Range: Self (Also depends on the range of the weapon used)
Description: Activating this technique gives you a 2x buff to speed, as well as tensing the muscles in your body as to increase your accuracy. This increase in accuracy allows you to hit the joints of an opponent and flood the nerves with reiatsu. This numbs the limb to an extent where the body feels as though the arm has been removed from the body. This tech is noticeable by a bright glow at the tip of the user’s weapon. The color of this glow is determined by the user’s own reiatsu color.
If this tech hits, then the opponent will not be able to use that part of the body for 6 posts if the user has 2 or more advantages. At the user only have 1 advantage over the opponent, the tech only lasts for 3 posts. And at even advantages, the tech only lasts for 1 post. If the opponent has at least 2 advantages over the user, then they may shrug off the tech with only damage equal to the weapon used as well as advantages. The cool down of the tech is equal to the number of posts that the body part can’t be used. (6=12 post cool down, 3=6 post cool down, and 1=4 post cooldown.) The speed buff lasts over 3 posts and thus has a 6 post cooldown. If this tech does not hit at all it goes onto a 2 post cool down.

This reads more like a binding tech than an offensive one, are you just making the opponents arm limp or are you actually dealing damage?

Basically making it limp. The tech trades out flat damage to the opponent for causing the nerves to go numb, causing the opponent to be unable to use that limb for so many posts based on advantages. Should I make that more clear in the tech?

I'd suggest changing the tech type to binding then if its just the limp, or offensive/binding.
