Looking for some clarification on a few points with regards to taking an existing Human, Dying, and becoming a Shinigami:
Human Powers -> Zanpakutou Spirit
1) Is this a clean translation, a reduction from the originally Human Powers Mastery Level, or does it start at Beginner or is it N/A(Locked) At the start of going from Human to becoming a Shinigami?
Human Powers Abilities -> Shikai Abilities
The guide states that up to four Human Powers can be translated to become usable for Shikai. Does this:
1) Mean I can keep the four abilities on the New Shinigami template or do I need to register/modify the abilities to have them become Shikai Abilities and add them later?
2) Does a Starting Shinigami rank of HL or higher affect the restrictions/allowances of this at all?
Zanpakutou
1) If when going from Human to Shinigami, Does one start with a Zanpakutou or do they need to unlock it In character first in order to obtain it?
2) If the answer to above is that one cannot start with Zanpakutou then: can the fields for Zanpakutou on the profile be filled out in spite of this or should they be left blank? (Name/type/callout phrase/ect...)
Kidou
1) If going from a rank HL or higher Human to Shinigami, does this mastery start at N/A(Locked) or Beginner?
2) If the above answer is "N/A(Locked)": Assuming the Human in question was able to see/study Kidou before dying would they be permitted to start at Beginner Kidou Mastery?
Stepping Technique
If the Human has their own custom Stepping Technique before Dying and becoming a Shinigami:
is it lost and replaced with the standard Tier I Shunpo (Flash Steps) or is the character forced to rediscover how to use stepping aka Shunpo?
