The thread isn't exactly finished (I'd say it's about halfway right now to be honest)
These are possibilities. I'll let the grading decide which ones are viable since I'm not certain based on improvement maximums for rank...

Reason: Improvement through threading: Though we probably won't do more than one of these particular type of threads, Tanya's training sessions with Sasha will last for at least one week. During these sessions, Tanya must focus her Reiatsu into a controlled and reduced form such that it will not be lethal when her pupil is subjected to its affects. This can prove taxing to Tanya, who isn't particularly used to holding back, based on how long they train for as well as the type of training they are engaged in.

Reason: Through Threading. Though if it's not sufficient to show that Tanya knows how to do it after 200 years of her life... I can possibly make a pendulum thread to detail her struggles in originally obtaining the ability to use Hirenkyaku.
