in this world, nor does she seem to comprehend them when told to her. Following her nature, Lana is shown to be relatively perceptive when it comes to people's mental and emotional state. She tends to develop unintentional emotional connections without trying, a trait that, has since been one of her most useful skills in surviving. She has an over-active imagination and tends to get carried away with her own thoughts and ideas; which she enjoys pondering during times when she is alone. While she is not a big thinker of psychology and philosophy, she is knowledgeable of many things outside of her own little world.
Overall, Lana is friendly, sensitive, kind, caring, humorous and independent. Now, this is not to say that Lana is prone to her own self reflection. Because she was built in a lab she is, almost at a constant, wondering what it is like to be Human. While she enjoys the perks of her artificial body, she has almost always wonders what it will be like to feel true pain, sadness, death and other Human experiences that are almost immune to her programming. Following this, it should be noted that she is very envious of Humans and desperately wants to fit in with them. Hence, why she poses as a teenager. In regards to Humans she is shown to be extremely social and tends to make friends with them rather quickly. Despite all this, Lana does understand that in the end she is but a machine. She knows that should someone find her true form, she will be hunted and destroyed by the people that created her. It is because of this that she is hesitant, and downright fearful of nearly everything and everyone that passes her. Call it paranoia, she is under the assumption that the Shinigami are hiding everywhere just waiting to destroy her when she lowers her guard. She responds to these thoughts by building a series of emotional walls to keep from getting too close to her, even though it seems otherwise.
Although she was built for combat, Lana plays the role of a pacifist. This role reflects her outlook towards combat finding that if it involves any reason, outside the need of self-defense or protecting those close to you, it is animalistic and downright pathetic. However, this does not mean that she doesn't possess the necessary capabilities to defend herself. She is analytical in nature and tries her hardest to end battles quickly, instead of drawing it out for too long. She refuses to finish off weaker or injured opponents, and will stop fighting once they've been disabled or incapacitated.
Name: American Kickboxing Class: Hand to Hand Style Tier: N/A Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: American Kickboxing isn't a fancy ancient martial arts, instead, it's a grungy, frontal fighting style, but deadly effective. Kickboxing is incredibly popular, acting as both a self-defense martial art and a incredibly praised sport. American Kickboxing, while second to Muay Thai in power, is quick and agile, pronouncing enough power to knock out even the most of elder fighters. American Kickboxing focuses more on the fists and punching, the kicks and kneeling techniques only being used as a follow up to a group of punches.
American Kickboxing is common in most gyms, and is easily picked up by somebody with no knowledge. Training Kickboxing doesn't always require a second person, but it is best for blocks, and dodging to have two people rather then just you and a punching bag.
Name: Ankle Snap Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III. Description: Ankle snap is a banned move, or rather, a banned type of move. By putting pressure directly into the mainfooted calf, the user of this ability can literally snap a man's ankle in half with a powerful kick. It's no pushover, and this ability focuses directly on making that fracture happen. It deals no external damage (i.e: bruising) upon impact, but the power that the user has compacted into the kick would bleed directly into the point of impact and shatter the bone, breaking it apart inside of the leg, possibly into fragments if the person in question is weak enough, and causing further hemorrhaging.
Name: Hook-Punch Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Utilizing a hook punch is to come in right from the right of an opponent and curving your attack in such a manner that your arm moves around a basic block and comes in to hit them directly in the head, smashing against the open head rather then being blocked by conventional means. By forcing energy from Reiatsu or just your body directly into such a swing, it can go from painful to deadly, it could cave in the side of a skull if not protected against.
Name: Straight Jab Class: Hand to Hand Technique Type: Offensive. Range: Self. Tier: III Description: Straight Jab is a normal, incredibly common attack used in kickboxing. It is, in it's simple iteration, a straight jab of various power, aimed to break a defensive block or to attack an open area. Usually, a straight jab deals no damage, but on the chance that the straight jab is powered up with spiritual energy, can be incredibly deadly. The use of Straight Jab is that of a punch that upon impact explodes outwards in a 10 meter cone out from the point of impact, the cone being made up of wind from the tremendous hit. Everything in the cone is dealt the same amount of damage, and the person on the receiving end is knocked to the very back of the 10 meter cone.
