"The weak fall, but the strong will remain and never go under!"
The day had come and passed, but not easily, all that had been on Kasumi’s mind today was her eventual meeting with Asuka, the mystery girl whom she had barely bested at the gym the day prior. The day had seemed though to drag on as it typically does whenever something exciting or anticipated is to occur later on. Kasumi tried her hardest now to remember the directions that were given to her, albeit very quickly, by Asuka.
Kasumi had decided it would be a good distant to take a nice jog to Asuka’s place, she hadn’t been able to focus to do much other training today, so this would have to suffice. She wore a pair of black shorts, and a form fitting crimson red colored shirt. Her feet hit the pavement one after another as she jogged down the main street of the town, finally coming down to the big supermarket on the corn of the street. Kasumi turned continuing onward, the sweat starting to form on her forehead as she ran harder, her heart pounding both from the excitement of the meeting and the physical endurance she was going through. One street….check….here comes the second, it was a left, right?
Kasumi questioned herself finally turning left at the last moment down the second street, stopping after that realizing that she didn’t know where to go after that, Asuka had given her no further directions and there was at least a few potential buildings on this street that could be her house.
“Damn it….” Kasumi said in frustration as she got out her phone looking down at the screen, it appeared to be 8:45, she would have been right on time if she knew what house was Asuka’s.
Kasumi, looked at the contact displayed on her phone, Queen. Kasumi had not changed it, most likely wouldn’t unless a better nickname came along for Asuka. She sighed, dialed the number and placed the phone up to her ear waiting for the girl to pick up the call.
If Asuka were to pick up Kasumi would respond with the following, “Hey Ms. Queen…I followed your directions, but they weren’t too detailed. You want to help me out here come and get me? Unless you’re going to bail on me that is.”
It was almost about time. A quiet and warm noon. Asuka haven't gone out of her house for like, the last several hours. She cooked, prepared stuff and obviously, cleaned the house. Well, that was something she was doing almost every day, but never is enough. The only time she went out today was at the morning, to go buy any igredients she needed. For the past hours, she prepared, hell knows how many plates for tonight's dinner. Well, she couldn't help it. If Asuka started cooking, she goes into some kind of trance and wouldn't stop. That's how she is. And especially when she has guests, her Hospitality hits red levels.
The kitchen was quite a mess. You could see her freaking out, as she had only half an hour to clean and make the final preparations. And that was when her phone rang. Asuka literally threw everything in the sink and ran to her phone. "Yes, hello?", she replied to the phone. A smirk crooked on her face as she heard the so familiar voice of Kasumi. "My directions are just fine, your head is not too detailed girl". She sighed. "I am coming down to get you", she said and hanged up the phone.
Wearing her shoes, she grabbed her keys and head downstairs. She went out at the street and looked around. If she wouldn't see Kasumi there, she would wait at the center of the street looking around.
If she meet with Kasumi though, she would sigh and tell her how silly she is, before giving her a welcoming hug. On the note, Asuka was wearing a red, casual T-shirt and a pair of jeans. "Follow me", she would say at Kasumi, gesturing toward the stairs, which was leading to her little, cozy apartment.

"The weak fall, but the strong will remain and never go under!"
“Yeah you’re directions are great…so much so that I’m not unsure of where you live, good job.” Kasumi said sarcastically back to Asuka before she hung up to come and find her amongst the street below.
Kasumi finally spotted Asuka as she headed towards her and accepted her hug gratefully, despite them just yelling and starting things between each other already, Kasumi couldn’t help but admit to herself she was glad to see Asuka.
“So it looks like we both decided on red today? Geniuses think alike I guess.” Kasumi said with a smile as she looked at Asuka. She paused for a moment before following Asuka, watching her and looking at the surroundings, it was a nice area, nothing too extravagant, but certainly by no means “the dumps.”
Soon after she followed Asuka happily, something about her although she remained her sassy self, made her feel at ease to a degree with her. It made her feel happy, actually extremely happy, maybe it was the sheer fact that she was similar to Kasumi, she had finally found someone like herself that she could talk to, having someone to talk to certainly did sound like an amazing thing.
“Now let’s see this place you call an apartment! Not to mention see what you decided to cook me!” Kasumi said with a laugh as she followed along behind Asuka.
