PERSONALITY
A key factor in Julia's personality is she is always seen with a cool level headed demeanor, even in the midst of chaos. Rarely anything forces the steel-clad mentality to lose focus. Shock, misfortune; a slight reaction if any. The thing called emotion is always under control yet while it might seem Julia is ruled primarily by her mind she is quite passionate. Logic, her weapon. Emotion, the fuel. Prideful, cold, and reserved she commands an air of authority as well respect crushing all those whom seek to challenge. Considered a character flaw, and while a bit childish, Julia hates losing choosing extremes just to win.
Confident just as she is resourceful Julia considers herself an "improviser" using even the most simplistic of things to do what must be done, this molds well with her dedication and smarts. Though self-centered, to the point of being unsure if she is being bullied, Julia easily becomes aware of her surroundings when the time comes. What appears to be uncaring Julia actually pays great attention to any and all around. Truthful by nature, Julia does not totally lie yet might give a distorted truth however she is quite direct, confronting anyone with bluntness. Julia lives her life in earnest despising all whom leave things half complete never placing their heart into something.
Though as we continue Julia's personality it must be said she lies somewhere between an idealist and realist understanding that "good" and "evil" are a matter of opinion. What some may see as evil Julia choose to become evil itself to save the lives of others earning her the title, The Dark Hero. However one may perceive Julia, rather it a cold hearted bitch, Dark hero, or otherwise she is quite compassionate giving everything her fullest despite being quite laid-back. Not above using people to get what she needs however she does not "leave them in the mud" choosing rather to cooperate showing loyalty so long it's beneficial to her.
HISTORY
Many years ago there existed this particular race of Humans with great power, however, from this power birthed death. Rather than setting souls at peace they were in fact destroyed. Why should those demons be allowed peaceful slumber when they kill our loved ones? Throughout the years this special race of Humans held many tribe however after many a year the race called Quincy nearly went extent after a war between them and Soul Reaper. Why? For the reason they destroyed souls, supposedly, upsetting the balance compared to the Soul Reaper's methods of purifying. The Quincy were pushed to the point of extension with only few families surviving through one means or another. One family managed to secure a nice little place in Germany where they continued to practice their Quincy beliefs in secret for a hundred years and just a ways beyond. Then comes the modern day Quincy called Emma. A world famous pianist Emma traveled the world since the age of fourteen skipping out on finishing school choosing music over education. Emma cared little for the life of a Quincy but still held pride in her past, saying “I would rather play but I'll never let go of my cross.”
While the family did not care greatly for this her mother allowed for it preferring her daughter's happiness, however, she still desired for the Quincy to thrive once again. Thus Fredrick, a close relative with strong Quincy blood whom was to marry her. Despite being set up at a young age they grew close as Fredrick sang along with her music. Around the age of twenty Emma was with child. Her name, Julia. A somewhat wealthy family Emma, Julia and Fredrick lived inside the mansion of Emma's mother for several years since nothing remained with Fredrick's side of the family. They were small and near extinct. Julia, now seven, her father, Fredrick, died after utilizing the Quincy Final Form protecting his wife and child during a vacation to Hawaii. The same event would seem to happen again when Julia was twelve when her mother was horribly wounded protecting several people during an attack on a bank with a Human with powers. Over the course of her life Julia had experienced the death of multiple close family members, friends, as well seeing many die. Perhaps this made Julia into what she was during the present time.
At the age of fourteen Julia left to travel the world with the violin. While it is not quite known when Julia became The Dark Hero or the ideal of, perhaps at a young age even, it is known there were several tragic events leading up towards. One being the killing of an entire jet liner full of innocent people just to protect those in the city below. Little is known of her between fourteen and now other than she is a world famous violinist currently touring in Japan.

