Cyrus was created as a safeguard against the event where Hollow-kind would overcome Humanity, and as such Cyrus is a being with a lot of compassion towards humankind. He is empathetic in many regards to others according to his programming and tries to be a big help to those around him. However in his time amongst humans and his realization of all their flaws he has since grown increasingly cold and callous as well. His empathetic side understands that all creation's flaws are inevitable and doesn't disdain them for this fact, but instead treats others as though they are below him and has a large ego. He has an over-inflated sense of self worth and views himself in addition to Mod Soul kind as the superior race in every aspect because they are artificial, and any flaws they have are seen as balanced builds of character in his eyes. Because of his over-inflated sense of self, Cyrus is prone to mocking tones and sarcasm to deride those around him without be too blunt. He is a sly and cheeky man, seeking to mock without having the mocked party realize it, all as a ploy to further prove his superiority.
Following this superiority complex, Cyrus is well-learned and an avid thinker of larger concepts. He greatly enjoys philosophies and psychologies. Although he thinks highly of himself, in terms of intellect he is always welcoming of others views, if they are mod soul of course. He has a hard time dealing with authority and has a rebellious side. Following this cliched rebellion, he is also spiteful, often doing things sometimes against his better judgement simply to assert his autonomy. Despite his big ego, he is incredibly social and outgoing with a big eccentric personality in most social settings. He is not above making situations lighthearted if it is a friendly atmosphere. However if the situation is a bit more hostile, then Cyrus is not above making it lighthearted by adding underhanded ridicule to make himself laugh.
Cyrus is prone to negative self-reflection though. As an artificial soul, he is capable of behaving as a cold unfeeling machine if it were to come down to it, yet he embraces his flawed boisterous personality, often leading to internal turmoil that results in bouts of depressed periods. Cyrus as a soul is relatively young in the grand scheme of things and behaves as an angsty loud-mouthed teen in some moments, and a wise retrospectively responsible man in others.
In combat Cyrus behaves mostly the same, except he is far easily annoyed, and more calculated than in social atmospheres.

BATTLE SKILLS
Name: God Walking Class: Stepping Tier: I Range: n/a Description: A high speed movement technique that allows the user to travel extremely fast over variable ranges. The user concentrates an amount of reiryoku into the balls of their feet before pushing off a surface or even air itself to propel them through the air at high speeds. Before pushing off the balls of their foot, the user makes a swift sliding motion with a foot to start the push. Because the basis of this technique is the push, if the user chooses to first anchor themselves to the surface of their choosing, the user can step away from the original point to the point of their choosing and then back to the original point by allowing the residual reiryoku at the anchor point to effectively pull them back at a higher speed than the original step, almost akin to teleportation, save for the telling friction left at the anchor point. The step is accompanied by a swishing sound similar to when a lighter is being used.
Name: Puppet Master Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: I Type: Supplementary Range: 100 meter radius Description: With this technique, the user forms reiatsu strings from their fingertips, able to form up to 22 strings reaching out 100 meters, 2 per finger and 1 at each of the bottom of the palms near the wrists. With this technique the user is able to attach the strings to any vessel or soul-less body of their choosing. Cyrus uses this technique to control any number of vessels that his fingers would allow. This technique is limited in that each vessel must have a string attached to each limb to work. The user cannot simply control a single limb from a vessel and must in fact donate 5 to each vessel.
Name: Annihilation Field Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II-VI Type: Supplementary Range: 50 meter radius Description: Upon activation the user is engulfed in an aura of fluid inky black reiatsu that extends out into the vicinity. When a foreign reiatsu signature enters the user's proximity, the inky reiatsu latches onto it corrupting it with the user's own reiatsu signature and then attaching onto opposing targets to mimic the effects of the corrupted reiatsu. Because of this, the user can utilize this technique to cause the target to fall subject to the debuffs and status effects as well. This applies to hostile reiatsu passives, debuffing auras and techniques (if the debuff occurs on hit then the replicated debuff will also have to occur on hit), poisons, stuns, illusions, etc. The technique's strength is of varying strength relative to the effects being replicated.
