-I have an ability I'd like to register as Tier V ---The above linked ability has a x4 multiplier to speed which is normally seen in Tier VI release abilities
---I've listed it as a Tier V ability rather than a Tier VI after adding significant consequences to the ability's activation ------In addition to a bonus x4 speed, the ability penalizes the character with a -x4 strength that cannot be buffed while the ability is active
------The problem with forcing it to be Tier VI though is due to the fact this ability has an intentionally equal Consequence of reducing the user's strength by x4
---------I believe this should be enough of a penalty for the ability to justify reducing the tier from VI to V
My reasoning for the consequence tacked onto the ability is due to the fact it physically makes the character super small, which adversely would reduced the character's overall strength.
Am I wrong in thinking this way? The ability doesn't deal damage and essentially has a null bonus due to giving the character an equal buffed and debuffed state.

If you had posted your reasoning on the thread to Cae, perhaps he would agree and approved it.
But trying to go above his head by asking for a second opinion on his grading on the helpdesk is deeply uncool. Please do not do this.
Locked thread.
