Name:Mach 1 Class: Reishi Technique Tier: III Type: Supplementary Range: Self Description: By utilizing reishi to absorb and release kinetic energy, this technique allows the user to turn on a dime, regardless of how fast they are moving, without any loss of kinetic energy (momentum) and maintain their current level of speed whilst doing so.
Name: Mach 2 Class: Reishi Technique Tier: IV-VI Type: Offensive/Binding Range: 0-30m. (15m radius) Description: Whilst travelling at high velocity (x3 speed or higher), the user can zip past opponents at such velocity they generate a vacuum that sucks in the foe with (binding) strength equivalent to tier.
Name: Mach 3 Class: Reishi Technique Tier: VII Type: Offensive/Binding Range: 0-50m (25m radius) Description: Zipping around their opponent at high (x3 or higher) speeds invade circular trajectory generates a a tornado of kinetic energy that wrings(twists) out the opponent like a towel with force equivalent to tier.
Name: Reimbrane . Class: Reishi Technique . Tier: IV-VI Type: Defensive Range: Self Description: A reishi technique focused on the body which coats each cell with a reishiphilic membrane. As such. When taking damage from projectile based attacks or illusions, the cells absorb the reishi directly nullifying the technique. This can also be used to absorb binding techniques as well.
Name: Sinkhole Strike. Class: Reishi Technique/Hand-to-Hand Tier: III-VI Type: Offensive Range: 0-5m Description: Whenever the user lands a punch or kick or makes any contact with their foe, the user absorbs their reishi and uses it to attack them, dealing damage equivalent to tier. As the majority of damage is caused by the victims own reishi it's CD is shortened by one post.

Mach 1: Altering reflexes is strictly forbidden.
Mach 2: Sucks in the foe how? Into a vacuum of what proportion or size?
Mach 3: Looks good.
Reimbrane: Looks good.
Sinkhole Strike: Can't get passed cooldowns, sorry bud.

Mach 1 - Doesn't alter any mental faculties (reflexes) just allows him to turn without loss of momentum and without the need to stop and turn. Mach 2 - the speed generated by the tech is what sucks it in. Scientifically speaking in regards to this tech the user moves so fast that slower air molecules along their trajectory if movement are displaced resulting in lower pressure causing the surrounding air particles to move in to fill that low pressure resulting in a partial vacuum .Rather than add all that jargon in I simply simplified the tech to have the user moves fast enough to generate a vacuum. physics.stackexchange.com/questions/160882/how-fast-would-an-object-have-to-move-to-create-a-vacuum-behind-it <link for reference (also vacuums don't really have a size or proportions xD) SinkHole strike - -- Abilities that steal or use others reiatsu or reiryouku to heal or restore your own reiatsu or reiryouku are strictly forbidden. Abilities, however, can utilize the reiatsu or reiryouku of others for their own strength. Limits are required though; they cannot solely be fuelled with an opponent's energy. ^from the tech guide. Since the energy I'm using here is my opponents the CD for using such a tech would still be around T2/3 which don't really have one hence again no CD being incurred.

The specific ability to bypass cooldowns are not allowed for sink hole strike. Its one of the base rules.
Mach 2 - is the 30m range the distance that you can step or is it the edge of the vacuum effect?
Same range question for Mach 3
Reimbrane - what is the activation speed on this tech. Three seconds, instant, two hours ahead of time.

It's the edge of the vacuum, my intent is to have anything with a 15m radius of the tech be sucked in.
Changed the CD thing to 1 post.
Reimbrane - the instant I get hit

I don't think I'm getting this across right. What I mean is you can't bypass the cooldown by just saying it is a one post cool down. The cool down is there as a restraint so that people can't hammer out TR6 attacks over and over and over again. If you do absorb energy and use their own against them it just means that you would get tired slower. That does not mean you bypass the cool-down period.

Since you have hand to hand and roshi up if they both go into the cooldown then yes. I'll approve that.
Approved.