Name: Sandbag Slug Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: II - II x 5 Type: Offensive Range: 50 meters Description: The user shoots out a concussive blast of black reiryoku the size of a baseball from a medium at bala speed over 50 meters. Because the blast is concussive upon contact it doesnt explode and simply continues to grind through the target unless destroyed by equal force. As long as contact is made the damage continues to ramp up over time stacking up 5 times.
Name: Rose Storm Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: 25 meter radius Description: The user forms a red rose of reiryoku that they then toss into the air causes a large amount of rose petals to flutter around the surrounding area. The petals smell sweetly and any target that smells the perfume has their physical power reduced by x2 and has their sense of touch dampened, in addition to having any energy based techniques (i.e reiryoku / reishi techs, excludes racial and release techniques) at or below the tier of this technique sealed away. The sealing aspect of this technique lasts for 5 posts before a 1 post cooldown on the seal is required, though the rose storm itself has no set duration and remains for as long as the user can expend the energy to maintain it. Any touch experienced no matter how intense is reduced to a slight numbing sensation. Additionally the user can summon an amount of rose petals to augment their defense or offensive melee attacks.
Name: Stormy Sunday Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: III - III x 4 Type: Offensive Range: 20 meter radius Description: The user gathers energy to their skin, and scatters it out in the form of hundreds of droplets that appear to be deep-aqua colored sweat. All the moisture formed on the skin is shot upward and begins to rain down in hundreds of droplets over 20 meter radius. The droplets are at such a low temperature that the cold friction from contact results in a stinging, burning sensation. This rain upon contact with the flesh causes minor freezing and frostbite. The rain drops are conscious beings and when they detect flesh and organic matter has been made contact by other rain drops, they zoom in at half-bala speed upon the surface area and continue to make contact rendering it increasingly difficult to treat the afflicted area. The drops each deal tier damage initially, but each successive wave of damage on a particular area increases the exponential damage stacking up to 4 times.
Name: Shining Friday Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: IV - IV x 3 Type: Offensive Range: Self | 20 meters Description: The user creates three orbs or reiryoku, each with a white center and lilac-hued condensed vapor surrounding the orb, leaving a trail of light purple vapor following as they orbit the user's waistline resembling small purple suns. These orbs circle around the user at half-bala speed and can be shot out at cero speed towards a target. If contact is made while the orbs are orbiting the user then tier damage is dealt, though the orbs will still remain in play. The orbs are capable of boiling a large amount of liquid within a source as the orbs make contact, therefore severely burning a living target internally, and as they take on characteristics of vapor can pass through objects. Near misses of this technique (about 1 foot) are capable of causing scalds and 1st degree burns. The orbs remain in play for two posts from creation and if not shot will simply evaporate away. Because they act as boiling agents they have no function against targets without liquid within them. Each successive orb deals exponential damage to the target, stacking three times if all orbs hit.
Name: Spring's Sacrifice Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: IV Type: Supplementary Range: 50 Meter radius Description: Spring's Sacrifice allows the user to create a heavy rainfall in a circular range around the user. This dense and heavy rain is meant to obscure the vision and hearing of all within aside from the user, with the user being able to be the only one too see and hear unhampered by the falling rain. Additionally, so long as the rain touches the user's skin the user gains a x2 increase in speed with a x2 deduction in strength, while the opponents have a x2 increase in strength and a x2 deduction in speed. After being exposed to the rain's effects for three posts any enemy forces still in the area are exposed to scaldingly hot rain. Whenever the rain touches the skin the rain begins to burn the flesh dealing first degree burns during the first post and dealing second degree posts on the third post thereafter with a continuation until they escape the rain's effects. To escape the effects of this rain said person(s) must leave the vicinity of the rain with the deductions being immediately reduced, although the burning must be healed via technique great than or equal to a Tier IV. This technique lasts for 6 posts.