Asuka said smiling, as she winked at Kasumi. She eyed her up and down. She was casually dressed as well. She could have been a little better though, all sweaty and stuff from her jog. But, Asuka decided to not mention that. Though, she couldn't decide the fact that in a mere second, several mean things popped up in her mind to shoot at Kasumi. She entered the main door and took her shoes off, placing them next to the stairs.
"My apartment is awesome and my food even more awesome, please", Asuka said with a confident voice, as she walked upstairs and in front of her door. She took out her keys and unlocked, opening the door and letting Kasumi step inside first. There, you could see a pretty smal, but cozy apartment. It wasn't big at all. It could barely fit a bed with orange sheets, a drawer and a small table with four cushions. Above the bed was a window, while above the drawer you could see a couple of shelves. The first one had several picture frames, displaying Asuka at a younger age with some friends and an old woman. On the second shelf, you could see indeed a trophy from World's women Boxing tournament, as well as a couple more, smaller, from Kids' tournaments. In between, on the left side as you enter the room, there was the bathroom room, while on the other was a bar, separating the main room from the kitchen.
The table was already setted up, with plates and chopsticks. Also a pair of knife and fork. if Kasumi would look toward the kitchen, she would see several plates and bowls, covered up on the bar.
"So this is my little apartment, hope you like it. Well, even if you do not like it, I don't really care, hehe. Do make yourself at home though!", she said with a grin, followed up with a smile, as she stepped inside as well, closing the door behind.

"The weak fall, but the strong will remain and never go under!"
Kasumi laughed slightly at Asuka’s comment as she continued to follow her up the stairs to the door of her apartment. Kasumi, like any good guest followed in suit taking her shoes off as Asuka did, continuing up into the apartment of the humble host, well humble may have been a stretch, but certainly she was at least a decent host.
Upon entering the home Kasumi immediately began to do a scan, wanting to see if this apartment was truly as awesome as Asuka claimed it to be. It wasn’t big that was the first obvious conclusion would come to, it barely had enough room for most of the essentials needed, bed, drawer tables, etc. However it was certainly homey, it was well kept and seemed to give off a rather calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Kasumi noticed the trophies on the shelf, most likely achievements Asuka had accrued throughout her life, and she made a mental note to check them out at a later time. To her left she saw the bathroom, and kitchen and bar nearby as well.
“It’s very nice. Not the biggest by far, but certainly good enough for myself and clearly you as well. You keep a very clean and organized place too.” Kasumi said with a slight smile, however a sudden self conscienous panic struck her as she looked down at herself, covered in a bit of sweat from her run.
“If you don’t mind though I think I’m going to head to the bathroom before we eat.” Kasumi said quickly as she headed that way closing the door after her when she entered.
Come on Kasumi….really? You’re going to show up to someone’s place like this? You barely know them and you’re already looking like a slob….but why should I even care.
Kasumi sat down on the toilet as she contemplated this endeavor briefly, she hadn’t even had to go to the bathroom, rather she was more embarrassed than anything and she could feel her cheeks getting redder as the time went on. Come on….get it together girl….You can do this.
Kasumi stood up, flushing the toilet for effect, then walking over to the sink placing both hands on either side of it, simply breathing for a moment. She would turn on the water and splash some into her face, trying to both get some of the sweat off of it and take down some of the redness that had come across her cheeks. She quickly dried her face and hands, before taking one more moment to breath before exiting the bathroom. Overall she had not been in there any more than an average toilet visit, but she had beaten herself up mentally rather good, losing a lot of her confidence.
As she exited and saw Asuka again she looked down to the ground before speaking, “I’m sorry, Asuka-chan…I…I must look a mess….I’m so sorry.”
Kasumi had come to the conclusion that all she could do was admit to it and see what Asuka had to say about it, hoping it didn’t offend her greatly.
"Oh why, thank you", Asuka replied with a smile at Kasumi's statement about her apartment. It was indeed a small apartment, but given the correct decoration and care, it could be such a lovely home. It doesn't matter if its big or small, as long as you feel it YOUR home.
Asuka nodded at Kasumi when she said she needed to head to the toilet. "Do take your time, I have to finish some last bits as well", she mentioned with a smirk, before going into the kitchen when Kasumi turned her back to walk into the bathroom. She looked into the sink and sighed. It was a mess. But at least, nothing was dirty and messy other than it. Letting the water flow, Asuka wore her cleaning gloves and started rubbing on by one the plates and stuff with a sponge. She made a humming melody while doing so. It sounded like a soft and ruthmical melody, but you couldn't understand any well known songs out of it.