By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. Name: Blut (“Blood”) or (“Blood Guise”) Type: Passive Agumantation Class: Blut Range: Self Tier: I Description: Blut is an advanced technique used by Quincy. By making reishi flow into their blood vessels the user can increase defensive or offensive power. While Blut does pose amazing effects there is one significant flow. It is independent making both operate on two different reishi systems thus they can not be never employed simultaneously. This makes one completely ineffective whilst the other is in use. It also takes a few moments to switch between adding in greater danger for it's user. While Blut houses no cost it certainly requires focus to keep up. Blut Vene (“Still Blood Guise”) is the defensive form of Blut which utilizes dramatic defensive properties. By hardening the veins within the body it effectively makes the user's skin akin to steel. Thus making it difficult to puncture. When in use the user's blood veins become a shade of dark-blue making it visible to others. A drawback to Vene is when attacking the user's raw strength is reduced by 30%. - Blut Vene (“Still Blood Guise”) is the defensive form of Blut which utilizes dramatic defensive properties. By hardening the veins within the body it effectively makes the user's skin akin to steel. Thus making it difficult to puncture. - Blut Arterie (“Moving Blood Guise”) is the offensive form of Blut which utilizes dramatic offensive properties. By pumping reishi into their veins the user's blood pumps harder and pushes the body to new heights in physical power. This does not augment physical speed nor the power of techniques. It does bulk up your musculature a fair deal however, not only enabling you to withstand the impact of your own strikes without breaking your limbs, but also providing a measure of physical protection [Provides pure melee strike protection according to mastery level. Spiritual power cannot be blocked or dampened at all however. This aspect is Blut Arterie Exclusive].
[Blut Herzanfall] (Blut Heart Attack)
One important aspect of blut not often recognized by its users is the effects of user's actual circulatory system. To most, the circulatory system of one’s body is a convenient pathway for the reishi used by the ability and nothing more. To a master that exploits this bond, the biological is just as important as the spiritual, and their heart becomes an engine to power the effects of their blut. With this perk, the quincy focuses additional reishi in the chambers of their heart, and once per thread this special reishi takes hold of the organ and violently controls it to strengthen the user’s blut. Called a “Blut Heart Attack” this special power speeds and slows the heart at a moment’s notice, empowering whichever form of blut is currently active and allowing faster switching between the two forms for a short duration. When Blut Vene is active, the user’s heart rate slows to a crawl, stopping the blood in the vessels and letting them solidify completely. This effect causes the body to become pale and the blue markings of vene to stand more pronounced on the skin. When Arterie is active, the heart rate speeds up in inhuman levels, blasting the reishi through the body at incredible speeds to empower the body. In this state the body becomes flushed due to the extreme blood flow and the red lines of Arterie become more pronounced. In both cases the power of blut is raised by one whole advantage. On top of this, the user may switch blut forms between posts for the duration (but not mid post). This state lasts five posts, any longer and the user would likely suffer and actual heart attack.
Name: Kamizaiten (Godly Veil of Unsightly Flesh) ** Class: Reishi Technique Type: Supplementary Tier: II Range: Self Description: With this technique, one is able to form a field of spirit particles that reflects any kind of reiatsu-sensing skill. In addition, it also masks any kind of item or power one possesses, making them look like a weak, powerless human, thus becoming virtually invisible to any spiritual being. Name: Hirenkyaku (Flying Screen/God Step) Type: Stepping Class: Stepping Tier: I Range: N/A Description: Analogous to the Shinigami Shunpo or Arrancar Sonido, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Ishida Uryû it is faster than flash steps, though Kurotsuchi Mayuri's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. This can also explode at will even without. Can also be placed directly on a persons body.

To use on techniques, direct contact is not required, and the technique will take damage based on the power output of Seele Streum. It is possible to weaken, if not completely destroy, a technique based on Advantages.

This is done in the form of a barrage of hundreds of quincy arrows that pack a relevant tier strength and speed based on whatever tier cooldown the user activates for it. Due to the nature of how this ability is used, the cooldown of its use will be cut down to half, rounded down. Meaning if you had a 7 post cooldown normally, you would have a 3 post cooldown with this technique. This technique was created using a Staff Created Technique box prize.

Description: The user creates a network of reishi within and outside of their body. This network destroys Reiryoku and Reishi not part of the user. While this would normally mean Blut would be weakened, Blut Schale is programmed to ignore certain things such as Blut or mechanical appendages, unless otherwise stated. For things targeted, it destroys them via breaking it down and absorbing the reishi into the network. If faced with a technique with more Advantages, it will weaken said technique based on Advantages. When the technique deactivates, it expels the reishi.

Though the user can designate what is to be consumed and not. If faced with a technique/oject with more Advantages, it will weaken said technique based on Advantages. When the technique deactivates, it expels the reishi.

