When Vetur is done basically playing it becomes obvious. This ability often activated silently will pull ice from the air and environment to his arms. It will travel up to his shoulders before instantly solidifying as ice like gauntlets on both arms. However the terrifying thing is that sharp claw like constructs at the end of each finger. These claws act conduits for the real part of this ability. The claws give off a sort of ‘fire’. His ice at this point had reached a point where it’s so cold that it will burn. When struck with one of the claws which on their own deal tier IV of damage, and freeze portions of their body. For 4 posts afterwards the area around the cut will be covered in ice, and be treated as if frozen solid. Additionally, they take tier 3 of damage for each post.