The bathroom's door opened while Kasumi was halfway to finish. She paused and looked at Kasumi with a smirk, which died, when she witnessed her being all gloomy and ashamed. 'What happened', she was about to say, but Kasumi was faster at replying her never stated question. She sighed and smiled at Kasumi, warmly. "Unless you were ignoring me, I said not long ago 'do make yourself at home'. I do not mind. But if you are going to be all ashamed for the rest of the night, there are fresh towels in the bathroom. You can pick some clothes from the drawer over there. The bras might be a bit larger for you, but you can manage... or not wear at all". Asuka finished her saying with a grin and a wink, before turning her attention back at the dish washing. "Oh! And do not open the last drawer, its filled with kinky underwear", she would say, and giggle.
"Might join you when I am done", she lastly said and winked, before finishing the dish washing. Well, of course she would not join in. Well, fact is she had the idea of popping into the bathroom just to freak Kasumi out, but she had more important things to do. For starters, she started uncovering a couple of bowls and plates, before moving them onto the table.

“I wasn’t ignoring you….I promise…I just felt like I was being disrespectful.” Kasumi said her gaze still down at the ground, until Asuka spoke further.
Kasumi nodded with a smile, turning her gaze back up to Asuka. “Thank you. I appreciate it. I promise I’ll be quick!”
Kasumi quickly rushed to the drawer Asuka had pointed to rummaging through the drawers quickly gathering the things she would need, shirt, jeans, bra, etc, tempted to open the bottom draw, but resisting and making her way back to the bathroom, quickly shouting, “It will be quick I promised!” before closing the door.
Kasumi turned on the water, testing it with her hand making sure it was a good temperature before starting to disrobe, finally getting in the shower she quickly began to clean herself up with a washcloth that she had grabbed before hoping in. Kasumi worked quickly, not wanting to hold up Asuka anymore then she had to, as the warm water sprayed out onto her body, it was both a relaxing and anxious feeling. Mostly only anxious based on Asuka’s last comment about interrupting her shower and joining.
After she had thoroughly convinced herself that she was clean turned the water off slowly, stepping out of the shower, drying herself off with one of the towels that were in, that Asuka had noted earlier. She picked up the clothes next looking them over before putting them on, a pair of jeans and a forest green t-shirt, looking next at the bra it looked as though Asuka was right and it would be a little too big for her, though she put it on anyhow, she would have to manage not wearing one might get Asuka a little too excited by the sounds of it before she had entered the bathroom.
After she had finished putting her clothes on, or rather Asuka, she looked in the mirror next to the sink. Surprisingly aside from the bra everything else fit relatively well, she did a quick turn or two check everything out and then she slowly opened the door, exiting out back into the apartment.
“How do I look?” asked Kasumi, as she spotted Asuka doing a quick twirl, “Probably not as good as you do in them at least.”
She paused for a moment before speaking more, “Thank you Asuka, I really appreciate you letting my borrow your clothes to wear.” She smiled, something about Asuka made Kasumi feel so many emotions, pride, embarrassment on how she came dressed, excited, she wasn’t sure why, but despite it all she wasn’t hating them all either.
Asuka placed the first dishes on the table. In an overall, she had prepared around eight dishes. She placed a big bowl at the center of the table which had the salad. It seemed like some green salad with crab and fruits, pinapple most of. Three smaller plates surrounded the salad, with appetizers on them. The one held some smoked small potatoes, cut in half, with cheese and salmon. The second held small pieces of fried chicken fillet with sesame, and the third, grilled cheese with honey (almost like saganaki).
When Kasumi came out of the shower, Asuka had already served the first dishes on the table and was in the kitchen checking some things. She knew already that Kasumi was coming out, because of the fact the water stopped flowing. She turned and looked at her, blinked twice, and started laughing. "Sorry, but it is weird seeing you in my clothes. But I have to admit, you look just fine". She smiled and gestured at Kasumi to sit down at the table. "Do not mention it. I will actually keep the clothes afterwards to sniff on them..", she said as much serious as she could, before letting a couple of seconds pass in silence and then started laughing again.
"I am such a perv, haha."
It overjoyed Asuka to have guest and take care of them, but with Kasumi it felt somewhat different. For some reason, from the moment Kasumi stepped into her house, Kasumi was so timid, or looked like it. Like she dropped all her defenses or something. Asuka liked that actually, though she wasn't sure how to approach her that way. She somewhat felt even bad for teasing her at that moment. It was weird.
