APPEARANCE
The first form, and what he refers to his normal form reveals him to resemble quite like a punk. His hair somewhat thick comes to his neck in a messy manner. Normally leaving it waving over the right side of his face. On the left side of his face, he bears a purple line that starts on his forehead, originating from a circle of the same color. In this state, he tends to wear flashier clothing, with odd tattoos covering his body. Onto his other form, the father form as he refers to it.
In his Father state, his white hair falls down to his lower back and is tied into a ponytail at the very top with a black bow. His body is cloaked in black robes that come in three different layers. The first is a cowl is a pair of black slacks with nothing too special upon them. The next is the shirt that exists under the cowl. A button up with a white line going up through the black. He wears two belts to hold it close to his body. Lastly, a cowl lays over his shoulders. On his hands are white gloves with red crosses on
PERSONALITY
There is a rule when dealing with Sariel. Don’t trust him. He’s among one of the most crooked most will meet, aside from a hollow. The moment he left the Soul Society in his special gigai, he took up as a priest in the Catholic order. He’s far from a priest, or for the matter a good person that it’s funny. He’s a con man at a high level. He prefers to get what he can with little waste, so as not to go into what he’d refer to as a negative. He’s not a person to disrespect, as he's not afraid to get rid of them even if it would mean calling their enemies. Say, he was dealing an with unruly but semi-civil Arrancar. He'd be calling up the Soul Society to come deal with it somehow without getting himself in trouble.
It's not hard to understand that as a Mod Soul, Sariel has had to make some adjustments over the years. Since after first joining the Catholic order, he had to adjust the appearance of his gigai on the fly. He's highly adaptable, and thus what would make him dangerous. Where some people know that mod souls were designed to destroy hollows, he was actually designed to be a spy for the soul reapers. Able to slip into human organizations with ease, and blend in. Or for the matter, the Quincy. If dropped into a new scene, you'll likely lose him after a few months.

SOUL RELEASE SOUL RELEASE ACTIVATION
Where as Sariel’s ‘Soul Release’ is constantly activated, the signs of it are hidden till he enters combat. When he enters into combat, the orbitals around him phase into view from their sub dimension. They will float silently above his head, humming ever so slightly till needed.
SOUL RELEASE APPEARANCE
His soul release takes the form of small metal constructs that on a normal setting hovers about his head. When not in combat, they enter into a standby state where they phase out, existing just out of phase with the physical or spiritual dimension. This leaves them completely hidden and undetectable to anyone other than himself. The number of them scales with his Augment mastery. At Beginner he has one and at Mastered he would have six. He refers to them as his orbitals. Each of them are just a foot long, and about 3 inches wide. Additionally, each of one them bears a durability equal to that of a sealed Zan.

Description: Rather simple device that is involved with his release. At the start of a fight, Sariel starts out with zero lightning counters, which is signified by the things that float over his head. Every post he gains one. As he gains them, the orbitals will light up one at a time. This means he can only have as many counters as he does orbitals. This counters are used through the rest of his Soul Release, and in his oversoul later.

Description: When striking someone with either his body or with something he’s holding, he can channel a bolt of electricity through his hand into the person he’s fighting. This will allow the strike to deal damage, and deal a tier III of damage. This bolt is channeled directly into them by this strike. Additionally, he may sacrifice any number of lightning counters to deal an additional tier III of damage for each one.

Regardless, one of them is tier VI. The max tier for Mod Souls at creation is III.
Your release description seems to be unfinished.
With only two release techniques you should drop your release mastery to Below-Average.

No where in either of the guides I looked at (improvement and the Mod soul guide) said I couldn't start with it. In fact the example at the bottom of the mod soul guide listed it as a starting mastery. See here I'll drop the rank of Uriel's defense, and change my release a bit. |

You can start with the mastery but you can't start with any techniques.
Furthermore you only get a standard gigai, and a plushie at creation, so you can't have the body without techniques.
Due to the fact that your Augmentation is below-average, you will be LL at creation, meaning you can't have any Above Average masteries.

My mistake; it's not having below-average Augmentation that drops your rank, it's not investing your entire tech allocation into Augmentation. Your rank would be LL since you haven't got full investment into Augmentation.
So still; no Above Averages.
With only 2 augment techniques, your Augmentation should be Beginner or Below Average. So change it back down buckaroo.

RACE GUIDE - ★ [AUGMENTATION TECHS] You may start with a maximum of four Augmentation techniques if you choose to have no Battle Skill techniques. They must be at or under Tier III in power however. How many of those techniques you place into Augmentation also dictates your starting rank, less being a lower rank and more granting a higher rank. --- As you have only two techs in the release you have enough to claim that you have below average but without more you cant get average until you have enough to say that you are progressing past below average[as the guide says per the tech amount].Race Guide[Beginner] You've just unlocked your Soul Release. It is highly unrefined, only able to be up to Tier III in power, and only 2 technique slots are available to you. Your speed and strength are increased by a factor of 1.25x [Below Average] You've refined your Soul Release a little more, but it is slightly difficult to control. Able to use Tier III and a total of 3-4 technique slots are available. Your speed and strength enhancement has increased to 1.5x Tech Guide states that the highest mastery you can have at LL is average. That being said you are approved for LL when all your masteries are average per the guide. |

No, it doesn't. It shows that you don't actually know the guides as well as you think you do.
The only "inconsistency" here is that the guides don't specifically state that you can only have a BA Augment mastery; this is a decision made at the discretion of staff as it made sense to us.
By being rude and answering back all you have accomplished is delaying your own grade. Are you quite done trying to make smart-ass comments? If so I can approve you now.
