Plot details:
• In the first thread, Mitsuoki ventures out to find a place that could be used as a suitable location for training his Bankai and stumbles across a large crater. He reinforces the walls and adds barriers to prevent him from being detected while training.
• In the second thread, Mitsuoki confronts his zanpakuto spirits to unlock his Bankai where one of them attempts to get him to use a technique on her that he never would use without a truly good reason. Through determination and will power he's able to defeat her and move on to the next trial, where he recovers several lost memories. Mitsuoki learns how he died and why he's so different from his peers emotionally. He's then faced with the choice between killing someone and getting all of his memories back, or letting them live and going on as an amnesiac-- he chooses the latter.
