Name: Analyze Weaknesses Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Supplementary Range: Melee Description: Kara's eyes glow with an almost computer-like appearance upon making physical contact with an opponent. Thin white lights seemingly pass freely within her field of vision from one side to the other as Kara analyzes her opponent's defenses, identifying weaknesses and granting Kara an increase of x2 Strength against the target opponent for 3 rounds.
Name: Analyze Movements Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Supplementary Range: 100 Meters Description: Kara's eyes glow with an almost computer-like appearance as she watches the movements of a target opponent. Thin white lights seemingly pass freely within her field of vision from one side to the other as Kara analyzes her opponent's movement, granting Kara an increase of x2 Speed against the target opponent for 3 rounds.
Name: Disrupt Attack Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Binding Range: Melee Description: Upon making physical contact with an opponent, Kara sends a jarring disruption of her own energy through the target's body which aims to distort the synapses and weaken the opponent's muscles, reducing the opponent's Strength by x2 for 3 rounds. Name: Disrupt Movements Class: Reiryoku Techniques Tier: IV Type: Binding Range: Melee Description: Upon making physical contact with an opponent, Kara sends a constricting disruption of her own energy through the target's body which aims to distort the synapses and greatly weaken the response time of an opponent's leg muscles, reducing the target's Speed by x2 for 3 rounds.

Analyze Weakness ~ Non release buff techniques can only be TVI and need suitable drawbacks as they cause strain on the body. You need to include some sort of drawback that would reflect that.
Analyze Movements ~ same as above
Analyze Attack Pattern ~ you cannot buff ‘defense’ that is dictated by reiryoku techniques if its a technique or your durability /spiritual potency as a human. I’d as that you read the tech guide as to what you can and cannot buff. [the section is under augmentations and debuffs]
Disrupt Attack ~ Debuff would also have to be TVI as well
Disrupt Movement ~ Denied. You cannot debuff response time
Disrupt Defenses ~ Denied you cannot debuff reaction time.
Also you might be new so I’ll say this once since im grading it now, you’re only allowed a total of 5 techniques per topic. I’ve already graded this so there’s no issue but next time any thread that goes over the specified amount will not be graded.

Analyze Attack Patterns -Removed: Not a valid stat modifier Disrupt Defenses -Removed: Not a valid stat modifier Disrupt Attack -Debuff Reduced from x3 Strength to x2 Strength (Single Stat) -Tier increased from III to IV -Duration reduced to 3 rounds Analyze Weakness -Not entirely sure but the guide for this appears to contradict itself in regards to all Buff/Debuff needing to be Tier VI outside of release. Shows indications of Tier III being allowed a maximum of x3 in one stat or x2 in 2 stats. Table does not indicate this tier as being (Release only) -Buff reduced from x3 Strength to x2 Strength (Single Stat) -Tier increased from III to IV -Duration reduced to 3 rounds

Table does not indicate this tier as being (Release only) -Buff reduced from x3 Strength to x2 Speed (Single Stat) -Tier increased from III to IV -Duration reduced to 3 rounds
Disrupt Movement -Debuff is to Speed (not response time) as is specifically indicated in the description. -Debuff reduced from x3 Speed to x2 Speed (Single Stat) -Tier increased from III to IV -duration reduced to 3 rounds Not entirely sure but the guide for this appears to contradict itself in regards to all Buff/Debuff needing to be Tier VI outside of release: -- Max augment for anything outside of release is x3 anything, needing suitable drawbacks and balance and can not be used beyond 5 posts. It causes a suitable strain on the body that can usually cancel passive x2's due to strain (not always). It can only be Tier VI. Note I said can usually cancel passives, not always though.
Maximum Buff strength per tier: TIER BUFF I none II 2x in one stat III 3x in one stat, or 2x in both IV ----- V 3x to both (Release) VI 4x to one stat (Release) VII 5x to one stat (Release) I have also never seen anything stating that one cannot have more than 5 techniques in a single topic... (There's an indicated limit on the number of registration threads one can have at any given time but I see no indication of a limit on how many techniques can be registered with a single thread as far as I can see...)
Not to be rude or anything but... The above statement is rude and I did not appreciate it. I read the guides before I make these abilities. Oversights are always a possibility as the wording of the guides is not always easy to understand.

To clarify there is no contradiction here, the table is merely to show how much in terms of buffage you’re allowed for each tier. given releases are able to have passive buffs the table clarifies the level of buff afforded to the tier. What you see as a release tag pertains to the types of buffs only attainable in release, so whilst your non release technique can only buff one stat, a release technique can buff two hence the 3x to both and so on.
Also you’ll have to forgive me but your techs before grading didn’t seem to show any indication of having read the guide [you tried to debuff reaction time and speed, both of which are cognitive processes that the guide specifically says you can’t do not to mention crafting your own technique type despite the guide clearly giving you the types from which to choose from] not saying you didn’t read but if you did it didn’t translate in any way to your techniques hence why I assumed you were new since they would be the most likely to make such kinds of errors. Not trying to create a storm in a teacup here just providing reasoning for my assumptions, make of that what you will.
Otherwise I see nothing else wrong so
Approved.
