Reason: If the above improvement goes through, it should take my current Tech point total 53, the requirement for mastered reishi techniques is 49 so that should be grounds for the improvement.
N.B Once this is approved I'd like the lower half of my profile code to be PM'd to me so I can make the relevant modifications, since I'm adding a new vessel I'd like to rearrange the techs to accommodate which mods belong to which vessel.
