Shinigamification
Eligibility: Illegal Method; For a person to be eligible for Shinigamification, a human must find himself a willing participant of the Shinigami status willing and ready to share their power. a simple stab to the heart is all it takes and will invoke Shinigamification.
Requirements: Shinigami of at least ML-A to share power. (NPC'd by [insert MOD here])
Guide Reference: They can be NPCd by staff instead of a PC, but either method requires grading in the improvement area before the Human becomes a Sub-Shinigami. In addition, if the same Shinigami decides to be generous again and stab another human, the amount of ranks they lose will increase by 1, leaving them 3 ranks lower than they were before. Next time it will be 4 ranks, and so on. The new Substitute Shinigami along with the Shinigami who gave away his power will be hunted down by the Soul Society. (Bring it on bitches)

Additional Info: Most improvements, discussions and so forth have (hopefully) been reviewed in accordance to all guides (trial guide, race guide, death guide, mastery/rank guide(s), etc.). Further discussions on the Shinigamification improvement can be provided, though tbh, I'm winging exactly what I should be writing here since I don't think I've technically seen an actual template for this. Hopefully, I've provided enough plot, guide-references and requirements for it to go through...

Hollowfication
Requirements: Must be a Shinigami or Illegal Substitute Shinigami, Minimum Rank: ML-A (AL)
Thread Requirements: [None; using a box to skip the trial]
IC Thread: It all goes down in this thread here... Contrary to what I've been babbling about for the past few months, I'm actually going to use the box to have Ceira WIN her Vizard trial x___x
Box/Points Used: Free Unlockable Mastery box (Doesn't require a Trial)
Outcome: Win Scenario; skipping the Vizard trial after Shinigamification to immediately jump shark and join the only other Substitute Shinigami Vizard person.

Masteries Carried Over: Reiryoku Techniques = Reiryoku Techniques / Hollow Techniques, Mask Control = Beginner, Cero/Bala = Beginner

Guide Statement: In essence, this is a trial taken by your character in order to earn your Vizard status. You must be a Shinigami or Illegal Substitute Shinigami and a minimum rank of [ML-A], but those are the only requirements. To look for details on this trial, refer to the [Trial Guide]. When becoming a Vizard, one does not lose special perks (Healing mastery for 4th Division, Item Creation mastery for 12th Division, or Kido advantages for Kidō Corp), though they may find it difficult to utilize or improve upon these perks due to lack of resources. Your Reiryoku Techniques Mastery becomes the Hollow Technique Mastery, and you will automatically acquire the Mask Control Mastery at Beginner level. You will automatically acquire the Cero/Bala Mastery at Beginner, with both the Cero and Bala techniques.

Reason: Substitute Shinigami status alone I think would grant her access; the above power-purchase/box spending spree should well easily topple her over into that field
