Rei Control it was impossible to tell what you were even training from the thread. Weapon skill, H2H had literally no combat or fighting. Philosophical/theoretical lessons can form part of training for those masteries but the jump from Adv to mastered requires at least some form of practical work. In general there is just not enough here to make such a big/difficult jump. Remember that to buy this on points you'd need 30 posts per mastery and I know quality is more important than quantity but I think the point still stands that it can't be that easy. This is why I won't give you stepping, because there just really isn't enough there to justify such a big improv. You can use this thread in conjunction with a couple others maybe, in order to get the masteries.

In general, too, I'm not really sure if your framing device is 100% legitimate for training. At least in the past we've been quite strict about Shinigami being the only people who can have like "inner worlds" or basically some "other place" where they are able to do any training. I would advise to not use such a framing device in the future.
