Mystery Box Prize Lottery

There are a lot of Mystery Box prizes left which belong to inactive members, and since the old list is going to be wiped by September, I just thought that it would probably be better if these prizes were to be given off to people who would actually use them rather than just have them be erased. I was thinking of having a lottery-esque mini-game like Gashapon where people would spend 10PP to get a chance to roll for a prize, and whatever number he or she gets, the corresponding prize will automatically belong to him or her; and if that prize is taken, the next available prize will be given instead. I think that having it would benefit the site in that: (1) it would increase posting and activity since it requires 10PP -- the equivalent of one post -- to participate; and (2) it would allow people to actually benefit from these unused prizes instead of just letting them rot away. What do you guys think?
