American Kickboxing focuses more on the fists and punching, the kicks and kneeling techniques only being used as a follow up to a group of punches.
American Kickboxing is common in most gyms, and is easily picked up by somebody with no knowledge. Training Kickboxing doesn't always require a second person, but it is best for blocks, and dodging to have two people rather then just you and a punching bag.

With assault the user manipulates his own energy and draws on the destructive energies of the world around him creating effects like fire, wind, earth manipulation, water control and varying degrees of each of those combined with practice. As a Tier II ability the fastest that he can create these offensive abilities is at Bala Speeds, Tier III being Half Bala and Tier IV+ being Cero.
[b]Name:[/b] Soul Communication Style: Defend [b]Class:[/b] Soul Communication [b]Tier:[/b] II-IV [b]Type:[/b] Defensive [b]Range:[/b] 50m [b]Description:[/b] As with Assault, being able to defend ones self is imperative, being as important if not more. Drawing on the energies around him and using his own Reiatsu the user is able to create a variety of defensive techniques from shells, walls or other effects designed to intercept the offending ability. The fastest that a defense can be erected is Bala at Tier II, Half Bala at Tier III and Cero at Tier IV+.
[b]Name:[/b] Soul Communication Style: Bind [b]Class:[/b] Soul Communication [b]Tier:[/b] II-IV [b]Type:[/b] Binding [b]Range:[/b] 100m [b]Description:[/b] With the shifting needs of Soul Communication and its ability to adapt to those needs the user is able to use a variety of styles to perform the same overall effect of binding the target. Be that style binding the target with a cave of earth, lightning zapping their system, flaming handcuffs, water ropes tying them in place or even ice to freeze them in place. All of these effects follow the same rules for binding that can leave the target a little tied up all the way to frozen in space until released based on advantages.
[b]Name:[/b] Soul Communication Style: Support [b]Class:[/b] Soul Communication [b]Tier:[/b] II-IV [b]Type:[/b] Support [b]Range:[/b] 100m [b]Description:[/b] With combat being so unstable the requirements on a Fullbringer can be harsh, demanding more and more of their body than they are always able to put out. By coating a body with a variety of elements the user is able to increase their strength and speed by varying amounts up to a maximum of x3. While the appearance of this technique can be different with each use its effects must follow the same rules. Tier I gives a x2 to either speed or strength, Tier II give x2 to both stats, Tier III would give a x2 to one and a x3 to the other while Tier IV gives a x3 to both. Tier IV's duration cannot extend beyond three posts, the cool down being double the duration of the technique. This ability can be used on a nearby ally should they be willing to accept the boost to power.
[b]Name:[/b] Soul Communication Style: Summon [b]Class:[/b] Soul Communication [b]Tier:[/b] I-IV [b]Type:[/b] Summon [b]Range:[/b] 100m [b]Description:[/b] Soul Communication is an art, the art of drawing the life out of an object to accomplish a designated goal. However sometimes one can breath life into an object or element that he can manipulate with their Soul Communication to accomplish a task on their own as a being of their own mind. Summons here can be sustained at Tier IV for up to 6 posts, each Tier lower being easier to sustain at Tier III-7 posts and Tier II-8 posts. The Tier I summons have no maximum duration with bare minimum masteries. With each summon the base mastery focus can change as per element so while styles and appearance of the summons may be different they will always have one mastery at the same level as their creation Tier. Tier I is beginner, Tier II is Below Average, Tier III is Average and Tier IV is Above Average. All other masteries are two levels below this mastery. All Summons in this technique are able to make ranged attacks as long as they are at Tier IV or above, anything less being restricted to melee fighting.

