The quality of the reiatsu will vary depending on the strength of the soul. |

As you can only use this tech at tier three you can only make basic materials however if you use this ability with extra plot writing you can make stronger things. I would say that this tech would be limited to a max of advanced materials [with the consumption of the appropriate spirit].
