Question:
Is it possible for a character's inner hollow to manifest if the character in question is still living but has traversed to a spiritual world and experienced spiritual conversion at least once?
Let's say in Shiro's case, She's lived a portion of her human life in Hueco Mundo, training under Theocelese. From my understanding of how the canon works, in order for this to be feasible and allow a human to maintain physical form, they have to undergo a sort of Physical/Spiritual conversion so that they can exist within a spiritual world without actually dying. Given that this is HM, land of the Hollows. Is it feasible for an inner hollow to develop during this time but have limited access to what it can do due to the living nature of the host body? Say for instance; the ability to manifest and appear in the host's dreams but with no real control or power over the host.

Humans cannot actually have an inner hollow. The inner hollow phenomenon only occurs for vizards. When other races are infected by a hollow the following happens:
Humans and Fullbringers either transform into hollows themselves or their soul rejects hollowfication and explodes via soul suicide.
Quincy souls, which are especially vulnerable to hollows, are destroyed via soul suicide.
Mod Souls and Bounts are immune to the effects of hollowfication and cannot be infected in the first place.
As for the second part of your question, the only souls at risk of becoming hollows simply from being in Hueco Mundo are plus souls, so as long as your human is alive they are not at risk.
