Name: 6.67408 x 10-11 Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Offensive Range: 50m Description: Loretka increases the value of Newton's Gravitational Constant for everything within the radius of this technique to incredibly high levels. This results in all things within the radius of this technique experiencing self-collapse. It can lead to organ damage, broken bones, hemorrhaging and high blood pressure at a person's centre of mass, causing them to lose feeling in their limbs as blood is drawn to their core. It can also do large damage if opponents and objects are near one another, as the increased gravity between them can cause them to be bombarded by incoming objects.
Name: Gravitational Lorentz Boosts/Thomas Precession Class: Soul Release Tier: IV Type: Defensive/Binding Range: 50m Description: The speed of objects depends on the strength of gravity where the observers watch them. Thus, observers in dense gravitational fields perceive objects as moving slower, while observers in free space, away from strong gravity see them going at their "proper" speed. Using this technique, Lori increases the strength of gravity at her own location, making all attacks slower to her, while her opponents still see them going their "proper" speed.
This slows bala speed techniques to cero speed, half bala speed techniques to half cero speed, and cero speed techniques to walking pace. This affects Loretka's techniques as well; however in general it only affects techniques of equal or fewer advantages. Furthermore, this technique being active stops observers from changing from one reference frame to another rapidly, the result being that all stepping, even Loretka's is completely stopped, unless opponents have 4 or more advantages over Loretka. This technique has maximum standard duration and associated cooldown for its tier.
Name: Red Blast Class: Reishi Techniques Tier: I Type: Offensive Range: 50m Description: Creates a brightly coloured blast of reishi that can be launched at bala speed.

Gravitational Time Dilation - Any technique that slows down other techniques is considered defensive and functions the same as if you were blocking the technique, meaning only abilities you beat in advantages will be slowed. Also there is no standard duration for certain tiers, so please specify.

I would argue that slowing my own techniques too though makes it supplementary, as opposed to defensive.
If you're making me make it trigger a defensive CD then I might as well just make it a tier IV defensive tech so this ruling makes a technique to slow down the speed of other techs completely pointless. A defense is supposed to help you take damage, whereas the point of this technique is to change the flow of combat? I would argue it is similar to a buff in that regard. I'm not trying to defend from attacks I'm trying to alter their pace. If it hits me it still does full damage.
As this ruling isn't written anywhere in the systems afaik I would implore staff to please reconsider this because it is one of the few instances where a ruling by staff is detrimental to the creativity of players.
I can understand requiring me to have advantage over techniques for my tech to work on them (since an actual defensive tech is not such a dichotomy due to buffering) but locking me into the wrong cooldown type just makes the tech pointless.

The problem here is that within the combat system on the site, slowing down an ability is essentially akin to negation in a normal fight ("normal fight" assumes equal ranks, masteries, etc...). Cero speed on its own is quite slow, especially when stepping is involved, so lowering it beyond that makes its hardly worth considering, and doing similar things to low tier techs basically removes one of their few benefits which is speed. And negating or otherwise defending against another ability, even through directly manipulating an aspect of it as you are, is Defensive. Supplementary techs are techs that buff or debuff yourself and others, but debuffing a tech is considered defensive.

But the technique actually stops stepping, deliberately to not make it completely easy to dodge things. Ceros and even cero/2 are quite fast when you can't do High Speed Movement.
Like you are literally making this entire tech completely pointless because of a stupid arbitrary mechanics decision.

I cannot in good nature approve of this, there are simply too many techniques here, the standard being five some of your techs are kinda redundant (red blast blue blast) so why not make it a blast that you can alternate color from, the same with white barrier and black barrier.

Literally because I can only have tier I techniques, and tier I's are incredibly limited in their complexity. I'm only submitting them so that I can upgrade my fucking mastery lawl but I guess I'll just put them in a separate thread even tho it's more work for you. *shrug*

Gravitational Time Dilation ~ its been brought to our attention that this technique bear a strong if not identical resemblance to Barragarn Louisenbairn's Senescenscia and as such is now denied on those grounds.

Brought to your attention by a numbskull, clearly.
Changed it; it's now to do with Lorentz Boosts. Let's see someone edit this into the Wiki!