Name: A Terrible Thing To Waste Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: V Type: Supplementary Range: 25 Meters | Targeted Description: If the user is able to analyze information at a heightened level, when a target uses a technique or attack, the user can analyze enough about the technique to track down the part of the brain that utilizes this information via diagnostic scanning. By then flaring their reiatsu into the area he can then attack the part of the brain that holds the information on how to perform the technique limiting the target's ability in regards to those specific techniques. This can be used not only on techniques but also on the usage of limbs and can shut down brain function of a limb if a previous attack utilized them. The next time the technique or movement is used, the attack on the brain for that technique is activated, limiting its usage for two posts. Upon placing the dormant trigger for the mental attack, the technique goes on cooldown, and any dormant triggers are permanent, or until activated. This technique does not apply to racial techniques or releases.
Name: Shades and Hues Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: V Type: Supplementary Range: 25 Meter radius Description: The user flares their reiatsu to blanket an area within a 25 meter radius of them, marking all the different colors in the vicinity with different symbols. If the user verbally calls out a color, anything within the area with that color takes explosive damage. This technique has a charge time of a post after the color is called out.
Name: Critical Status Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: VI Type: Supplementary Range: 10 meters | Targeted Description: When this technique is activated , the target (can include the user) is marked with an unmarked red gauge that measures endurance / durability / health / etc. The life gauge decreases as the target exerts energy and takes damage. However, the target does not feel this damage and is completely numbed while the gauge merely decreases. When the gauge decreases to near death range, the target experiences a sudden boost in power (x4 Physical Strength), called the "Danger Zone". The target still does not feel any pain until death, or losing consciousness. This technique can be used to fool targets into thinking they are not in danger, or to give the user a trump card. The duration of this technique is for as long as required to attain the boost from the danger zone, while the danger zone itself lasts for 4 posts and the cooldown only accounts for the danger zone duration.
Name: Stagnation Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: VI Type: Offensive Range: 50 meter radius Description: The user forms a ball of swirling black energies that then shoots into the air at bala speeds before exploding at a high distance in the sky and raining down black shards at cero speeds over a 50 meter radius. These shards deal tier damage but more primarily remain on the battlefield for the next 3 posts acting as caltrops, where they pump out tainted reiatsu that latches onto foreign reiatsu signatures. If the shards are stepped on or deal damage to those in who remain in the vicinity, then the target experiences a 3x debuff of movement speed and also has their reiatsu clouded by the stagnant reiatsu of the shards, thereby also sealing away any energy based techniques at or below the tier of the shards (excludes race specific techniques and releases). The debuffing effects of the shards remain for the 3 posts that the shards remain in play.
Name: Inch of Hellfire Class: Reiryoku Technique Tier: VII Type: Offensive Range: 50 meter explosion radius Description: This incredibly powerful technique relies on the user's ability to be underhanded, sneaky, and nonchalant all while dealing immense damage. The user creates some sort of friction, whether a snap, clap, or clash with another weapon and produces an ember or spark. This spark is a highly compressed burst of energy, which the user detonates on their own accord. The spark can be detonated instantly, delayed a few seconds, or delayed up to two posts to help ensure a safe escape.
ITEMS
Name: I.C.U (Interdimensional Containment Unit) Class: Item Tier: IV Description: The I.C.U is a small clear cube with swirling blue energy in the center. The I.C.U houses a pocket dimension able to house any number of items. It is where Cyrus stores all items and materials for crafting and is approximately the size of a Rubiks cube. The I.C.U responds only to its user's reiatsu signature and as such can only be used by mental cues from its owner. A small portal opens up from one side of the cube and the user mentally creates a cue of which item they want to take from the pocket dimension.