She walked toward the fridge and opened it. "What would you like to drink?", she asked looking at Kasumi, before turning her attention over the fridge and scratched her chin. "I got iced tea, juice, some red wine, sake, uhm... milk, water, oil.. I doubt you would want to drink that, heh".

“Thanks!” Kasumi said with a little smile as she did one more twirl before she sat down at the table upon Asuka’s gesturing. However son after her facial expression changed from joy to a bit of a confused sentiment.
“I…ohh….”
That was all Kasumi said amongst the quite before she laughed along with Asuka. “You are indeed very pervy, you creep.” Kaumi said with a little wink. “But if you’re going to keep the clothes what am I going to wear home? My clothes that I brought? They are all sweaty. Though I’m sure being sweaty wouldn’t be a problem for you, huh?”
For some reason messing around with Asuka like this felt nature, normal, like something she should do, to most people she met though she was much more skeptical and although she wasn’t mean, she was just less friendly and especially on this kind of level.
“Hm? To drink?” Kasumi said curiously as she listened to the options, “Well I suppose the only good way to enjoy the company of friends is some wine, maybe sake? I’m not sure…what were you thinking? I'm sorry I think my thoughts are a little scattered I'm a bit distracted by all this amazing looking food!” Kasumi said with a smile as she gestured to all the food across the table.
Kasumi looked down at her clothes, she was still so surprised how well they fit, but then again Kasumi and Asuka build wise were not that far apart, well aside from their boobs it would seem, so it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise. Kasumi couldn’t help it though, it felt odd wearing someone else’s clothes, and although it wasn’t a terrible feeling by a long shot it was one that she was not accustomed to.
“You know what. Unless you have something against it, dear Asuka. I think I’ll go with some sake the more I think about it. It’s not often I indulge, and for some reason this seems like as good a time as any.” Kasumi said with a bit of a smile.
What was she doing? She herself wasn’t sure, but she was hoping at the same time maybe the sake would let her ease up some, get all these thoughts running through her mind to subside and just let her enjoy the evening, though in truth she hadn’t had sake in quite some time, not that she would admit that to anyone.
Asuka laughed. "Now that I think of it, that works better. Sweaty is sexy, after all", she replied with a grin, as she awaited for an answer about the drink. When Kasumi mentioned about wine, Asuka nodded and took the wine glass out. "That is just fine", she said with a smile. She opened the bottle, and as she was about to pour the wine into the glasses, she heard Kasumi changing her mind. Looking at her, she narrowed her eyes.
"You are just lucky I didn't waste any drop of this so expensive wine!", she said, closing the bottle and placing it back into the fridge. "I am kidding, I brought it from the supermarket", she said after a while, with a grin, as she took out the sake. Pouring it into a sake jug, she walked over the table with a couple of sake bowls. "Whatever pleases the guest", she said, smirking, as she placed the sake on the table.
Sitting down, Asuka placed the towel at the side of her plate and picked up the chopsticks. Seperating them, she held them together and looked at Kasumi. "What are you waiting for? Just dig in girl. Itatakimasu!", she said, smiling, and pretended she was about to dig into the food, but she actually awaited Kasumi to take the first bite. She was waiting for a comment about the food, anything. Well, knowing herself and being overconfident about her cooking, he did not expect some bad comments, but still. "You better like it girl, or I'll make you like it...", she finally said, giving at Kasumi that creepy yet sweet smile psychos give at their victims before killing them. Well, before grinning and giggling, that is.

“Sorry sorry I didn’t mean to be indecisive.” Kasumi said with a laugh, “I was just so distracted by all of this, the house, the food, everything I just couldn’t pick.”
Kasumi smiled as Asuka urged her to eat the plentiful food sitting in front of her, and she was more than glad to oblige. She carefully and respectfully picked up her chopsticks separating them as she looked out over the spread of food trying to decide on what she wanted to try first, surely though by the meals end she would have tried a little of everything that was offered to her. It all looked so good and Kasumi was surprised she wasn’t drooling everywhere as she looked it all over. After what was only a moment, though it felt like millennia, Kasumi picked some of the salad from the center of the table and placed it on her plate. Taking a bite of it before she even got some of the rest, her eyes lit up.
“Delicious!” she exclaimed, “Well worth the fight I had to win to get it.” Kasumi smirked, knowing that would get a little rile out of Asuka.
