Vee techs

Name: Soul Stream: Composer
Class: Soul Communication

Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: 100m
Description: Vee communicates with the soul of sound to manipulate any sound within 100m and mould it to her whim. This ability is fully capable of altering the sounds of other techniques unless there are clashing sound technique issues, if Vee has a higher tier then she can control the sound, if the same then following clash rules they would both be cancelled out and if lower then she simply cannot control it. If sound is taken from another source that sound can be used to either attack or defend, only requiring that an equal amount of energy be used to manipulate that sound. That sound can either manifest as including but not limited to a solid wall of invisible sound, a concentrated explosion, a string of Reiatsu notes in the air or as a storm of cutting sound as Soul Communication is considered to be more fluid and natural than most skills. If the user wants they are also able to create a zone of pure silence, making a bubble of a maximum of 50m become deafened. No noise, unless it surpasses the advantage system, makes any noise in this area. If used in a offensive ability this technique travels at its maximum speed for its Tier and deal appropriate damage, follow all rules for Cooldowns, Advantage Clashing, area of effects and lasts for 5 posts.

Name: Sound Stream: Loop
Class: Soul Communication

Type: Binding
Range: 100m
Description: This technique places the symbol for a single bar note with a circle around it on the target(s) skin upon contact with 'Sound Stream: Composer'. This binding technique works automatically, binding the opponent in a shroud of sound for one post whenever activated. To activate the tech, the target must make noise(talking, screaming, breathing, tutting etc), the technique then harnesses this sound and wraps the target in it for a full body bind, bar speech. If the target makes noise during the bind, the bind is extended for another post up to a maximum of 5 posts. However if the target makes no noise, the bind is released until the target makes noise again. The tech lasts for 5 posts before the symbol fades.

Name: Sound Stream: The Band
Class: Soul Communication
Tier: I-IV
Type: Summon
Range: 100m
Description: Concentrating the sound stream into an area and shaping it, it forms up to the maximum summons for each tier, visually identical(colours included)solid clones of Vee at half-bala speed. These clones fight hand to hand with the tier mini soundwave hits from any body part and can be scrapped at any time to allow the user to re-manipulate the sound they are made of. Lasts 4 posts.

Class: Hand to Hand
Tier: I-IV
Type: Passive/Defensive
Range: 100m
Description: This ability allows the user to dodge or deny the hit on anything she hears(kidou incantations included) before the hit that is equal or lower than the tier of this technique. This can come in but is not restricted to the form of being able to dodge a volley of Quincy arrows with minimal effort to a sword or fist unable to hit the user while she stands still or a cero that simply curves around the user at her desired point. Tier I is passive and a one post cooldown at tier IV, note that this cannot control or manipulate techniques beyond the point of denied contact.

Name: Tunnel Hearing
Class: Soul Communication
Tier: I
Type: Supplementary
Range: 200m
Description: Vee communicates with the soul of sound, and in turn, it grants her vision through sound. Able to locate and hear anything in its range by absence of sound or specific sounds, the use of echo location while her eyes are closed, and to see white sonar lines on surfaces coming from sound sources and the ability to understand all of the connotations. This does not make her hearing or eyes super sensitive.
