This is sort of a grey area for me and I was wondering if I could get it cleared up.
If using a weapon that is commonly used in martial arts (bow staff, katars eg) does it use the Hand to Hand mastery, or the Weapon Mastery?
If it uses the Hand to Hand mastery, does it need to be a specific weapon with a specific martial art tech?
