A fifty of these needles can be formed to cling an opponent(s), with a launching speed of a bala. When hit anything, these explode and instead of doing damage, they hindered speed by a debuff x2 for one post.

Description: Creating what seem to be like bubbles, the user can launch these bubbles or sphere as fast as a bala in speed, upon being hit, it does little damage, however, a massive amount are able to produced at a time. Which is about fifty, each being able to be guided in whatever direction towards whatever target. These are able to easily break normal things, such as windows or dint a car door. When hitting an opponent, it does as much damage as a normal bala.
The guiding these bubbles are difficult due to them only being able to move forward, upward, downward and to the side. In direction, they can move only two inches before being unable to adjust to their target anymore. Their pattern of flight is by ten for a single target, often in a circular formation or a diamond, choosing to be less than an inch apart.