Name: Vertigo Class: Item Tier: V Description: Vertigo takes the form of an ordinary katana with a blue hilt and double-helix shaped guard. Vertigo's blade is infused with a neurotoxin that upon striking through flesh reacts violently with the target's nervous system. Upon reacting to a foreign nervous system, Vertigo's neurotoxin forces the nerves of the afflicted limb to react to the impulses of the brain in an opposite manner. If afflicted, limb function is reversed, while the target may want to swipe from left to right, their brain will interpret the impulse as being from right to left, and so on.
Name: Chronos Pendant Class: Item Tier: V Description: The Chronos Pendant takes the form of a reiatsu infused ruby red crystal pendant embedded in an ornate diamond casing, hanging from a platinum chain. Within the crystal is a clock hand with 5 notches on it. The Chronos Pendant has the ability to bind anyone in combat with the user within a 50 meter radius to whatever rules or limitations the user sets. Any rules or limitations set by the user must be abided by both the user and the target or static tier V damage acting on the nerves jolts through them incurring a stun effect according to advantages. In order to set the binding, the user must first allow the Chronos Pendant to come in contact with the target's reiatsu, whether through ambient means if flared, contact with a technique made by the target, or direct physical contact. Once all the parties the user chooses are bound to the pendant, the user can then set rules. The rules are only limited in that they cannot be used for the user's absolute defense. For example the user cannot make the rule "I cannot be hit in the next minute" as this creates an absolute defense at the expense of the target possibly incurring tier damage. Instead the user can set rules that limit certain attacks by type (physical, energy, directional, etc.) Once the user sets the rule, the user can then set a time limit. The time limits range from 1 post to 5 posts and are measured by the hand within the pendant. If the rule is not abided by then tier damage is experienced. The user may only set one rule at a time. To escape the pendant's effects, the target must escape the pendant's realm of influence, mask its reiatsu signature to nigh invisible, or destroy the pendant.
Name: Nurse's Nightmare Class: Item Tier: VI Description: The Nurse's Nightmare is an ordinary Japanese nodachi in appearance with a 3 foot long blade and a foot long black handle. However, the steel of the blade acts as a receptor of information from the user and attacks the nerves and brain of the target. Its key feature is its ability to call upon any previous wound or injury sustained by the target to resurface once it makes contact with the victim. The Nurse's Nightmare upon contact, no matter how slight or superficial, can recreate any damage previously experienced by the target. The user must know the extent of the previous injuries to recreate them through the Nurse's Nightmare however. For example, if the target has had an arm broken previously, the Nurse's Nightmare upon contact, even if in just the form of a scratch can simulate a mental response in the nerve endings to simulate the pain of a broken arm. Nurse's Nightmare can also call upon any status effects associated with the previous injury, thereby recreating stun effects (according to advantages) and debuffs. Although the recreated damage is purely mental, the strain on the brain that comes with simulating false pain can lead to impaired limb function, stroke, and severe brain damage. Nurse's Nightmare can also attack spiritual injuries as well, such as clashing with a spiritual weapon to recreate previous damage done to the weapon. Finally Nurse's Nightmare can store the damage of previous injuries to be used as arced energy blasts (ranges from tier II-VI and procs respective cooldowns).
REIATSU FEATURES
Cyrus's signature appears as a salmon pink and white shimmering shadow. When flared up, the pink in his reiatsu fluctuates between darker and lighter shades while the shimmering grows in intensity. It smells of a crisp and lush forest with faint hints of sweet flowers and perfume. His signature feels seductive and inviting though slightly malevolent and cold.
