Stepping. At LL you cant have AA mastery but I would feel inclined to approve it otherwise.
Soul Potency. I would approve you for Below Average. Threads a bit short and was a single spar session but you have a trainer so Below Average.
Same for Rei Control to Below Average
Soul Resonance with tech - Approved

That also means you still do not have enough mastery points to get the next rank via this guide. link
