Exactly what it says in the title.This character was made relying heavily on another player for her character arc, but after said player poofed I can't really do the character arc I had planned for her, so I might need to significantly rejigger her.

You can change it, but you won't be granted the 100 pp you would've wanted on creation if you didn't get it for the first history.
Besides that, just make a post in the profile modification thread with the history.