SOUL ENGINEERING
Name: Alpha Class: Vessel Tier: V Type: Supplementary Description: The Alpha is Cyrus's original gigai and as such is his most comfortable and easiest to utilize. When not in use it has the appearance of a standard issue gigai, but when used it features Cyrus's standard appearance or a pink mohawk and slim athletic build. The soul pill is located dead center of the collarbone area. Alpha features a few modifications that offer Cyrus moderate utility. The most major modification comes in the form of the jailbird, which allows the user to have a body formed of double helix-wound inch thin silver strings capable of unwinding and unraveling their body out to a maximum of 25 meters. The jailbird can stitch wounds closed instantly and also act as a conductor of sound waves for espionage purposes over the distance that can be unraveled as well as defensive reactions against movements. Finally the jailbird's double helix form is composed of various möbius strips. The property and characteristic of a möbius strip is that it only has one side and one boundary component. For the user this means that only one half of the user's body can be attacked otherwise the attack would simply wind, bend, and curve around the endless surface area of the möbius strips. Alpha's one side starts at its hairline and thus any attacks in front of its hairline on any point in the front half of its body is vectored around a fluid angle, thus making its only "blind" / vulnerable spot being her backside. The jailbird can also be used to redirect attacks by unraveling and vectoring the attack through the double helix. If Cyrus has higher advantages than the attack then he can redirect the attack at a higher speed than the original. Finally, Alpha's jailbird redirects its reiatsu signature to only emanate from the blind spot, thus limiting some sensing of it.
Alpha also has cybernetically enhanced eyes that have enhanced sensing capabilities. An initial scan provides superficial information such as spiritual power level, physical power and potential, and racial information. A continued scan in battle provides data regarding any fluctuations in power level that would signal form changes, power level of certain techniques, attack patterns by reading consistent muscle memory, and effects of prolonged injuries in addition to other combat information. All information is stored in a microchip within the glasses Cyrus wears while using Alpha. Alpha also contains compartments for 3 item storage slots within its body.
Name: The Musician Class: Vessel Tier: VI Type: Supplementary Description: The Musician is a secondary gigai made of rubber with the sole purpose of manipulating sounds. When uninhabited the Musician appears as a small black rubber ball the size of a tennis ball but can be expanded by reiatsu to take the form of a black mannequin to be inhabited and its pill location is dead center of its chest. While inhabited, it takes the form of Cyrus's standard appearance with added flexibility from being rubberized and black skin taking on the color of rubber. Using reiatsu to change its rubber body into a conductor allows Cyrus to control radio waves. He can at a very base level transmit that reacts with the cochlea of the inner ear so that it appears to be a form of telepathy. He can also modulate waves to distort the frequencies of sounds or manipulate amplitudes of waves to make sounds either louder or softer. This technique can be used in deceiving purposes as he can manipulate a simple footstep to sound like a booming earthquake tremor or project his voice in different directions and places to throw off opponents.The Musician is able to amplify sound to the point of reaching the pain threshhold and causing deafness although his own body is immune to the effects. Because it is a modulation of existing waves he can not create sound of his own. Additionally due to the rubberized form, this vessel reduces the kinetic energy acted upon it in the form of physical strikes, melee attacks, and concussive and explosive blasts by absorbing the flowing kinetic energy acted upon it and then redirecting the energy back. Pain can still be experienced if strong enough to overcome the durability of the vessel but is significantly reduced in most cases, if not completely nullified. Status effects such as burns, freezing damage, shock, corrosives and poisons, etc. are not nullified, but the kinetic damage assosiated with these status effects are.
