This is what I am considering for my final hollow power.

Type: Supplemental
Range: 50m Radius
Description: Landscapes are a staple of the artistic world and something that Chandre is well acquainted with. In this ability, Chandre has the power to shape the world around her as if it were made of clay, pushing and pulling her surroundings with her rietsu. Within a 50 meter radius, she can manipulate the shape, colour, and even composition of the environment around her to make her works of art. With this ability, she could turn a sedan into a diamond and cheese statue of a Panda fighting a small army of china plates.
She can change anything around her with the exception of living thing or things of a spiritual nature with their own distinct rietsu. In this way, she wouldn’t be able to effect a Fullbringer’s weapon, but she could manipulate Heuco Mundo sand.
In the interest of making her art last, she can infuse her creations with rietsu to increase its durability to the point of a Tier IV barrier using her Hollow Powers mastery to calculate advantages, though can only inforce 2 cubic meters at a time. She can change the properties of material instantly, but moving it around can only happen at Bala speeds when she’s maneuvering 5 cubic meters, anything more moves at Cero speeds.
Her powers create real and permanent changes when she stops using this ability, though it retains only the durability of the material it is made of.
