Theocelese at heart, is first and foremost a father and husband. He will always find himself putting those he believes to be his family above everything else. This consists of many people, from human, to Shinigami, to other Hollow and Arrancar.. There is nothing he would not do for them, even if it meant surrendering his own life. He will fight for them, and kill for them, if the need arises. If you are someone he considers family, you will never be abandoned. Only woe awaits those who have, and to those planning to bring those closest to Theocelese to harm.  As a host and friend, Theocelese cannot be matched. His guests will always come to find their hunger and thirst sated, rooms of luxury to rest in and almost all accommodations met. More than likely, a visitor of Theocelese will never leave Las Noches empty handed. Whether it be a weapon, a piece of armor or just food to take home, Theocelese wishes for every experience had with guests to always be a good one.


Theocelese's upbringing in a strict Greek Orthodox Family has instilled in him the teachings of his forefathers and it can be seen in his every day activities. Due to his mortal fatherhood, and those he considered sons and daughters, he has grown a soft side. With these adopted children, he is strict when needed, and relaxed just the same. He loves to do just about anything, from sparring, cooking and baking to honing his hand as a seamster and weapons crafter. "A man should not only show his mettle on the battlefield, but prove he is useful around the house as well", a saying he holds a firm stance on. These disciplines, from martial prowess to simple skills are ones he is likely to teach others.

More than likely one the more approachable Arrancar to exist, Theocelese holds no hostility to Shinigami, Vizard, Human, Hollow or Arrancar upon meeting them. In fact, Theocelese aims to change the way his kind are viewed. Unless acting in self-defense, he will never draw his blade first, and if it can be avoided all together, he will not fight someone he thinks can be spoken down. The same cannot be said about the Quincy, however, and he is not beneath returning any of their technology to Seran for later use. Having lost many loved ones to the Wandenreich, Theocelese will kill any Quincy he meets. The only trouble plaguing his mind is the situation where he comes across a child with Quincy bloodlines, and it is one he hopes to never find himself in.

Theocelese is the ultimate clash between an Epic Hero and an Agent of Chaos, wrapped up in one powerful entity and thrown into a technological world he can sometimes seldom comprehend. He does find the irony of his "inheritance" as an Espada somewhat comical, for what good are computer systems, laboratories and scientific equipment to a man who has more respect for the hammer and anvil?

From the Private Man to The Man of Duty, Theocelese has become one of few responsible for the well-being of Las Noches and all its inhabitants. Though he does not view himself anything like a “King” or “Ruler” (Theo tends to get rather irritated when someone refers to him as such), Theocelese is aware that the dangers outside the walls of Las Noches. Remaining factions of Aizen's forces, Shinigami blinded by their shallow teachings and enemies from the past lurk. Theocelese knows this, though isn't likely to let someone walk on in and take over. Him and his men shed blood, sweat and tears to take back what is rightfully theirs. He would rather go down with Las Noches' crumbling structure so others could escape than to flee and suffer a coward's fate.





As a Warrior, Theocelese is bound by a very strict sense of honor. He will not hold back in a serious fight, and will never find in an under-handed manner. That is, unless his opponents are keen on such tactics.  If an enemy can no longer fight, Theocelese takes into consideration who the person is before any life-ending action is taken. If the person is either a Quincy, or generally just an unjust and vile being, he or she will be almost always be subjected to death. Whether said death is painless and honorable or not depends on the soul about to meet his or her end. If the downed opposition is generally good natured and Theocelese is aware of this, he will even go so far as to help him or her out in terms of recovery. After all, the best of friends and allies are made after you've knocked each other around for a while.



Whenever there is conflict, Theocelese will always be seen leading those who fight for him. Never will he send any man or woman into battle without his own presence. On the field, he is not above reprimanding others, be them friend or foe. A master in group tactics, he will utilized the combined group strength to overcome any weaknesses that said fighting force may have. As a rule of thumb, Theocelese will always be the first present on a battlefield, and the absolute last to leave. Even if this means his capture or death. He is of the belief that those who fight at his side are his responsibility, and will never leave a battle brother or sister behind. In the grand scheme of all combat affairs, Theocelese is a protector. His shield not only keeps him safe from harm, but those around him as well.



In full-blown wars, Theocelese is against the tactics of targeting innocent targets. Civilian populations are to be left alone, and heavily populated areas avoided. To those suggesting anything of the sort, a simple warning is given. And for those who go against these orders? Well, Theocelese isn't the kind of man who exactly enjoys knowing non-combatants have been killed. Such offenders will reap the proper results of what was sewn.

However much Theocelese is a gentleman, a family man, and a man bound by honour, he, like all men, have their darker nature to contend with. His stems from a cocktail of his most infamous past life as Achilles, and the animalistic nature as a Hollow. These days, his temperament rests on an unsteady line, and frequently cause him exhausting pain in his mind. More often than not, the man is the same person most know him as, but there are certain things that will undeniably set him off. When his vision is fully clouded in a red haze, and his ancient rage takes hold, he is a loose cannon and a threat to all. Theocelese is a seasoned veteran of war, and has committed many atrocities in his existence, and knows there are many more to come. He knows that deep down, when he is fighting at his full potential, his enemies are nothing more than prey. War is nothing more than a sport to him, and the final swing of his sword is not the true thrill he gains from battle, but rather, it is the body count of opponents of who can fight him on equal, or greater footing.
