[b]Description:[/b] By reading the slight shifts in an individual's reiatsu. Liam is capable of reading the emotional state of anyone who enters the radius of his technique. Gauging their intent and feelings as soon they step in range as well as knowing exactly who is feeling what and possibly gaining an inkling into why they are feeling that way, depending on how open an individual is with their emotions.
Taking time to study one individual gains even greater depth. By losing his ability to sense all emotions around him in favour of just one. Liam gains an even greater insight. Reading recent emotions and even motivations of the person he is monitoring.
