WANTED: Friends. Preferably Naruki High students who are in Nori's small ring of friends or people that work well with a silent "voice of reason" type of character. This also includes associates who may or may not be part of the shadow organization Noriyuki is in as Agent 74. Maybe they're work associates who know each other solely through those interactions, or maybe they're both!
WANTED: Enemies. Shinigami are pretty much a shoe-in, but negative character relationships are always fun to toy around with. Especially considering Noriyuki's taunting and teasing nature when he's acting as Agent 74.
WANTED: Romance, but this would take a great deal of build up. I want Noriyuki to develop further due to the friends he has and a love interest would also be able to cause his personality to come out of the almost dull attitude he has. Eventually I want Noriyuki to evolve far enough that he turns his back on the shadow organization and the Quincy in general, but that's going to take a very long time and a hell of a lot of plotting.
WANTED: Drama and lots of it. I'm the kind of roleplayer who likes making their character(s) suffer just because I like toying around with literally every single aspect and feature of a character's personality. I like to get inside their head and see what makes them tick and drama is the best kind of genre to do so.
WANTED: Comedy. What's drama without it's counterpart? Light hearted plots involving comical situations and maybe even some tsukkomi/boke (straight man/funny man) dynamics to sprinkle in there. No sense in having everything be morbid and depressing when you can add a bit of light-heartedness to it all. I'm rambling aren't I?
WANTED: Hero types, because Noriyuki can play the part of a villain when he's acting as Agent 74. Do you need a villain for any plots you might have in mind? Very few people seem to enjoy playing villainous characters or putting themselves in that situation, preferring a PvE environment to a PvP environment, but I enjoy playing villains and every plot needs a good villain to get the ball rolling.

You know that loud, boisterous character that always has the spotlight? The hot blooded shounen-type whose life is the centerpiece of a material, with their friends revolving around them?

In fact, it wouldn't be farfetched to say you might miss him entirely. A taciturn individual who is calm most of the time, Noriyuki prefers to keep to his own business and the small ring of friends he has amassed during his time in Naruki High School. During the times he does go and open his mouth, he is usually saying something that's either sarcastic, teasing, or insightful. "Live and let live" is a personal philosophy of his, which is surprising given the kind of stimuli he's surrounded himself with. He considers the feuding between the Quincy and Shinigami far into the past. It doesn't concern him...
...That is, of course, until he's acting as "Agent 74."
Hiding his face behind a mask, this unknown Quincy has gained the ire of the Soul Society due to his frequent assassinations of Shinigami of the Tenth Division patrolling Naruki City. While under this guise Noriyuki can best be described as an arrogant, confident "trickster.
Noriyuki's personality is closer to how he really feels/is, and his personality while acting as Agent 74 is how he has been trained to be by the Fujiwara Clan and the shadowy organization they have been members of for generations.
ADDED NOTE: It doesn't matter whether your character is in KKT or Naruki City or maybe even somewhere else in the world, but I'd prefer Naruki City people. It's nbd if you're not, it just involves less bullshitting if you're already in Naruki City.
