No matter how many times Theocelese returned to the town he once lived in, he could never forget all the pain and suffering that came as a result from moving here. If only they'd stayed in Greece...maybe none of this would have happened. That was what he often thought about before the current events plagued him. There was no escaping Apollo, and no matter where Fate dictated him and his family resided, it would have all played out the way it did just the same. Striking all thoughts of familial trouble from his mind, Theocelese looked over to the small squadron of Arrancar who came on what would now be a routine patrol throughout this town. The Quincy were a threat to be taken seriously, and he'd given the orders for the men and women of Las Noches to remain out here. The Soul Society was no longer a viable concern, and the message had been made clear to them that these were the orders of those who fought under the Eighth Espada's banner.
"Tonight is not just a simple stroll through the town. If Quincy are located, make no mistake I expect them to be broken...but keep in mind we need prisoners to interrogate. I have questions that need answering. I will be looking for a Vetur Konungur. He is a young man with capabilities that could help keep this realm safe, so that can focus our efforts more at home." Theocelese then went down the descriptive list Gage had left for him. True to his word for the man who had helped him out in the great battles to come, Theocelese would seek out any potential prodigies to help guide towards a safer Human Realm. From what the dossier said, the boy could be found just wandering at times, and at around a two-hundred meter spread, the collection of Arrancar traveled, and in search of someone both fitting the physical description and who actually had something he could call Reiatsu. Now the real question was if the boy would accept any form of tutelage or not. Theocelese would not force it on him.
There was no need to worry about any Feral Hollow in Karakura this night. They knew who it was out here in full force. If not by name, then perhaps by rumor. And if not by rumor, then it was the overwhelming presence that would keep them out.
Theo has all relevant combat gear, some black portals, a lot of fucking cigarettes, some snacks, maybe some booze, his communicator and uhhhh as the owner of this thread I reserve the right to add in any shit Theo would normally have. It's almost 4am. Bite me. If you don't like it GTFO

There was an irritated groan escaping the lips of a young white haired male as he made it way across the roof tops of Karakura. Green flashes were manifested each time he touched ground, and took off again. Before even touching the ground of each roof, he’d pull on the soul of the air to force it to act as an elastic band to send him off into another direction. He was doing his normal thing of scouting the town. This served two purposes for him. One was looking for more of the people who used the light weapons, and the other was for hollows. He wasn’t entirely too thrilled on the idea of those being in his town.
He eventually stopped, not to far from the man who was searching for someone of his description. He was ignorant of what he was looking for. Vetur honestly didn’t think much of the man. The white haired boy’s hand had risen to the air infront of him before pulling on the air quickly like a rubber band. His reiatsu would’ve passed through the surrounding area piggy backing on the air before coming back to him. In his head, the vibrations brought back built a map. ”Where the hell is everything?!” He cried from atop of the roof. If the man was attentive in the least bit he would’ve likely heard Vetur. Given he wasn’t exactly trying to hide himself either.
Name: Bringer’s Light Class: Stepping Type:Stepping Range: N/A Tier: I Description: At its core, this is a Fullbringer’s high speed movement akin to a Shinigami’s Shunpo or a Hollow’s Sonido and aesthetically, it’s accompanied by a green luminescence. The speed is achieved through a variety of the user’s Fullbring abilities as unlike other Stepping techniques, this one has a lot more freedom and versatility. It’s at first initiated by pulling on the soul of the ground or air beneath their feet, in which Fullbringers can increase its elasticity to bounce off objects, turn quickly, enhance jumping ability or slightly boost physical strikes as well as the ordinary high-speed movement.
Name: Soul Sight v1 Class: Soul Communication Tier: II (plot) Type: Supplementary Range: 20m Description: Using the principle concept of Soul Communication, the ability to manipulate the souls of the physical world around them Vetur will essentially pluck on the soul of the air, releasing a silent echo through the surrounding area. The echo will bounce through the area around him, and return an image of local area. This doesn’t update, but leaves him a static image in his head to use.
This turned out to be far easier than he'd thought. Maybe within an hour, two at tops was Theocelese's expected time frame. They hadn't been in Karakura for more than fifteen minutes when the brilliant flashes of light could be seen, and the boy's Reiatsu detected. Vetur yelled something. Theocelese, taken aback, and frankly stunned at the current state of things, heard the words but they went in one ear, and out the other. Raising his communicator, he dialed out to the squadron. "Found the lad. Resume your duties." Short, sweet and to the point. The device was stowed away, and the Arrancar opted for a fresh cigarette. With a sound of static burst, he Stepped out towards the mortal and when his visage appeared, it did so next to Vetur.
"You are Vetur Konungur, yes?" Theocelese asked, but only more so as a formality. "Mr. Gage has spoken to me of you. I am Theocelese, and I've come with a series of inquiries, if you would be so kind as to give me some of your time." This was a living person, of course, and so he was ready to offer up monetary compensation to sweeten the deal.
The very look of the Arrancar was someone who didn't just look ready for a fight, but seemed like he was here seeking one. Two blades were strapped to either side of his waist, one about medium length, the other, about three-quarters as long. On his back, Noxa rested, as did his shield. His clothing was something Vetur may have read in a history book, and if the boy indeed was keen on European history, he'd know the garments were out of the Greek bronze-age. The only modern piece on him was the satchel hung at his side, but even that looked old and worn with time's passing.

The stale air of Karakura... bearing upon its stagnant breeze were the whereabouts of one who sought to mete out Apollo's demise. The light steps of the huntress touching on the rooftops bore no weight with barely a whisper of sound. Her search in this hunt would be rewarded this day for she spotted the quarry. Standing unguarded, a youth of unknown origins standing between her and the arrancar. The child would be of no consequence and the arrancar? Even as subtle as it may be, the follower of Artemis could see the robust Grecian lower his guard ever so slightly.
With practiced hands the demigoddess drew her bow taut, the razor arrow notched, set and ready to fly. Her expertly honed skills knew the method for which there would be no escaping a certain kill. She sighted the arrow upon the Arrancar's vitals. For three seconds she lay the line. A hundred times over would the offender have been slain. All it would take, but the release of her bowstring.
Three centimeters to the right she did purposely adjust her sighting from the killing strike. For though the element of surprise was indeed on her side, the demigoddess felt no need to rush the kill now that she'd found her prey. The snap of bowstring resounded in the woman's ears. The zip of the deadly hunter's arrow did fly. Straight and true, silent as a whisper, faster than any mortal could perceive.
Theocelese would receive no warning, save for the piercing pain of divinely crafted steel rending flesh and muscle as it pierced The arrancar's Hierro and his left shoulder with ease. The first shot, a hunter's greeting to the soon to be dead arrancar...
