Now I know it's been mastered and all, so I shouldn't be allowed to, but I just wanna make two tiny edits to Shiori's bankai if that's ok. Might I add she's also never used it IC so it's not like there would be any change story wise either.

Rules on this are pretty clear. If you want to change it at mastered you have the following options:
1. Have a shinigami item creation user modify it for small changes without changing the overall concept.
2. Get a new zanpakuto IC and start the mastery over at beginner.
3. Lose your powers via soul sleep and start over at LL with beginner mastery.
