Reason: Firstly, Nessa detects Raiden and suppresses her reiatsu from him. Then in her inner world, she tracks her Zan Spirit/IH hybryd and fights her. Then, when her IH takes control of her zan spirit, she finally overcomes her overflowing reiatsu in order to seal her zan for the first time since she released it, and suppressed her own reiatsu. She then uses her newfound reiatsu abilities to split her IH and Zan spirit, so she can cut the connection between them, all while focusing in the heat of battle. I know it's a big jump but it's kind of part-and-parcel of losing CRS, and a big plot thing for Nessa.

Reason: Nessa fights a stepping specialist, Arashi twice. The first time it's a straight up fight for survival and she has to extend her stepping to be able to have a hope of keeping up with him. The second time he is actively training her in step.

Reason: Same as above; she gets her ass handed to her and learns explicitly to concentrate and focus to avoid damage. She also uses her skills to avoid getting broken when she hits her IH really hard.

Reason: Nessa is locked out of Cero/Bala due to her spec perk. For that reason, her Cero/Bala mastery is locked, and her Kido counts for full mastery points, putting her at like 46.5, which is enough for AL-A. She has over 200 posts, a mastered release and a whole bunch of techs, plot and combat experience.