“I can’t wait to try the rest, but first.” Kasumi said excitedly as she carefully poured some sake for them both, “Cheers!” Kasumi said as she lifted her sake bowl into the air slightly taking a sip. It was as she remembered, not her favorite taste by far, but certainly a tolerable one that she could come to love over time.
As Kasumi put her bowl down she continued to sample from all the various food option, wooing and ahhing in delight. Everything was so delicious; she was astounded as to how good it all was and all of it made by Asuka.
“You really are a great chef! To think I thought you were just being over confident again, like your skill in the ring.” Kasumi said smirking at Asuka.
“This really is amazing, you’re amazing!” Asuka said her cheeks getting a little red as she spoke, most likely from the sake.
Kasumi stopped eating for a second, “Sorry, I’m sure I’m being very rude, just piling into this food like that. I couldn’t help myself though, I don’t think I’ve had food this good in quite some time.”
Kasumi smiled at Asuka as she spoke, unable to stop even if she tried, something about all of this relaxed her, calmed her, made her feel so much different then she normally felt, and although it was weird at first certainly it was starting to grow on her and she couldn’t deny she liked it.
Asuka smiled at Kasumi's comment. Even though she tried to tease her, she litterally ignored that and kept smiling. Praising her cooking was a priority for her. Glad and relieved now that Kasumi liked the food, Asuka picked some of the salad and placed it on her plate. "Go on ahead", she replied with a smile when Kasumi mentioned that she wants to try all the rest. She poured some sake on her bowl and rised it on the air, as a reply for Kasumi's cheering.
She decided to take the first bite herself. Her eyes slightly widen as she tasted the food. She actually surprised even herself. She did not expect it to be so good. For a brief moment, in her mind popped the idea that Kasumi's visit motivated her to overcome her skills. At Kasumi's comment, Asuka smiled brightly at her, before drinking some sake. Though, while drinking, Kasumi continued talking, and the rest of her words made her spit the sake she just had drunk. "Hey hey, now, my skills on the ring are equally great, you damn bugger!". She frowned and placed the sake bowl back on the table. She actually got furious for a moment. She so wanted at that time to push the table aside and literally jump on Kasumi, but that would not be appropriate for a guest, awkward and... Asuka slightly blushed and grabbed a bite from the food to cover it up.
"Of course I am amazing, none can deny that!", she replied with an overconfident expression. "And do not be sorry, that's why we have the food, to eat it. I do not understand you, sometimes...", she said again letting out a sigh. "And will you stop asking for forgiveness anytime soon? I want the Kasumi I know back, not that whiny kid!", she continued, waving the chopsticks on the air as she spoke.
"By the way, never had the chance to ask you, actually. What are you doing in your life? I mean, how old are you, for starters.", she said, not striking for a more casual and normal conversation, in addition with the constant tease shooting from before.

Kasumi laughed with joy as Asuka spit out the sake at her comment on her abilities in the ring. It was not by any means unexpected, certainly she would take her skills to heart, just as Kasumi did, so when Kasumi had said such a thing she expected a reaction of such magnitude from the start. However after that moment, she listened to Asuka as she spoke, telling her stop acting in a manner of forgiveness and to stop apologizing.
It was true after all Kasumi could feel it herself, the fact that she was acting different then she normally would, but it was tough for her, she felt different around Asuka. From what Asuka was saying though, she knew she had to try and return to her normal mood, to remain less apologetic at the time and become the strong person she typically was, if not for herself, for the fact that Asuka, the girl who had just cooked her a wonderful meal, had asked her to.
Kasumi nodded as Asuka finished, “Yeah sorry for me trying to be a good guest. I guess I’ll just have to be a little more vulgar in my expressions in the future.” Kasumi said with a smirk, trying to play it off in an attempt to start her trip into returning her regular attitude.
“I suppose we haven’t really discussed much on a personal level have we?” Kasumi said as she continued to eat more of the food, snacking now on the cheese with honey drizzled on it.
“Well where to start…hm…. I’m twenty years old, and right now I’m in college actually.” Kasumi said with a yawn, “but that’s boring to talk about, I would much rather being doing anything other than school work.”
“You though, what about yourself? “ Kasumi said pointing at Asuka with one of her chopstick, “I don’t know anything about you either, other than your cooking skills, fighting skills, and obviously your clothing sizes.” Kasumi said smirking.
