So in the manga, shinigami have their bounty system in place for when they kill hollows deemed sufficiently dangerous enough to warrant a bounty. Due to this, I'm thinking that the staff should MAYBE create a bounty system as a means to expedite PP farming or for some other shit, like maybe get special bounty points to trade in for items, perks and whatever else, just like what Rukia did in the series when she traded in her points for soul candy. I don't know if it's just me thinking that it's a good idea to do this, so I want to hear what you guys think of it first before I send my ideas and suggestions in a PM to the mods so they can mull it over.
By the way, contrary positions are also welcomed. Don't be afraid to be brutally honest and let it out cuz I really want to hear what you think about it.

This actually was discussed I believed and strongly brought up by Seran on the old site. It is still a potential, but with all the staff changes and everything it has kind of come to a halt. Hopefully though after this staff application it can be revisited and assessed again and hopefully implemented. Thanks for bringing back into mind again though!

Yeah I did bring it up, but from what I read this idea is different and involves shinigami OCs hunting NPCs for plot points, basically less boring training. My bounty system was meant to be used on OCs, basically making it actually mean something to be a rogue, vizards, hollow etc...

It doesn't exactly have to be limited to shinigami though. I'm thinking of a system in place for all races to make use of as a replacement to the now defunct mystery box system.

Might be a newbie here. But I do have my own suggestion to add.
Similar to a site I used to be on. It would involve someone posting a bounty of an NPC of one of the many races. Be they human or arrancar. And the bounty can be taken up by either a group of people or one person on their own.
The person that posted the initial bounty then either starts a series of topics that involve the investigation of the bounty target either for research or tracking. Or a topic where the target is confronted immediately.
I would also advise a maximum and minimum strength requirement be implemented for the bounties in order to avoid a situation where a high level character would target easy bounties for quick points. Or use some other system in place to avoid such a scenario.

Or use some other system in place to avoid such a scenario. In the original submission, it was suggested that the Bounty system was opt-in. A hollow was only at risk for that situation if, ooc, they were ok with it. In exchange for the heightened risk, they gained additional bonus points as well. Making it optional should stop a fair bit of the potential abuse (otherwise people might be less interested in making hollows/arrancar, since they'd just be ganged up on). Kinda like the idea of a max/min strength in addition though.

With how easily distributed plot points are these days, if something like this were to be implemented, it would not end up awarding them.

It doesn't have to be PP though, like, it could be account points or bounty points or whatever. What I had in mind is sort of like a post-rush mission system that rewards you with a fixed bounty upon completion under certain conditions, like post 10 times within a day, or reduce the enemy's HP to 0 with every post amounting to a set damage threshold or something like that. I'll show you what I mean.
