Can custom stepping techs produce no light or sound despite the tech guide stating they can't? Staff's answer required.

if there's a special perk for it, I don't think you can get away with making a no light/sound stepping tech when you're not spec'd stepping.

if there's a special perk for it, I don't think you can get away with making a no light/sound stepping tech when you're not spec'd stepping. This means. Yes, you can make such a tech for a character if your character is specced stepping. |
