Reason: Mitsuoki made an entire memorial, dedicated to his dead comrades- taking time to meticulously plan it out, and even ensure as-close-to-perfection as possible when the final product was made. He even found a way to turn a set of stone slabs into a secret hatch that would act as a type of plot-only barrier when they were lifted to reveal what was below.

Under than monument, Mitsuoki constructed a 10,530-combination lock consisting of 130 sets of 81-combination locks that he spent several days studying, planning, destroying, re-planning, and refining before actually making it. He also made a specialized door-lock that was a 10-circle, shifting tile puzzle that, when correctly done, would arrange kido seals in a way to disable the lock he put on a door and allow passage.

While in the process of making this training base, Mitsuoki had created two different kinds of material that may be obtained without limit (due to being composed entirely of reishi from the soul society)- Spirit Particle Brick and Soul Steel.

Reason: Mitsuoki used an alchemizing construct to convert spirit particles into a dense, visually appealing, but not impervious, stone. He later used the same construct to further condense the stone to create walls that were highly resilient to damage, but not completely immune.

[b]Description[/b]:  A material only obtainable in the Soul Society, made by converting items around you (any items) into raw reishi, before converting those items into a highly condensed solid. This material may be converted into a number of other materials, and even other states of matter through various methods. It may also be used in its current form as a construction material. The stone appears as a very hard solid that glows a gentle, light-blue color.

[b]Description[/b]: The creation of this item requires a method of converting incredible amounts of Spirit Particle Brick(SPB), and compressing it until it's harder than human-world steel. This process requires [Advanced] Reiryoku and Kido in order to be able to perform, and with [Mastered] Reiryoku and Kido the steel can be further augmented into Reinforced Soul Steel. In order to obtain one board foot of Soul Steel, you must compress three hundred, sixty-six cubic centimeters of SPB. Soul Steel is good for making ammunition, as well as ranged weapons.
