Kiku is an odd fellow. For being of a race that is hunted by Shinigami, he really doesn't care that much. He spends most of his time living as a normal person, except at night when he's off patrolling what he would consider his section of Naruki city. At this time is when he feels. Alexander Kingsford
One of the few Shinigami that Kiku deals with. On multiple occasions has attempted to purchase all of Kiku's research on whatever he was working on at the time, claiming it was for the good of the land to make humans more advance. Obviously, Kiku turned him down at each turn. They have stayed friends since they met each other during the civil war when Alex confronted him after witnessing Kiku savagely rip a hollow apart and consume him. Him and Kiku over the years has developed a friendship that many are confused by, but regardless is there.[attr=class,ship]