Name: The Physician Class: Vessel Tier: VI Type: Supplementary Description: The Physician is a secondary gigai formed of a standard gigai infused with a neural system of reiatsu infused copper allowing it the ability to act as a powerful conductor and retention vessel. When uninhabited, the Physician appears as a small battery and when inhabited takes on Cyrus's standard appearance but with an aura of electricity around it, with the pill location being in its belly button. The Physician's primary usage is to use reiatsu to allow the vessel to absorb any form of kinetic energy, from punches to bullets and to a lesser degree electrical and concussive / explosive energy beams. The vessel is then able to metabolize the absorbed energy (able to absorb anything at or below tier level of the vessel) into a physical power buff that stacks and scales depending on the amount of energy absorbed. The Physician is also able to channel its electrical aura of skittering electricity around its skin to seal the potential kinetic energy within targets. On contact, the Physician can seal away the muscle's ability to exert kinetic energy in others, preventing usage of hand to hand based techniques in the target for two posts. The seal is based on the tier of the attack made by the Physician onto the target, i.e if the Physician uses a tier III attack on the target, then the target is unable to exert physical hand to hand techniques at or below tier III for two posts. If the target's muscle's kinetic energy has been sealed then a two post cooldown is incurred before they can be sealed again. Below is a table dictating the Physician's stacking buffs based on absorbed energy.

SOUL RELEASE APPEARANCE
The blood that Cyrus spills becomes symbiotic and binds back to Cyrus's current vessel until it coats it completely. Once coated, the blood reforms itself into vines and tree roots that wind around Cyrus's vessel, covering the arms, legs, and torso. Near his face the vines obscure and cover his cheeks and the sides of his head, before entering his mouth from the corners and up from the chin completing the symbiosis binding process. Other than the vines, his current vessel remains its standard appearance.
SOUL RELEASE ABILITIES
Name: Rise of the Thorns Class: Soul Release Tier: II Type: Supplementary | Stage One Release Passive Range: 10 meter diameter Description: Cyrus's natural attunement to the natural world extends to him having complete control over most forms of organic matter. Some examples include but are not limited to, dirt, grass, rocks and minerals, plants and flowers. He is able to manipulate them as he sees fit as well as create them from his own reiryoku. His specialty however is plant matter. He is able to sprout seeds in a 10 meter diameter from himself and grow monstrous plants from them that are extremely large in size resembling humans in size. Some plants are able to shoot out bala speed seeds dealing piercing damage, while some plants he forms are vines that whip targets and reduce their movement speed by x2 for a post. Cyrus can also summon a thicket of thorned vines and roots. Cyrus can also manipulate the plant matter to form weapons and armors. In terms of rocks and minerals, Cyrus can manipulate them as he sees fit in any form they exist. He can cause small tremors, hurl large chunks of rock, erode stones to sand, and many other varied uses, limited to the tier of the passive. Cyrus as he was created, is a master of nature and uses them greatly in his combat arsenal.

Name: New World Order Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Supplementary Range: Self / 10 meters Description: In his Soul Release form, Cyrus's vessels secrete and drip blood as well as having the ability to drop spores that secrete blood akin to his genetic makeup. The blood removed does not leave any negative effects on Cyrus as the vines and roots attached to his Soul Released form are constantly refreshing his blood supply through the symbiosis process upon activation. Upon making contact with the blood, Cyrus imprints his own genetic code onto it, barring other spiritual beings and their soul-bound objects (i.e doesn't apply to shinigami and their zanpakutou, etc.), allowing himself the ability to reconstruct them into any soil organic matter he chooses. Cyrus can create plants as large as himself, trees as tall as skyscrapers, sand, boulders, etc that are all coated and dripping with his blood. These reconstructions then further the cycle or spreading his blood and imprinting by forming spores. Because this technique allows Cyrus to imprint his own being onto other objects, he can travel through the matter of his reconstructions in a 10 meter radius, as well as use the matter from reconstructions to heal and mend superficial cuts and scrapes instantly, and healing lacerations and burns within two posts. Finally, within Cyrus's reconstructed environment, the reiatsu of others is scrambled making sensing much more difficult, except for Cyrus who uses his reconstructions as sensing beacons.
Name: Fertile Blood Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive, Poison Range: 50 meter radius Description: The blood created from Cyrus's New World Order has more special characteristics than simply acting as agents of his environmental reconstruction. This blood and any reconstructions or constructs with its genetic code acts as a poisonous corrosive adhesive, melting through anything it comes in contact with not containing its code, but also sticking to the surface and what lies below until there is nothing left to cling to, making removal more difficult than normal corrosives. Cyrus can mentally manipulate the blood in various ways, such as controlling the blood plants and constructs to attack, evaporating the blood into a gaseous miasma cloud, solidifying the blood into weaponry, and much more.
