Description: Powerful Hollows have been shown to possess incredible powers of regeneration, specifically at the adjuchas class. This ability allows for the regeneration of most body parts with the exception of vital organs and the head itself. The ability is dependent on reiatsu and cannot be maintained indefinitely, likewise, one cannot completely regenerate from fatal wounds unless give uninterrupted time to fully recover the damage dealt.

This technique is an optional auto-gain att the rank ML-A; meaning if you decide you want this technique you can gain it.
This technique can only be kept and amplified if transformed into an arrancar at vasto lorde class. Those that choose to keep this technique sacrifice 20% of their natural speed and strength in order to show most arrancar trade high speed regeneration for strength and speed. While they would gain a stronger version that allows them to regenerate all but the brain and vital organs. in seconds.

Description: Gathering reiatsu into the whole body, the user forces the gathered reiatsu out of the body forcefully, into a burst out manner, that is able to form a sonic blast, travelling at Half Bala speeds, at a 360 degree area around them, making the ground crack and damaging from the force anyone in range.

Description: Gathering reiatsu to either their mouths or palms, the user is able to set out reiatsu flames, in a way equally to a flame thrower that are able to cause burns on the target and travels at half bala speeds.

Name: Disco Espiral [Spiral Disk]
Class: Hollow Technique
Type: Offensive
Range: 50 Meters

Description: A powerful technique has the user using the energy itself on their hand or leg. The energy surrounds the target limb until it glows light blue. This technique when used correctly can turn the selected limb into a blade of pure energy. The blade of fire burns at a highly accelerated rate and being cut by something like this is dangerous to the body. It may feel like a regular cut but as the battle goes on, the cut made on to the body lowers the natural movement of the opponent by 1 advantage and damages them from within. Which only last for like two to three posts.

Description: Gathering reiatsu on the hand, the user can fire off five different reiatsu missiles, at a size equal to arrows. As the missiles are fired off, they will fly, at half bala speeds, in a wide area, before meeting together on the targeted area and exploding on a two yards range.

Description: Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonido is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for Shunpo.

Class: Cero/Bala
Type: Offensive

Description: A weaker but quicker alternative to regular Cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a Cero.

Description: Are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various places on the body. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