All the needed armor or weapons must be existing items and registered on the profile to be created as this is simply a discrete way to store the gear while traveling. For Gage that item is his hands, the thing that he believes that he can reach out and 'grasp' his future, able to make a true difference in the world. While not uniquely special in their own right Gage thinks that with his hands he is able to manipulate his gift of being a Fullbringer into a blessing even though all through his past it has been nothing but a curse on him and his parents. A couple of things to note of his hands however is that from his youth and having to get into the occasional fist fight he has left white scars on his knuckles from missing and skinning them on walls. He also has a three inch scar on his left hand where he cut himself with a kitchen knife trying to slice an apple. From his left hand that same black energy is wrapped around so that it looks more like a black energy glove than fire, encasing his arm up to his elbow. Square in the middle of his chest a black circle appears to be tattooed, three inches wide all the way around. Wrapped around this circle is a thin, 'seal' locking in the black circle.[/div][/blockquote][div style="font:18px economica;"]FULLBRING ABILITIES[/div][blockquote][b][i]Fullbring Resonance[/i][/b]: This buff will allow you to make a passive ability based on the element/power of your fullbring. The buff can range from offensive, defensive, status inflicting, or healing, but the maximum cap for your abilities will be tier I at beginner, and increasing to that of tier II at average in passive form. With a rank of at least HL, your passive is increased to that of a tier III at advanced. However, this passive ability can also be momentarily traded off in order to use a stronger supplementary form of your ability. This ability will be capped at tier II at beginner and increasing to that of a tier IV at average. At advanced with a rank of at least HL, it may increase to that of a tier V, and to a tier VI at mastered. Duration's are graded case by case. Afterwards it will then suffer a one to four post cool down before you can either reactivate your passive or use the supplementary form again.
[b]Name[/b]: Demonic Impact [b]Class[/b]: Release [b]Tier[/b]: III [b]Type[/b]: Defensive [b]Range[/b]: Personal [b]Description[/b]: The body is a sturdy thing, resilient and powerful when it needs to be. While in his Fullbring Release Gage's body becomes harder, sturdier and more resistant to damage whenever struck. Gages body gains the defensive properties of a Tier III defense tech until he is no longer able to either sustain this technique or willingly deactivates it. This resistance to injury is calculated before his Spiritual Potency, damage counting as if it had to pass through a shell to do any damage. While this technique is active Gages skin fades slightly to black, growing darker with his mastery, currently only at a deep grey. This ability has a duration of seven posts where at the end of its duration it demands another payment of Tier III strength or it fades away.
[b]CLAD[/b]: Hellfire Candle 'Gōka taimatsu' [b]Class[/b]: Release CLAD [b]Tier[/b]: I [b]Type[/b]: Offensive [b]Range[/b]: 100m [b]Description[/b]: Demonic in nature Gages release alters his Reiatsu, turning it more primal and demonic to the naked eye of any observer. While in his release anytime that his Reiatsu comes into contact with anything else beyond his everyday aura it deals an additional Tier I damage in what ever form of the attack was. Due to its volatile nature this ability is unable to differentiate between enemies or allies so if he attempts to touch an ally while in his release this energy, which appears like a red aura on his body and on his Reiatsu, damages them in the same way that it would an enemy. While in this state Gage gets one 'Hellfire Stack' for either using or coming under the effect of a Tier III-IV ability, two for a Tier V, Three for a Tier VI, and Five for a Tier VII. He can have no more than one 'Hellfire Stack' at a time per mastery level in his FullBring. These stacks are visible by every 'Hellfire Stack' he has removes a ring from the circular tattoo on his back and chest. The moment he would get another stack he instead is forced to activate Hellfire Inferno ''Gōka Moeru Jigoku'.
[b]CLAD[/b]: Hellfire Inferno 'Gōka Moeru Jigoku' [b]Class[/b]: Release CLAD [b]Tier[/b]: II [b]Type[/b]: Offensive [b]Range[/b]: 100m [b]Description[/b]: Rage incarnate, with the activation of this technique Gage has a tendency to lose himself in his hollow origins and become aggressive, attacking his enemies like a monster. This ability is entered when he no longer has any sealing rings around the main seal on his chest and he receives another 'Hellfire Stack' or if he chooses to enter it prematurely. When this ability activates his entire body is coated in red energy making all details on him in perceivable and making him seem like a being made of pure energy. One noticeable detail though is that the center of his right hand has a hole straight through, a white bone jaw around the hole with sharp teeth lining it. While in this state he gets a Passive Tier II additional damage to anything that his reiatsu touches under foot, by hand or through attacks. This ability lasts for one post per Hellfire stack that he has. After this ability is completed it enters a cooldown of one post before either Hellfire Inferno 'Gōka Moeru Jigoku' or Hellfire Candle 'Gōka taimatsu' can be reactivated
