Description:[/b] The user begins the incantation after which a wall which surrounds the user rises up within twenty meters of the caster. This technique lasts for up to four posts and has a ten post cooldown. During this technique if the user has four advantages over their opponent they are unable to move their body at all, strength can be counted as an advantage against this technique. During this technique everyone within its area of effect are unable to use stepping techniques, jumping or flight. All speed boosting abilities of lower advantage then this technique can not be used successfully. When breaking out of the area of the wall the user is slowed down for one post after leaving the area, upon re-entering they will lose the ability to move around. This technique binds techniques as well limiting movements of anything that is not equal to or higher advantage then this technique. The initial area of the technique is twenty meters radius or forty meter diameter and increases by ten meters radius or twenty meter diameter per post.
The technique binding will not work on techniques if one equal advantage technique is bound other techniques can not be bound. Techniques of three or less advantages will never be able to move during this technique and is an exception to the above rule. The binding can also be hindered by two techniques of one less advantage or four four techniques of two less advantages.

[b]Description:[/b] The user coats their blade with their reiatsu and focuses as they attack the opponent with an angled strike that has the ability to cut through an attack or defense of equivalent tier and lower, followed by a second strike that does high damage able to cut off unprotected limbs with a control feature allowing for the technique's damage to be limited through will and focus.
At four advantages the first strike will cut cleanly through and treat whatever is cut as if it no longer exists, the second strike will be instantaneous after the first strike in this case.
At two to three advantages the first strike will cut cleanly through and their will be a second strike of greater strength shortly after that can cut through defences
At equal advantages the technique breaks the clashed technique and the second strike can still follow through without the ability
Due to the unique nature of this technique the second strike can be enchanted with a tier III or lower weapon ability. This is a close combat technique and can only be used with a bladed weapon.
Techniques damage is tier IV regardless of the strike number, the only difference is that in the case of four advantages you can be struck in two locations for that tier four damage as opposed to the single strike tier four damage. In the equal advantages case the second strike is simply a normal strike that comes extremely fast making it hard to defend against
