somethings just fade away Jinza stepped lightly through the Hospital, stopping here and there to visit the patients who were well enough to have visitors. It wasn't something that Jinza did as a habit, only doing so when he felt the mood for it and whenever he came to pay the 4th Division's Captain a visit. The reward of seeing some of their smiles or hear their praise at how 'cute' or 'young' he was, it was enough for him and although he would most likely have spent his time elsewhere, teasing his own Captain, this was a time where he wanted to pay respects to the one healing those injured and ill. The only trouble was finding Unohana, the boy did come here before but his visits were always scarce and far in between, not that he didn't get injured but it was never enough to warrant a stay in the hospital.
Sifting through the hallways, Jinza lightly tugged on the sleeves of 4th Squad Members, asking for the current whereabouts of their Captain - while he didn't find many who knew her exact location, he did come across one or two which gave him decent directions and most likely locations to find her. It was as if the boy was playing some variant of hide and seek with the woman but ultimately he'd come to reach her in his line of sight and would speak up with excitement laced in his voice, holding his zanpakutou against his body instead of on his back as it usually was. "Miss Unohana, Miss Unohana~!" Jin called out, quickly stepping his way down the hall with impressive grace in his speed. He'd stop a few feet from her and would take a slow breath to calm himself down, not wanting to overwhelm the Captain or make her believe this was anything serious.
"Apologies for my excited behavior, I had a hard time finding you throughout the building, I may or may not have gotten lost once... twice... okay, maybe three times, but the second time totally wasn't my fault." He would pout, as childish as ever in pinning the blame for his own actions on something or someone else. "I came to visit you, I hope my timing is not at a bad moment?"

RETSU UNOHANA, The matriarch of the Fourth Division (and perhaps even that of Seireitei itself) was busy spending her time looking over folders of new potentials to her squadron. Everything from transfer requests to recent graduates had flooded her desk with quite a stack of paperwork. While she was not sure as to how the approval process went towards members of the other twelve divisions, she was very thorough with her evaluation and literally read every ounce of information she was given. After all, she did not want to accept anyone who dared to interfere with the critical care required of treating the injured. A loss of one’s life due to improper actions was not something she tolerated by any definition of the word.
Her concentration was soon broken as a child-like shinigami entered her office and darted towards her with great speed. Fitting of his youthful appearance, his expressions were energetic and quite over the top. Perhaps he had consumed far too much sugary treats before seeking her out? If anything, she was grateful that it wasn’t to Yachiru levels. Peering up from behind a small pair of reading glasses, Unohana would gradually taken them off and lay them neatly in front of her. Though she truly wished to finish sorting everyone and everything, the boy had seemingly gone through quite a deal of trouble in order to find her. “I could use a brief break from my paperwork,” hummed the woman as she looked him over with kind eyes before her lips shifted into her usual smile.
“Well my dear, to what do I owe the pleasure? I do not believe I have seen you within my barracks before. I am assuming you are of another Division?” questioned the woman as she waved a hand before her as she offered him a seat in front of her desk. Fitting of her polite nature, she herself rose up only to go fetch a kettle of hot water, some cups, and an assortment of various herbs to concoct a nice soothing medicinal tea for the both of them to enjoy. Serving her guest first before she did herself, she would wait for him to take a sip before doing so herself. Oh how she loved the minty-like quality they held. Oh it was just so refreshing! Especially after a mentally tiring day such as today.

somethings just fade away There was a time and a place for everything to happen and thankfully for the boy, he had not intruded on a time where Unohana could not be interrupted. The boy simply nodded his head in acceptance of a seat being offered to him and went over to it. Lowering himself down the young small framed Shinigami began to let his eyes wander around him at the particular office of the Captain. It felt warm and there was this presence about it that made him feel safe, as though nothing in the world could enter these walls to hurt him. A sigh was given from this comforting thought but his relaxation was all too soon cut off when an inquiry was broached by the Captain herself. Why had he come to her?
"I came here to ask you a few questions that I've always wondered about your division and more importantly, yourself. I understand that your time must be rather taken with duties throughout the day but I would be grateful if you could help me understand a bit more about this place and the people you are in control over." He was about to begin when he spotted the cup of tea being offered to him and had almost forgotten to answer her own question, a misstep on his part. "I'm from the 10th Division, Ma'am. My name is Jinza Kuzuryuu.. I only became a part of that Division recently and I'm still learning more about myself and what.. well, what I'm capable of doing and if I'll make an impact in our world." He brought the cup of tea to his lips, sipping from it so that the other woman could do so with her own.
"I suppose the first question I have is, as Captain of this Division, have you ever had any regrets? Whether it be something you've done in the past or haven't done yet. I'd like to know if you've any and if you'd be willing to share such knowledge with me. I'm a curious person, so forgive me if I ask anything too personal." His lips curled into a soft but refined smile, his body looked as though anyone could snap it with a strong enough force with little effort yet the speed he showed granted there was more to this boy than met the eye. He seemed eager but patient, not rushing Unohana to speak before she was ready and had kept his soft hues on her own gaze from the very start of his question to even after it's end. "Regardless of how you answer, I'm grateful and honored to even be able to speak with you like this."