In addition to its corrosive property, Cyrus's blood once circulating through an enemy's bloodstream binds to the iron in the target's own blood cells, limiting their ability to transfer oxygen and other nutrients throughout the body leading to death from within. Cyrus can lastly will the blood to take on its final property. If he so chooses his blood will not function as a corrosive adhesive and simply as a liquid. However when this is done then the blood soaks through the skin into the target's bloodstream, where in the bloodstream it violently reacts against calcium and destroys and erodes bone within the target. Remedies for dealing with the debilitating effects of Cyrus's blood include healing techniques of equal or greater tier, or removal of the afflicted area and cauterizing the wound before it can spread.
Name: Genesis Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 10 meters | Targeted Description: Whenever a target has Cyrus's blood mingled in with their bloodstream this ability can be mentally triggered by him. His blood mixes in with the target's blood and begins to create an offspring of the two. At the start of the technique, Cyrus expends energy relevant to the tier to form the offspring within and over the next three posts, if the growing offspring is not removed from the victim's stomach in a highly dense protective sac (tier IV) then Cyrus continues to expend energy to feed the offspring's growth (tier IV for the duration) which siphons their energy into the offspring dealing tier damage. With each post, the offspring will grow larger and larger, hampering speed by x2 and on the final post will burst from the protective sac spewing the bile and acids, as well as more of Cyrus's blood from within. The offspring remains inside the corpse of the victim, will continue to spew bile and acids within the victim until destroyed. Removal is only possible through forceful removal of the abdomen and C-Section or a healing technique. The offspring can be destroyed by an internal attack of equal tier, such as a large enough reiatsu flare.
Name: Dancing With the Devil Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 10 meters | Targeted Description: Whenever a target has Cyrus's blood mingled in with their bloodstream this ability can be mentally triggered by him. With this he can use his reiatsu to transform his blood into a neurotoxin that attaches to the receptors of the nerves of the spine. Once attached, the neurotoxin attacks the nerves causing the body to contort and spasm as the muscles contract against their own will. At equal advantages the contortions are less violent but muscles will still contract against the users will randomly making limb function difficult, whereas when Cyrus has advantages over the victim, control and movement is much harder almost to the point of paralysis unless the neurotoxin is removed from their body by healing techniques of equal or greater tier. Healing techniques below the tier can still remove some effects but lingering side effects may occur.
Name: Hemoplague Class: Soul Release Tier: I - IV / IV (Targeted) Type: Offensive Range: 50 meter radius Description: With this technique whenever Cyrus is able to ingest the blood of a target, the target and himself are marked with a red spiraling circle on their necks between their collarbones. For as long as the target's blood is in Atticus' system (end of thread or healed), he and anything with his genetic code is able to reciprocate damage or injuries from tier I to IV sustained onto the target by using the tier of the damage received. He does this by manipulating the target's blood with his own reiatsu to replicate damage via the circulatory system, his reiatsu acting like a foreign drug exerting the effect. By exerting energy akin to a tier IV Cyrus can then analyze the target's blood within his own bloodstream to use his reiatsu to clot the blood within that target's own internal circulatory system producing a paralysis-inducing effect based on the difference in advantages.
OVERSOUL
OVERSOUL ACTIVATION
Cyrus's reiatsu fades for a moment as a large amount of plant matter envelops him in a circular cocoon. His reiatsu flares up in an ominous sprouting of a large vast forest over a 100 meter diameter with Cyrus at the center, creating enormous trees and plants as well as large bodies of water and areas of desert. A vast amount of blood also pours out as roots, bushes, and trees form, resulting in a foot high coverage of blood swamp. The plant life appears exotic coming in a wide range of aesthetically pleasing colors, but there is a hazy smog that reeks of blood.