"Now thats hell lot of better. I prefer that Kasumi way better, so I would not feel bad when I crush your ego into bits", Asuka replied at Kasumi, now seeing her be back at her normal self. She could now bombard her with any mean and evil thing that comes into her mind. But enough with that, as they would start now some normal conversation. Asuka should try be normal herself, as well, and leave her teasing self aside for the moment. Well, at least limit it.
"Indeed. Even though sometimes fists speak better than words, some things have to be said", she said casually, now, as she grabbed some more of the salad and put it into her plate. Getting a piece of crab meat with her chopsticks, she nibbled on it, while looking at Kasumi as she spoke, listening to her. "College, hm? You do not have to be bored about it, college is good. You learn stuff, you will get a decent job when you are done, everything will be easier for you. But, college, hm, you surprise me, didn't expect you to be that smart to be in college". Asuka finished her words with a grin, as she couldn't help herself but to tease Kasumi once again.
"About me, hm? Well, you already know everything that I am best with. Especially the bra size", she replied with a grin, before taking a normal face again and continue talking. "What can I say. We are pretty much the same age, finished highschool, never gone to college and I do part time jobs in my free time to make a living", she replied, waving her chopsticks on the air while talking, following the flow of her words.
At the next moment, she narrowed her eyes and pointed the chopsticks back at Kasumi. "Now, now. Do not try to avoid my interogation and start talking! I want details about your life, that is not enough!"

Kasumi smiled as Asuka assured her that she had finally returned to the same Kasumi she had first met. Smirking slightly as she responded, “You couldn’t crush my ego if you wanted to, despite how big your own might be.”
“I know.” Kasumi said calmly as she poured herself some more sake, “It’s not that I don’t respect or understand the benefits of college, I do. It’s just overall it has got such a boring and monotonous tone to it. You know? Day in day out, go to class, take notes so on and so forth. I know in the long run it will help me, it’s just more of a feeling of the current time I have to go through to get there if that makes any sense at all.” Kasumi laughed before sipping some more sake, from her second helping already, washing it down with some of the potatoes sitting in front of her.
“You’re one to talk about not speaking a lot. You barely told me anything outside of what I already knew! Now all I know is you have huge breasts and a part time job. So insightful…” Kasumi said sarcastically.
“I suppose I could oblige you further on my life, but that wouldn’t be any fun would it? Don’t you like me being your mysterious little friend?” Kasumi said with a wink, her cheeks turning a little red from the continued sake drinking as she took another sip.
“Or would you just rather I lay it all on the line and tell you everything there is to tell?”
Kasumi watched Asuka as she waited for a response, the two of them made a good pair Kasumi couldn’t help but notice that. They could take the insults from one another and dish them back, they both had similar interests, and they both enjoyed one another’s company, or at least Kasumi had hoped Asuka felt that same on that front about them both. Although it had only been two days the girls had spent together Kasumi couldn’t help but feel as though the two had created a strong bond already and hopefully it would only gather strength the more time they spent with one another.
Asuka shrugged. "Well, I know the feeling, but I don't know how boring it could be in the College, you know...", she said with a quiet tone, seem like she was in thoughts. "But, well, choises. I don't feel bad, actually. I didn't enter college because I wanted to become a trainer and champion. But I guess that did not go as planned...", she said again with a sigh, looking down at her plate. After a moment, she shook her head, smiled at Kasumi and nibbled on a potato piece.
"Aww, come on. They are not that huge. I mean they are pretty and round but not that huge", Asuka replied with a smirk, as she squished her breasts slightly. She giggled and turned back to being normal, before continueing. "Well, I am all ears. You can ask me anything you want. Let's say I am an open book tonight". Asuka finished her words with a smile, before drinking some of her sake.
Mysterious little friend or tell everything? Hm, that was intriquing for Asuka, it was a fact. She rubbed her chin, like she was in thoughts. She remained quiet for a while, trying to decide. Staying a mysterious little friend would be fun, indeed, but that would be it. Just a friend. Asuka had the feeling that she wanted more than just be casual friends with Kasumi. She could already feel a breater bond than just that. It has been a while since Asuka had a best friend, someone that she could call a sis, like the old days. Her face because somewhat gloomy as she remembered of the old days. All of her close friends shattered around the world. She kept in touch with some of them via the internet, but others were lost. She sighed. She realised that all this time she was playing with her food, staring blankly at it. She blinked a couple of times, before shaking her head again to wipe the thoughts away and looking back at Asuka. She smiled, brightly. A smile totally different from all the casual and teasing ones Kasumi received until now. It was warm and welcoming.