Name: Techno Walking Class: Stepping Tier: I Type: Stepping Range: N/A Description: A high speed movement in relation to footwork that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow over variable ranges. The user vibrates the particles in their body on a molecular level and allows them to increase the kinetic energy that their body can produce before pushing off a surface or even air to propel them through the air at high speeds. This increase in kinetic energy is instantaneous but it requires the user to push off a surface and propel themselves forward allowing them to move through the air akin to teleportation, increase their jumping. Because the basis of this technique requires the user to vibrate the particles in their body, this can consequentially strengthen the force of their blows because of the increase in energy that their body is producing. The step is accompanied by a vibrating sound similar to the base in a song.
Name: Shooting Star Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II Type: Offensive Range: 65 meters Description: The user is able to create a hundred small stars made entirely out of reiryoku. This is done simply by molding one's reiatsu and shaping it into that of a star. These stars float aimlessly around the user until the user commands them otherwise to which they will then swarm and chase down a target, at Bala speed, with the intention to rip the targets to shreds. These stars are as sharp as any katana and pierce through the skin rather easily.
Name: Mezzo Forte Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II - VI Type: Offensive | Defensive Range: 65 meters Description: The user is able to generate a counter vibrating frequency to cancel out another object's frequency, thereby destroying it, taking advantage of the ideal that everything (including objects, living creatures, immaterial creatures, space, time, matter, energy, etc.) gives off a vibrating frequency, and by emitting an opposing frequency, both the frequency and the object are destroyed. This allows the user to effectively destroy weapons, armor, techniques and inanimate objects. In destroying weapons the exception is soul based items such as zanpakuto or the qunicy bow. In destroying techniques advantages do apply.
Name: Rocket Launcher Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: III Type: Offensive Range: 60 meters Description: The user gathers reiatsu around their hands, condensing it and forming it into a two separate projectiles shaped like rockets (one on each hand respectively). Through using their reiatsu the user can fire off the projectile at the speed of a Cero. the projectile is capable of shattering bone if it hits a target directly since it carries enough force to shatter a house. It can also travel the same distance of a Cero.
Name: Generator Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 60 meters Description: This skill allows for the manipulation in any dormant object and pulsate potent friction creating a large increase in kinetic energy through a process called charging, which allows for an object to be reinforced with explosive concussive energy, this applying to stationary and already mobile objects. In doing this even a simple stick or a small grain of sand can be charged with explosive energy of a Tier IV. For physical contact small objects can be charged within the post itself, whereas large animal to human sized objects take 2 posts, and larger objects take 3. The post count is increased +1 in terms of eye contact. Up to four objects can be charged, however the user can only charge one object at a time and after reaching the 4 object limit they can be detonated equally. However the downside is that after 2 posts of being fully charged the kinetic energy is converted back to potential energy. For already mobile objects, the kinetic energy is simply accelerated to untold levels allowing for vast impacts of concussive force; when applied with a Tier of IV objects already in motion can deal enough concussive force to shatter through bone or can deal enough concussive force to create large craters in the ground or shatter a building with one fail swoop making this application deadly.
Name: Will-O'-The-Wisp Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 65 meters Description: The user uses their reiatsu to form small atmospheric ghost lights known as Will-O'-The-Wisp. These pale blue ghosts actively seek out foreign reiatsu and upon finding it they create four separate explosions of equal strength and power. Moving at Cero speeds, the Wisps can be controlled telepathically by the user in the case that the user wants them to attack a specific source. The user can be caught in the explosion if they remain too close. The user can create 4 of these at once.
