So "Soul Resonance" starts out locked at character creation...

How does it become unlocked?
-Is it as simple as a solo RP detailing how the character unlocks Soul Resonance?
The Human guide states alternate forms for abilities during Soul Resonance does this:
-Mean we can detail alternate descriptions/effects/visuals for a character's existing Rei techs?
-Mean we can detail alternate descriptions/effects/visuals for a character's existing Rei techs?
Do Human Powers release need to be active first in order to reach Soul Resonance or can the Resonance state be activated from the same state that Human Powers are activated at?
Does Soul Resonance enable a Human character the ability to have an alternate appearance or visual cue while in the Soul Resonance State as opposed to the Human Powers state?