OVERSOUL APPEARANCE
No change comes to Cyrus's previous Soul Released appearance except his new cocoon that encases him. The cocoon appears as thorned vines and rose petals, but Cyrus's own appearance is unchanged.
OVERSOUL ABILITIES
Name: Yggdrasil Class: Oversoul Tier: VII Type: Defensive Range: Self Description: The cocoon from Cyrus's oversoul activation acts as a protective barrier, impenetrable from most if not all forces. The cocoon acts as a barrier that also heals Cyrus according to his healing mastery level and lasts for 5 posts. During this time, Cyrus is put into stasis preventing him from taking any conscious actions while within Yggdrasil. His plant matter constructs are still able to attack any foreign reiatsus within his forest however. Once Yggdrasil's barrier form ends, Cyrus emerges with a new plant armor taking the form of Yggdrasil's previous form, covering Cyrus with thorned vines and rose petals. The armor adds no defensive fortitude but instead grants Cyrus a x5 buff to speed for 3 posts. Once the speed boost wears off Yggdrasil can be reformed but the healing duration is reduced by a post each time it is reused, while the speed boost may only be used once per thread.
Name: The World's Tablet Class: Oversoul Tier: V Type: Offensive Range: 100 meters Description: During Oversoul, Cyrus attains the World's Tablet, a 14 inch wide, 2 inch thick stone tablet covered in beautiful flowers. On this tablet is a 100 meter representation of the battlefield around him. Allies and enemies as well as various data is presented on this map; any sustained injuries, energy based and projectile attacks in motion are displayed throughout, as well as power levels and racial information are presented throughout, with Cyrus able to cycle through tabs to manage the information. With this tablet, Cyrus is able to also manipulate the surrounding battlefield in real time however he sees fit, so long as it is within his Oversoul's forest. He is granted weather manipulation, terrain manipulation to create different battlegrounds such as cityscapes, grass formation and manipulation, water body formation and manipulation, wall and maze formation, gravity manipulation, and illusionary perception manipulation of sight and hearing.
Along with this, Cyrus is able to rain down large blasts of raw energy onto the battlefield as well as create spires of energy at tier damage. The blasts from the sky rain down at cero speed, while the spires have a minor charge time before shooting up at cero speed as well. From 50 meters above the battlefield, the raw energy blasts can be fired down in bursts of 10 per post.

actually after some rethinking...would it be possible to remake this character (with the same number of techniques and same mastery point levels, simply reallocated, same rank, etc.) ?
Nope, this character has all the work put into it and you cant change that on a whim. If you want to make a 'fresh' character you will have to start from the bottom as a new mod soul and work your way back up. Just to makes sure that this was correct though I did confer with staff and they agree with me.
Rose Storm - This does too much for a single technique. Also "sealing" has specific rules within the guide that a violated with this technique, including the requirement that sealing technique be part of your racial mastery and said mastery must be specialized. You should read seals section and adjust your wording accordingly.
Stormy Sunday - Anything that is conscious must be a summon. Otherwise this kind of homing ability requires you to focus and guide the technique yourself. Also because of how tiers work you can't have a technique that does tier III * 4 damage in the way you describe. It would have to simply be an aoe that does tier III each post the target is within it.
Shining Friday - Same as above in regards to stacking tier damage.
A Terrible Thing To Waste - I'm going to have to deny this for a couple of reasons. The first being it is worded as an auto-hit. Secondly because of what I mentioned above in regards to sealing, and third because its basically a form of mind control which isnt allowed.
Shades and Hues - like above I have to deny this as an auto-hit as its worded now. If you better word how the color effect works its not just random colors everywhere and you shout out whichever your opponent has for immediate damage I might reconsider it.
Stagnation - Same as above mentioned sealing stuff.