Name: Hot N' Cold Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: V Type: Offensive Range: 85 meters Description: By vibrating particles in the air at either an atomic or molecular level, the user is able to manipulate the kinetic energy in these particles: the greater the movement of these particles, the greater the thermal energy and reversed allowing the user to temporarily control the temperature. In doing this the user can create a pillar of ice or a pillar of fire that traps the target inside. Should the user create a pillar of ice, not only are they trapped inside and unable to move they are hit with blunt force damage. In the case that they are trapped in a pillar of fire the user is hit with blunt force damage and suffers burns which vary based on advantage: Lower Advantage 3rd degree burns, Equal Advantage minor 3rd degree burns and Higher Advantage 2nd degree burns.
Name: Hive Mind Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: V Type: Offensive Range: 50 meters Description: By vibrating the particles in the body the user can use the effects of motion and force to replicate oneself. By moving fast enough the kinetic energy from the momentum creates a cast of the user; which can then be solidified and animated by using reiryoku. Appearing in exact likeness of the user, the doppelgänger acts as Tier V clone with augmented strength of tier IV and speed equivalent to a cero. This clone can move of its own volition or it can mimic the user's movements. Should it move out of the 50 meter range it dissipates.
Name: Hummingbird Heartbeat Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: 30 meters Description: The user can control the ratio between air pressure and sound waves, causing air molecules to vibrate the proportional magnitude of the ratio. This allows the user to create and control supersonic air currents. By controlling these currents and the ratio the user can release condensed blasts of air that appears as colorful waves of light that move at Cero speed. By increasing the air ratio to 100% and reducing the sound to 0%, one can release condensed blasts of air that not only deals concussive force but is also capable of deflecting weapons and people. However, by increasing the sound ratio to 100% and the air ratio to 0%, the user can generate ultrasonic waves that cannot be heard by the human ear; which can create a high-energy-impulse noise, which is the sharp instantaneous rise in ambient atmospheric pressure, enough to cause motor control loss, nausea, and loss of balance all in one sitting. At a lower advantage targets experience these effects for a period of 7 posts. At an equal advantage this is deduced to 6 posts while for a higher advantage this is reduced to 5.

A beautiful Lavender Grey with inky white colorations. When flared up the white seems to shimmer, in comparison to that of a star, while the magenta becomes transparent and lighter in color. Little changes Lana's Soul Release appearance, the most noticeable being the distortion in her eye color. Her eyes are characterized by lavender sclerae and irides with 3 tomoe patterns around the central pupil. In addition to this, Lana gains a Rapier made up of photon particles whose durability and cutting power is parallel to her augmentation mastery; should Lana break this weapon, it can be reconstructed at will. Lana also gains a small pair of wings that float on her back. These wings cannot be used for flight purposes.

Name: Saturated Sunlight Class: Soul Release Tier: I | II - IV Type: Passive | Offensive | Defensive Range: 100 meters Description: Lana has the unique ability to trigger a constant synesthesia, a neurological phenomenon in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. In other words, Lana is able to "smell" colors, "see" odors or perceive sound-waves as colorful lights. This can lead to being able to sense the emotions of others by seeing emotions as colors, among other feats. Lana's specialty, however, is her ability to visualize sound waves as colorful light waves and manipulate these lights by combining them with a particular emotion. Some colors appear bright and vivid while others appear to be very dim depending on how loud the sound is that she is visualizing. When noises are typically loud and pressured, the lights appear in darker shades, but when sounds are calm and soothing, more peaceful colors will appear such as light blues and lavender. On a base level, Lana can absorb not only frequencies of the audible spectrum but can also absorb and convert sound pressure vibrations that aren't audible regardless of the dissonance or complexity of the sound.
