4 New Reiryoku Techniques!!!

Name: Aoi honō (Blue Blaze)
Class: Reiryoku
Tier: II-IV
Type: Offensive
Range: one to three meter radius
Description: This technique involves the creation of super hot blue flames which burn users that come into contact with it. The techniques range varies according to tier with tier II reaching 1 meter and an extra meter per tier above that. This technique burns enemies according to the tier and this technique has a duration that varies according to the user. For the tier two and three versions there is no cooldown, but the technique requires reactivation after 8 and 7 posts respectively. However the full power of this technique lasts for up to 6 posts and has a cooldown of 1 post that increases by 2 posts per extra post.  The flames spread from the user at speeds of bala at the second tier, half bala at tier III and cero speed at tier IV.

Class: Reiryoku
Tier: I
Type: Passive
Range: Within sight and ranges up to one hundred meters
Description: Allows the user to see reiryoku in all things which have this as well as reiatsu.

Name: Megane (Glasses)
Class: Reiryoku
Tier: III
Type: Supplementary
Range: Self
Description: Allows the user to maintain his sight even when under the effects of harsh light and wind pressure. These glasses last until broken or for up to eight posts duration

Name: Hashira no yōsai (Fortress of Pillars)
Class: Reiryoku
Tier: IV
Type: Defensive
Range: 10 meters and increases over time
Description: Pushes back all harmful effects and creates a pillar of light that blocks multiple attacks with two advantages beneath it, will break if an attack is higher advantage. At equal advantages the it will block that attack, or three attacks of one lower advantage. This technique will replenish itself until duration is fully completed or the barrier is broken by something of higher advantages. This techniques range increase by ten meters radius per post to maximum of fifty meters. This technique also pushes back enemies and requires a special technique to prevent push from affecting allies.

The full duration is six posts and cooldown is equal to duration of technique multiplied by two. So if the technique begins and is broken on first turn the cooldown is one post. If broken after two posts the cooldown is increased accordingly