"I don't want a mysterious little friend. I need something greater in my life. And you are a candidate with potential for that spot."

“Just because something hasn’t happened yet certainly doesn’t mean it isn’t going to Asuka. Besides where is that drive of yours? You can’t give up on dreams like that so easily, you’re starting to sound like me earlier.” Kasumi said with a smile as she looked at Asuka’s slightly saddened demeanor.
“Not that huge?!?” Kasumi chimed in again, “Look at those things they’re like watermelons! Don’t give me that bull about them not being that big. Besides you should be damn proud of them, not all of us can be as lucky.” Kasumi said with a fake frown as she looked down at her own smaller chest, hoping that she would be able to pick up Asuka’s spirits, sure it might have been a bit of an exaggeration, but it would get the point across.
“Anything…”
However it would appear that she would not be able to at that very moment, Kasumi watched as Asuka looked down at her plate, stirring and playing with her food. Clearly something was on her mind, and by the looks of her expression it certainly wasn’t something of the happiest nature. It was tough this game the two of them were playing, phasing in and out of different moods, it must have been a strain on Asuka, just as much as it was a strain on Kasumi, mentally of course that was. However, something made Kasumi feel extremely close to Asuka having only known her for such a short time. She felt a bond with the girl, something that was indescribable and something she herself had never felt herself with anyone else.
However Kasumi was broken out of her trance like state as Asuka spoke again. Greater in her life? Asuka needed something greater than a friend? What did that mean? What exactly did she need? Was it something Kasumi could even live up to? Kasumi was so tacked aback by the statement, it was a moment until she even saw Asuka’s smile, her smile was kind and warm, inviting and caring. It was different than all their previous snide smirks back and forth to one another, and despite not knowing what she might mean exactly Kasumi felt as though she wanted to try and be this person for Asuka.
“I…” She paused for a moment, “I would like to try, try and be that person if you’ll have me.” Kasumi said shyly as she smiled back warmly at Asuka.
"It is not that easy, you know! I have other responsibilities that do not allow me...", Asuka replied at Kasumi with a frown about her goals. It was true that she could not spare the time to take over martial arts proffesionally. If she did, she would not have any money to pay her rent, or even her food. It was well known that in order to get paid for being an athlete, you first had to become somewhat famous, have sponsors, etc. Something that needed time, time that Asuka didn't have.
Asuka giggled when Kasumi tried to be all funny and trying to rise up Asuka's spirit. Well, she couldn't deny the fact, now that Kasumi agreed, that her breasts were awesome. She grinned at the thought. Though, as she turned more gloomy, it felt like the entire atmosphere between the two of them became heavier as well. For a few moments, there was such an awkward silence, that, if she was at her normals, Asuka wouldn't bare it. Though, the silence broke as Asuka spoke and smiled at Kasumi. She kept staring at her, her smile becoming a smirk, awaiting for an answer, a comment, something.
"I already told you that you are a potential candidate! That alone is a free pass", Asuka replied, her smirk now becoming brighter again, a smile. In a totally different mood now, she joyfully fixed her chopsticks on her fingers and grabbed a piece of chicken, nibbling on it happily. "Well, I am sorry about that. You know, all the gloomy mood and such. It happens sometimes...", Asuka said in a quiet voice, shrugging for no reason. "But enough with that! Let's pick up the pace!", she said in an energetic tone, as she jumped off her seat. "I see the first round is almost done, so how about bringing in the main dish, hm?", she said again, before putting a couple of potatoes and chicken that were left in Kasumi's plate and gathered up the empty plates.
Heading to the kitchen, she put them into the sink, before taking a big bowl and placing it next to the salad bowl, without uncovering it. Next, followed another two, smaller ones, that occupied the places the appetizers were before. "Ladies and Ladies, I have the honor to show you, the best dish of the night! Voila!", changing somewhat her voice to sound like a announcer, Asuka spoke before uncovering the bowls. The first and the biggest one had rice in it, just rice. The other two bowls though were the important part. The first one had some red tomato sauce, with vegetables and shrimps. The second had some white sauce, with chicken pieces, muschrooms and a couple of vegetables. With an overjoyful smile, Asuka waved over the table like showing its content, before sitting down at on her spot.
"If you liked the previous round, you'll love this one!", she said with a smile, before pouring some more sake into her bowl. "So, you still haven't asked me any questions".