The sound absorbed if not directed by Lana will simply radiate outward from her body in all directions in bursts of white light of varying intensity based on the amount of sound absorbed. However, by melding her emotions with these waves of sound, she can produce concussive blast at an alarming rate, which become visible as colorful waves of light. The power and speed at which these blasts produce are equivalent to the power that Lana is willing to place into these waves of light, with cool downs applying as well. She can guide its direction by creating arced energy blasts of light, strobing effects, or sparkling chaotic lights. These waves of light can appear arced or omnidirectional bursts. Inversely, Lana can absorb light and convert it into sound waves and do the same things with sound as she can with light. While being able to see sound, she can sometimes simply produce destructive blasts of sound without the use of her own emotions.
Name: The Treasured Children of Daybreak Class: Soul Release Tier: II | III - IV Type: Supplementary | Offensive Range: 60 meters Description: Lana's Soul Release infused vessel can be used to travel through light. When this is done Lana's body leaves behind a three-dimensional hologram of varying light frequencies (colors). When teleporting through light the after-image that is created can remain for 8 posts and used as beacons for further teleportation. These holograms and afterimages can also be manipulated by Lana to look like anything Lana has seen as she can manipulate the light that comprises them, thus giving them the ability to appear to bleed and sustain injuries as well as move within 50 meters of her reiatsu. Lana can make the photons that make up holograms ignite and explode in a rippling wave of light that spreads out in a 60 meter range from its location, that deals concussive force of varying speed and strength. Aside from this, these holograms cannot be used for combat related purposes as such any "attack" they make phases right through the target.
Name: Crescendo & Diminuendo Class: Soul Release Tier: III - IV Type: Illusion | Offensive Range: 75 meters Description: In her Soul Release, Lana can modulate waves to distort the frequencies of sound or manipulate amplitudes of waves to distort the frequencies of sound. She is can manipulate a simple leaf following to the ground sound like a earthquake or project these sounds in different areas. This technique is capable of reaching the pain threshold and causing deafness in her victims. However, this is barely combat related. But by applying her natural ability of constant synesthesia, Lana will perceive these sound-waves as colorful waves of light. By combining her emotions with these waves, Lana can create an explosion in that designated area allowing for her catch targets off guard. These explosions manifest as colorful waves of light that vary in size and damage, this solely depending on the strength placed into them. Lana can create multiple explosions at once, but the rate at which they appear defends on the Tier.
Name: Laser Light Show Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 80 meters Description: Utilizing stored reserves and excess of varying light frequencies, Lana can utilize this technique to create a halo of bright light that encircles her hand that releases five beams of light that are shot out towards the target. Lana is able to alter the direction of each individual beam allowing her to strike multiple targets at once with near pinpoint accuracy; her degree of being able to alter the beam's direction extends to not only allowing her to alter the beam's direction mid-movement, but she can also make the beams travel behind her in the case that she needs to attack someone at her rear. This technique unfortunately forces Lana to stand completely still leaving her vulnerable for an attack. Each of these beams move at Cero speed and individually they do tier IV damage.
Name: Fading Color Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 50 meters Description: In her Soul Release infused vessel, Lana can take advantage of her ability to manipulate light and is able to charge reiryoku within in her blade and release it as a crescent-moon arc, wave of colorful light that splits in two immediately upon being released. The first wave is nothing but particles of light, that deals no real damage and immediately fades into oblivion upon impact; however the second wave is able constructed at a varying angle at the same distance from the opponent that the first one was fired moving at Cero speed and dealing concussive force of its tier.
Name: Devoid of Color Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 5 meters Description: With this technique Lana must impale or stab a target her blade so that her she can mark the target. This marking takes the target's heartbeat and makes it into an audible amplitude allowing for Lana to absorb the frequency of the target's heartbeat. By analyzing the frequency, Lana can create a frequency to counter that of the heartbeat and inject it into the target's bloodstream through a poison, resulting in tier IV damage each time the marking makes contact with her blade, with the damage scaling multiplicatively with each successive strike (tier IV on first strike, IV x 2 second strike, etc. up to IV x 5, the cool downs scale as such as well). The marking lasts for 6 posts but upon being struck, the duration resets. Stronger spiritual pressures (higher advantages than the technique) can will the marking away.
