OK SO HERE'S THE THING
Coco can see ghosts and shit but she's a lazy and unmotivated garbage can so she's never really had much to do with spirit stuff at all. This means she doesn't know about soul reapers or hollows or whatever and she hasn't got any special powers. So what needs to be done is for her to have a thread where she discovers the existence of this stuff so she's forced to confront the reality of her powers.
This'll most dramatically happen in a thread where she gets her ass saved from a hollow attack by a shinigami or other spiritually aware human of sorts. This person will likely end up being Coco's main, go to person when it comes to spirit world bullshit. They don't have to be the one to teach her how to unlock her powers or anything but they'd still probably end up being an important part of their life.
So, the most important thing I'm looking for is this: A mentor of sorts who introduces the bulk of spirit stuff to Coco.
Apart from this, I'm also looking for anyone who'll end up being Coco's friend or peer. This'll likely have to happen after she's aware of the true extent of spirit business, though. Enemies might have to be something that comes laters. Any 'lovers' or romances will be something I aim to develop over a longer period of time rather than straight out of the gate.
This whole post will probably get updated at some point, but until then this'll have to suffice. If you have a character that you think would mesh well with Coco, reply here and I should het back to you.

I can't promise friendship, but Seran is a decent teacher, and he's somewhat interested in humans and their unique powers. If nothing else I he will usually give starter items to humans that show potential in hopes of studying them and using them once their powers fully develop. If I say that Coco has heard of Seran through the grapevine and walks in to his store looking to fix herself with something to protect herself with until her powers manifest do you think they could work something out? Maybe she and he end up developing a working relationship if he eventually ends up becoming a more formal employer? |

Kasumi Hisakawa she's a human female. Maybe having a friend outside of the extra ordinary might be helpful or a rival whatever is good. She currently can't even see spirits though nor does she have powers so she is pretty close to your character in that respect.