ARSENAL QUINCY WEAPON This weapon is similar to the "gun blade" yet falls under the classification "pile-bunker shield", a pile bunker shaped like a string instrument. From the tip a typical arrow can be fired off holding more power than the typical due to her style of combat. The spear within Black Requiem is regularly appears in the color of gunmetal. Forth from the gun-shield this lance can fire out with great impact It has enough force is create large holes in people larger than the actual lance itself. It can reach upwards to two meters out. The outer rim of the shield is a blade as seen in the picture. Capable of being used as an instrument she can shrink it down to the form of a violin. Julia's weapon is titled "The Dark Requiem".
Crystal Crescendo is Julia's second Quincy Weapon. It is a transformation-type Quincy Weapon that transforms between a scyth and sword. . There is a small button located somewhere within the center of the staff, or hilt, that allows it to transform quickly. It is enough that Julia can effectively switch it in the middle of combat with only a small moment needed to complete the change. Depending on the form, the blade either bends or straitens and the hilt/staff extends or retracts. If in sword form going to staff form, the wraps vanish until going back into sword form. The scythe head/blade can erect upwards with the push of a button. And both weapons have an "inactive" compact form allowing it to be carried around more easily. It is possible to also send out a beam or burst of Reishi rather it be cutting or concussive based. An after-blast is also possible, where a shockwave of Reishi will be sent out immediately after the enhanced strike but must be stated beforehand. This after blast occurs can be anywhere from Tier II-IV, and occurs on a designated target. Tier II=Bala Speed, Tier III=Half Bala, Tier IV/V=Cero Speed, these speeds are the maximum speed they can reach per Tier. [*]Seele Dolch - A weak, short, but capable close combat dagger alloyed out of Soul Silver that should only be used in desperate times when a Quincy is forced into a range where they cannot function. The dagger is as sharp as a sealed Zanpakutou of a single rank below, and clashing twice or thrice with a Zanpakutou or Shikai is enough to break it. However, the sudden pull of this weapon has saved many Quincy.
[*]Silver tubes-Silver tubes are small, liquid-filled capsules that store spiritual energy, and are used by Quincy for spellcasting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō. Like Kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands, but do not require any of the user's energy to activate.
[*]Silberdraht - A supportive item that can also be used in combat. The wire is spiritually manipulable, and can be used to trap enemies in a tight spot, the true boon of this wire is it's sharpness, that of a sealed Zanpakutou. While a move of the arm can break the wire without too much effort; it will most definitely harm them.
[*]Spatz [Sparrow] - A set of six dagger-type weapons designed to be perfect for throwing, made of Soul-synthesized Silver and worn on a small belt. These daggers, while they are considered very controversial in a Quincy's arsenal due to their policy of no bladed weapons, it is a set of very useful items to have, able to catch a target of guard and strike with the sharpness of a sealed Zanpakuto. However, they do not have the durability of a sealed Zanpakuto and can be easily broken by anyone of HL or above with a simple swing.
Soul-Synthesized Silver
Soul-Synthesized Silver was used by Ishida Ryūken to construct the hidden chamber in which Ishida Uryū trains. It has the curious property to gather spiritual energy to it that can be used in place of silver tubes for Gintō Techniques. It can be constructed out of Reishi from the air, but it is nearly impossible to do so. Only extremely experienced Quincy can perform such a feat.
One must be at the rank of HL-A to be able to learn how to craft Soul-Synthesized Silver from Reishi. Otherwise, Soul-Synthesized Silver must be gained IC.
Soul-Synthesized Silver can be used to craft custom Quincy items IC; such items must pass judgment in the Technique Registering Board.

Like Soul-Synthesized Silver, Soul-Synthesized Glass was used to construct the hidden chamber in the Karakura Hospital. [Similar in principle to Soul-synthesized Glass and Silver, this is a synthesized cloth made of reishi and is thus capable of touching and affecting souls. It is of course the least durable of all three materials, however it can be woven with different effects, such as clothing that enhances the gathering of reishi by the wearer. It can be constructed out of Reishi from the air, but it is nearly impossible to do so. Only extremely experienced Quincy can perform such a feat.

[*][Seele Schneider] - The Seele Schneider is a thin, sword-shaped arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders Ishida Uryū uses are stolen from a secret storage room under Karakura hospital.

Description: : Armor Unto Myself takes the form of a bracelet filled with sapphires. When one particular one is pressed the bracelet covers the users skin a durable silver colored cloth. The cloth itself is actually attached to the user acting as a second layer of metal skin. The skin itself is malleable skin itself, however, it can be said it "holds its original shape better than skin" while but easily moving as if it was skin without hampering the users movements.

Description: Also known as the LC System for short. The LC System takes the form of a four-sided blue diamond, constructed from Soul-Synthesized Silver and Soul-Synthesized Glass. The LC System is to be injected somewhere within the body. Once placed into the body it will attach itself where placed and slowly integrate itself as an “extra organ”. if it ever removed it can cause immense amount of pain to it's user to the point of causing possible nerve damage (Tier III). Integration takes a week of IC time to adapt to the “new organ” and should not be used. If it is, then it will instantly cause an immense amount of pain.

(Thread Limit, one per integrated user) If this armor breaks then it can't be repaired in battle and has to be done outside of the topic.

A key note with these items is they are only able to house the physical strength, technically mental, of a Tier III (at most). Example, if used as a shield and floating; While the shield might not break, it could be pushed back. This is because the force exerted by her will can not exceed Tier III. The same could be said for using it as a sharp projectile trying to break through defenses; While it houses Shikai sharpness (due to being a Tier VI item) the force exerted, being Tier III, might not be enough to damage blockquote]
