I'll get straight to the point, I want to take over Yume's plot. Here's what happened and what I plan to do to make up for the time this plot was left alone with Yume's departure. So after the Dangai Spirits attacked, they've pretty much been repelled and everyone involved is pretty much just cleaning up after themselves and whatever. Phase one done. My phase two for the plot, if given the chance to DM, is to first gather all the participants (as Urahara) and have them concentrate all their efforts in a special post attack thread where I'll be implementing an experimental system I'm thinking of to use in the site's possible bounty system, if ever. It'll work like this:
BOSS RUSH SYSTEM
Ex. - Dangai Spirit General A has 100,000 HP and is required to be engaged in the special thread in order to proceed. - Participants post in the thread fighting the general, with every post constituting 1000 HP worth of damage per valid 200-word post, with additional 500 HP damage per additional 50-words. - Thread ends when Dangai Spirit General A's HP is reduced to 0. - Certain conditions shall be set and shall have to be followed, where failure to do so results in penalties. - Liquid posting style without order so things can get done faster. At most, there'll be a post order with a post time limit so that nobody'll have to wait weeks for just one reply so the thread can move on. In any case, I want the second plot to be "last" one that is mandatory, meaning, if people don't want to invalidate their stuff, they'll have to participate in it. After that, I'm gonna have the third and true last part as an optional one so those people who've been sick of this site wide can just leave and avail of their prizes. The real finale is just for those hardasses who wanna see this through and earn some additional things on top of the things they already can get by the end of Phase Two.

The only huge issue I have with this is site plots in general should and will adhere to the normal system rules. That being said this completely makes the Tier System mean nothing as any attack essentially would do the same "damage". I like the idea in general for self run side plots and things where all agree on this method. However we are trying to maintain that all driven site plots/events/trials need to adhere to the site systems.
That being said, I'll have to talk to everyone else in case I'm missing something, but I could see you just continuing this as an off shoot plot for people from our main plot which is coming to the an end. You won't be able to award points or prizes like in a normal site event but it would allow you to use that same concepts and ideas from the main story event. Like I said though please post your feedback on this, but I would have to get with the rest of staff to make sure all that sits well with everyone and I have not missed anything or overlooked some ideas about it all.

What if I assign HP damage to tiered attacks in adddition to the base post damage? So what'll happen is like 1000 HP damage per post, plus tiered damage like maybe
Tier 1 - 300 Tier 2 - 500 Tier 3 - 800 Tier 4 - 1000 Tier 5 - 2000 Tier 6 - 3000 Tier 7 - 5000
That said, the enemy's HP would skyrocket to maybe 10,000,000 or something to compensate for the monster spamming for techs.

I don't think we need entire new systems implemented for individual plots. Also this is site wide event plot meaning only mods are able to control/run it. If a regular member takes over then we lose the special rewards that come from a site plot, which is why most people signed up in the first place. There should be no issue with the mods moving the plot forward without Yume.