Kasumi listened as Asuka attempted to defend her point in why she wasn’t able to be a martial arts champion, but suddenly stopping mid-sentence. Kasumi knew that life had many different responsibilities and tasks for an individual and it was extremely hard to balance them all, and although Kasumi herself didn’t know what exactly it was that Asuka might have had going on in her life she could understand the sentiment well and with that idea in mind Kasumi pressed Asuka no further on the subject it was something that was surely touchy and there were other things they could discuss instead.
“I don’t take free passes on anything, not even this.” Kasmui said with a wink, “I’ll pass any task given to me fair and square.”
It was clear simply by the smile that had come across Asuka’s face that her mood had brightened again, no gloomier girl to have to worry about, they could continue their eating and talking in high spirits. They had successfully navigated through some of the more difficult discussions, she listened to Asuka as she apologized for the mood she had been in only a few minutes before.
“No apologies needed, Asuka-san. We all have those moments, the important thing is we work through them and we have someone to talk to about them when the worst is occurring.” Kasumi said calmly with a warm smile on her face as she looked at Asuka, a sense of general concern for her ran through her mind.
“Oh…I suppose it is!” Kasumi said excitedly taken aback by Asuka’s quick movement and exclamation. “No time better than the present! Bring it on!” Kasumi chimed back happily, “I can’t wait!”
Kasumi excitedly waited for the main course to be revealed as Asuka placed it on the table, she could feel the excitement and joy inside of her. The appetizer alone had been better food than she had had in quite some time so she could only imagine the delicious joys that awaited her with this main course. Then the lids were uncovered and the meal presented, rice a staple of any good Japanese diet, but that certainly wasn’t the exciting part, no the exciting part was dish two a delicious looking tomato based sauce with shrimp and vegetables, it made Kasumi’s mouth water just looking at it. Then even more surprise as the third dish was uncovered a white sauce with chicken and vegetables, it was almost too much and Kasumi was so excited just looking at it words escaped her on the topic.
“I’m sure I’ll love it!” Kasumi blurted out as soon as Asuka finished speaking, she herself starting to scoop out some of the rice, topping it with a little of the red sauce, first she would start with that one, after all it was the first one she had seen.
“A question? Right I guess I didn’t ask you anything, um….let’s see.” Kasumi said as she pondered on what to ask Asuka.
Kasumi picked up the sake as Asuka placed it down, filling up her own bowl again, having just finished her second helping.
“Well tell me something you cherish from your childhood?” Kasumi said with a smile, “Or is that too deep?”
"Well, that is what I am trying to do, you know, be positive. And well, that someone you said, that's where you take part", Asuka replied, first shrugging, then smiling at Kasumi. Truth is, Asuka recently moved to Karakura town from Tokyo, and she literally had noone, except from some random friends from the gym etc. Kasumi was the first person to come that close to her, actually.
Smirking by Kasumi's reactions, Asuka brought all the bowls of the main dish and placed them on the table. It overjoyed her watching Kasumi's reactions and expression. She loved seeing people like her cooking. She may was an egocentrical bitch, but she was a kind egocentrical bitch. She sat down, and watched Kasumi filling up her plate with the rice and the red sauce. When Kasumi finished, Asuka took the bowls and filled her own plate now with rice and white sauce, just to make the difference. She sipped some of her sake and tasted some of the rice in her own table, with some good amount of sauce on it. It was pretty good, she had to admit.
Asuka rised her eyes from her plate and looked at Kasumi with a smirk as she went ahead and asked her question. It was an interesting one, indeed. "No, it is just fine", she said, before started rubbing her chin and making a hm-ing sound while thinking. Something that she cherished from her childhood...
"Cooking!", she finally replied, giving a smile at Kasumi. "I remember that one time I cooked for my first time. I was around... five, six? Something like that. I remember miss Ayako, who was our responsible at the orphanage went heavily ill. So, we were just a bunch of helpless kids waiting for something to it. Then it was when I took the situation in my hands and rushed to the kitchen, and attempted to cook some rice. The good part of the whole story is that the kitchen was left intact. The bad part was that, as a kid I was, didn't know how to cook, so I just threw the rice into the pot. No water, nothing. You can clearly imagine that almost half of it was burnt, haha!". You could see Asuka having a melancholical smile, while telling her story. She would giggle at parts, before giving a heartfull laugh after finishing. Back then, it might have been harsh. Now, it was just a nice memory.
"What about you? Anything you cherish from your childhood?"
