Why are the racial masteries for a vizard only worth 3 points a piece at Mastered? Not sure if it's like this for any other race, I didn't take a full look, but I am curious as to why this is the way it is and if that actually affects the mechanics in any way.

Subshini also like that. Basically any race with a fuckload of masteries.

Basically it's to make them compatible with shinigami tables who have fewer masteries.
