After mastery rank up of soul resilience has been updated please look at this
Minimum for HL is 30 points which has now been reached... soul resilience mastery rank up was approved and needs to be updated on profile as well

Zanpakuto Spirit = Average 3
Weapon Skill = Above Average 4
Hand to Hand = below Average 2
Reiryoku = Average 3
Soul Resilience = Advanced 5
Reiatsu Control = Above Average 4
Stepping = Above Average 4
Kidou = Advanced 5

3 + 4 + 2 + 3 + 5 + 4 + 4 + 5
= 7 + 5 + 9 + 9
= 12 + 18
= 30
