Description: By tugging on the soul of light, the user can manipulate how their eyes intercept and perceive it. This allows the user to split "white light", like that which is emitted by the sun and artificial light sources, into colors much like splitting light with a prism. This ability is the crux of those with the ability to "Paint" as it allows them to see the colors utilized by that fighting style without keeping a physical variant of that color with them (like a sheet of colored paper).

gonna have to echo my fellow mod's previous statement here, im not exactly sure what this does (before you tell me in your reply just add it into the technique first) cos from what im reading it doesnt look like you're doing anything.
